Opgepast voor de moeilijke slapers: s avonds nemen de kikkers het over. #frogsinconcert Oordopjes zijn handig. Frisser 's nachts, trui/ lange broek.

• bruce (9/5): Sounds of Nature, Smiles of Thailand - The totality of the experience. The little house is a truly Thai experience in nature. Selfmade with tropical wood, standing in rice paddies. The hard working family is welcoming and friendly. It was the end of February. Nature was loud as can be and we loved it! Different species of frogs, birds, bats, dragonflies and geckos might be the reason zero mosquitos were around. The rice plants and others were fresh green. The bathroom was a tiny space with a view and a concrete tub to fill with hot or cold water. Perfect!!! We loved it. Don't expect room service or elevators or luscious mattresses and a bistro. Expect a warm welcome by a sweet family and their dogs into an eco-experience in rural Thailand. Be ready for basics. We enjoyed it more than most of the luxury resorts we've been to.

La route est très passante. Les photos des bungalows ne correspondent plus à la réalité, l’usure du bois a fait son œuvre. Les fenêtres n’ont pas de vitres.

• Hong Yuen (10/5): - Huean and Nam Thong were super kind to us! They hosted us super well, in addition to the exceptional experience of the wooden house next to the rice field. Huean host us a tour to Doi Inthanon, took extra care with patience with our three playful children. Our kids love the tub at the void deck! How I wish I book more days with them even though we already stayed for four days, our children still feel not enough! Also, the breakfast is superb:))))) Kind people, lovely place, where you could see stars and skyline! NA!

Wir hatten einen Hüttenschlafsack mit da es nur eine Decke ohne Bezug gab. Leider hatten wir unter dem Dach Schwalben und es war die ganze Nacht dort etwas los, schlafen war schwierig.

Милые домики со всем необходимым для комфортного отдыха (кондиционер, вай фай, мебель, есть место так как есть второй уровень, небольшая терраса), все это стоит в рисовом поле которое издает все возможные звуки природы, открываешь окно и смотришь и слушаешь мир. До ближайшего городка пять минут на скутере, удобно смотреть южную часть Чиангмай Ванна реально как на фото, 182 см - мне места было много, единственное что ванну тяжело сделать горячей, но в жаркую погоду реально сделать теплой и будет свой мини оазис На завтрак каждый день новое блюдо от шеф повара Мое почтение и всех благ! Вы сделали реально крутое место, рекомендую Все возможные минусы перекрываются плюсами, я не столкнулся с чем либо что меня разочаровало

Il programma era quello di soggiornare una notte ma verso le ore 11.30 un topo, che aveva la tana all’interno dell’abitazione in legno truciolato nella quale abbiamo tentato di soggiornare, ha fatto capolino tra di noi. Ovviamente abbiamo preso le nostre cose e, con una bambina di un anno e mezzo, abbiamo fortunatamente trovato una sistemazione migliore!! Il proprietario minimizzando l’accaduto e quasi in maniera subdola ha anche preteso il pagamento delle 2 bottigliette d’acqua e degli snack che abbiamo consumato nelle nostre 3 ore di soggiorno… oltre che della cena che si era concordato avremmo pagato il mattino successivo! No comment

The food and drinks were good. Highly recommended. The only "issue" I had was being unable to run the bath. But it was maybe because I didn't understand how the taps/heater worked. I would ask the owner to show you how.

Sinon l hotel est rustique atypique avec du charme. L hote s est organisé pour que son père nous mène au parc toute la journée puis nous ramène au train pour 2500 B Le restaurant etait fermé, le coffre shopping était fermé, les rizieres étaient non plantées. Le petit déjeuner etait sommaire soupe rhai riz sucré dans feuille de banane et sachet pour le café. L hotel est loin de tout il faut avoir une voiture.

The setting is so serene and stunning, with rice paddies and the beautiful woodwork. The accommodation itself was so gorgeous, with lots of space to relax and socialise. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The uniqueness of the location, sleeping in the patty fields makes it definitely worthwhile. It’s very restful, rustic and unusual. I would definitely recommend it. It’s not luxury, but if you can accept that and take it at face value, it’s really fabulous.

• Kevin (9/5): Basic and beautiful. Full of character and a friendly family! - Very friendly family owned farm stay. A beautiful location and cute rustic cabins. They aren’t fancy, but they are clean and comfortable with good beds and A/C. It had a wonderful shaded deck overlooking the rice paddy to have drinks and food and chat at night. The food was EXCELLENT and cooked by Nantom’s mom. It was up there with the best we’ve had in Thailand and more beautifully presented than any! We booked the entire place for our group and everyone just loved staying here. The cabin windows didn’t have glass or screens so couldn’t be open very long for light and air without letting bugs in. Fortunately we spent most time sitting outside or at the coffee shop (which had great coffee)
• Ina (10/5): Exceptional - A wonderful place to relax, enjoy nature and get away from the crowds, just a short drive away from Doi Inthanon National Park. You stay in beautiful huts/little houses nestled along or within the rice fields. They are very clean, cosy, rustic and stylish, with enough privacy, fast WiFi, daily refill of water/coffee/cocoa, daily cleaning and fresh towels (if wanted), and basically everything you need – including fantastic breakfast and dinner. Namton and his family are lovely hosts, very kind and attentive, and he ist an amazing chef as well – I stayed for a week and tried everything from the menu, Thai classics as well as local/northern specialties, and it all was delicious, creative and beautifully arranged. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back if I visit Northern Thailand again.

