• HYUN YOUNG (7/5): 집 앞 야끼니꾸 집 가지 마세요. 안먹은 메뉴 끼워넣어 과결제합니다 (금액 보고 따지니 부가세라고 함. 하지만 영수증 내역엔 먹지 않은 메뉴가 결제되었고 따지려하니 그새 문 닫음) - 조용한 동네에서 친구들과 함께 지낼 수 있어 좋았습니다. 1. 주차장 셔터 스위치 박스 위치에 대한 안내가 자세하지 않아 찾기 힘들었습니다. 집 안에 들어가 차고 안쪽에서 열어야한다고 메뉴얼에 설명해주세요. 2. 차고에 주차할 때 턱이 있어 차 넣기 힘듭니다. 경사로가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 3. 화장실 세면대 위치가 불편합니다. 세탁기와 붙어있어 허리를 꺾어야 거울을 볼 수 있습니다. 4. 환기를 위해 창문을 열었다가 벌이 들어와 놀랐습니다. 방충망이 있으면 좋겠습니다.
• TOMOKO (7/5): 家に入るのに、四苦八苦 - ゆったりしていた。 家の入り方が分からず、連絡したが通じず、やっと通じてもスムーズにいかず、暗証番号をセットするところが暗く分かりづらい。
• Lin (9/5): 溫馨舒適 - 屋內舒適又溫馨，房間數量充裕，地點十分安靜，距離超市非常近 車庫位置較小，若開大車不易停車
• 潘 (8/5): 住宿空間舒適，環境用心打掃跟整理。地點很便利。 - 我們進行家族自駕旅遊，住宿地點移動至旭川、富良野及美瑛的距離都很便利。 鄰近有一間很大的在地超市，購物便利，附近就有幾家餐廳（但很早就關門、燒烤要預約）。 居住環境新舊融合，空間舒適乾淨，寢具也很舒服，家人回饋滿好的。 只有一間廁所，人多要花很多時間排隊。 車庫很小，考驗駕駛技術。 二樓和式不通風也沒有冷氣，需要和隔壁房間的冷氣共用，建議要提供電風扇或循環善，可以增加空氣循環。
• Chia Yun (8/5): 唯一稍不方便處為廁所只有一間位於一樓，同時使用過多電器會跳電 - 地點很好(離車站近)，獨棟建築空間寬廣，廚房用具齊全方便料理，有浴缸可以泡湯，能洗衣服也很方便
• Jacinta (8/5): Comfortable and w equipped house and would be great for a large group. Supermarket around the corner and restaurants nea - Very spacious house (especially for two people!) conveniently located in Biei. Garage was a bonus. It wasn’t clear from the description that the bathroom and toilet are downstairs and quite a long way from the upstairs bedrooms (down a polished wooden open slat staircase). Fine for people who don’t need to get up in the night, but not us! As a result we slept on futons downstairs. The bathroom area is quite old fashioned and a bit tired looking. Also, the washing machine is positioned right in front of the wash basin meaning it’s impossible to get to the sink or look in the mirror without stretching across the machine. Not very helpful for shaving or hair drying.