• Phoebe (10/5): You need to stay here - an oasis! - We needed a reset and this was the perfect location to slow down. Run by a lovely family with the cutest dogs. Sunset over the rice paddies was magical. Comfy bed and clean buildings. Delicious, well priced dinner which you can have at your room. Breakfast was superb too (we had rice soup and custard sticky rice). Good mosquito screens so you can have the shutters open. Great place to stay if you’re going to Doi Inthanon. If you want a bath, it might have to be a cold one (great for the summer months!!) due to the water pressure.

The vibes were just perfect, surrounded by the sounds of nature and rice fields. Our room even had a cozy hanging area with hammocks where we could relax. The food was delicious and so reasonably priced, with fries and chicken options for our kids! Having meals served directly to our room added to the comfort. Starting our Mae Hong Son Loop here was the best decision—it set such a wonderful tone for the journey ahead.

• Paweł (10/5): Peaceful place - Great place, run by a family, delicious food and drinks. We even had oportunity to plant rice on their field. Our kids was very happy to be there. You can go there if you plan to visit Doi Inthanon Park. We regret to spend only one night there :)
• Aj (10/5): Incredible value, beautiful scenery, delicious food, outstanding hosts. - My favourite stay in Thailand this trip and one of the best experiences had with a host ever. Incredible value and excellent service. Namton is a host who sets a very high standard and is a delight to be around. Namton speaks really good English and his experience in hospitality and his compassion shine through every interaction. Namton and his family are so welcoming and friendly. They made the experience so good, on top of all the other great amenities and perks. I had the queen room and I loved how much space there was and of course THE BATH!!! Comfy bed, perfect A/C, and two floors! They even bring food & drink to your balcony. Clean, beautifully presented, affordable, and delicious food. Beautiful surroundings (you’re surrounded by rice fields!) and yet still close to the main road and easily accessible. Quiet and secluded. Maybe bring earplugs if you don’t the like sounds of frogs and nature at night :) I could keep writing but I think you get the idea. No complaints at all. Just be aware that the bath uses a shower hot water heater and so I recommend filling the bath very slowly so that it is warm.

You will live in a house designed like old Thai houses in the north, but at the same time have everything you need inside, such as air conditioning, kettle, internet, hot water and more. Bath on the balcony overlooking the rice field. The view is stunning. Meet the sunset every day! The owner and his family are very kind and open people who cook amazing delicious food. I advise you to eat only at the hotel. Beautiful, healthy, tasty and inexpensive.

The place is also stunningly beautiful The only thing we did not like is that the mattress felt too hard for us, despite that we were able to sleep well

Don't expect 5 star luxury, the hut was comfortable, had air conditioning (we didn't need it though), and even had a hammock and swing underneath. The warm reception of the whole family was lovely and we really enjoyed our stay overlooking a rice field. Loved the frog chorus in the evening, fish in the pond, colourful meal, and the dog too. Was a little scary going to an open air bathroom in the night with the light off.

Rustic style cabins, it was nice to be out in nature, the outside tubs on the roof are a nice feature! The main bathroom (toilet/shower) was outside and uncovered which attracted quite a few insects.

• William (10/5): Peaceful stay - Everything! Cabins are cozy and stay cool. Very quiet at night - you can hear a symphony of frogs, insects, and birds. The family that run this place are super kind and accommodating. Namthon, the owner, grows most of their food and will cook delicious meals. He will accommodate dietary restrictions as well, such as vegetarian and vegan. They also gave us recommendations on fun activities in the area. Great spot if you want relaxation but still be close to town and not far from Doi Inthanon national park.

• Urška (10/5): A fairy tale - Amazing place, like said, for nature lovers. We arrived on a hot afternoon and took a use of the open bathtub to refresh, kids had a great time. Dinner was delicious and so well presented, breakfast soup amazed even our kids. This is exactly the style of place we wish to find everywhere in thailand, but not many have this sense of estetics and embracing nature as owner of this lovely little stay. Keep the good work!
• Raisa (9/5): Amazing location and host! - Incredible Host! Amazing Location. I think if the rooms are renovated a little bit more then it could be an incredible place. Like using nice white cotton bed covers. It looks nicer and cleaner. Rooms that have a concrete floor, you can put those tatami mats like in the other rooms. It can instantly look like if the floors are renovated. Setting up a standing shower would be nice too.

• Sandra (9/5): Ricefield dream - The location on the rice paddies was so unique and beautiful. Sunsets were stunning - day turning into dusk with the sounds of the animals growing louder makes it a very immersive experience. Definitely something for nature lovers! Breakfasts in the morning was amazing. Eating homemade Thai food with a view on the rice fields was just magical. Aircon in the house was lovely, the design of the homestay was great. Not much to critique other than that the windows in the house we were in had no insect nets. Would recommend the owner to at least put a mosquito net over the bed for added comfort. Maybe extra pillows. Just some extra creature comfort things for city folk.
• Yenn (9/5): great place to away from city life for a relax weekend or holidays. - location was great, near Don Inthanon. We travel to the national park in the morning, and back to the hotel for refresh and dinner at town. The site next to the cafe needs some better paving so it would be more lovely in raining season.

• Alex (10/5): The most amazing hosts, location and food! - Beautiful location to enjoy the serene surroundings as you wake up amidst the rice fields. Also, the amazingly friendly family goes out of their way to assist you. Lovely people and fantastic cooks. The absolute best Khao Soi I've ever had, plus delicious local dishes. The houses are basic but very charming. Overall can really recommend this place if you're in the Doi Inthanon neighborhood!
