The communication with the host was excellent from start to finish—responses were immediate and very helpful, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The contactless check-in process was particularly convenient, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions provided in advance. It made arriving and settling in very comfortable. The apartment itself was clean, well-maintained, and nicely furnished, with all the facilities needed for a pleasant stay. Everything was exactly as described. The location is another big advantage—very convenient and close to most of Vienna’s main attractions, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

• ROMAIN (9/5): Idealer Aufenthaltsort mit allen Bequemlichkeiten für einen kurzer Stadturlaub. - Die Lage ist top; - Verkehrsarme Straße —> Nachtruhe - 10 min zu Fuß bis Karlsplatz, ein zentral geleger Platz in nächster Nähe zum Museumsquartier sowie ein Knotenpunkt öffentlichen Transports. - 5 min bis zur nächster Metro - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in nächster Umgebung Die Ausstattung ist angepasst, es fehlt nur ein Kleiderschrank.

• SCTP (9/5): Great Apartment in a Good Location - A very nice studio apartment in a good location with excellent restaurants, stores and shops nearby. Public transportation is just a short walk away. Most everything you need for a short stay. Good, prompt communication with host. We would definitely stay again. Just a few minor issues. Hardly worth noting. Only two very tiny bottles of body wash (about 3/4 of an oz or 25ml, enough for 1 shower each) for 3 days. No coffee pods for your first day (even 2 would have been nice). One more soft pillow for each person would be nice. We found the one's provided too hard.

We are very pleased with our stay, as well as the owner's attention to detail and grateful for the additional information that was useful. For example, where to leave luggage after check-out, if necessary. The apartment faces the street, we knew about it from the description and it was not a problem. Excellent soundproofing, massive doors and central location provided complete security. It was clean and comfortable.

Siivous oli kuitenkin kesken, kun saavuin 14:30. Pääsin asunnolle klo 15:30. Siisteydessä oli pieniä puutteita lattian siisteyden suhteen. Huoneistossa oli lattioilla mm. hiuksia.

• Anita (8/5): Alles in allem gut aber verbesserungsfähig. - Leider wurde vom Vermieter übersehen, dass ich 2 Ferienwohnungen gebucht hatte. So fehlte der 2. Türcode. Leider war dann das Zimmer nicht gereinigt, so dass ich weitere 2- 3 Stunden warten musste um die Ferienwohnung nutzen zu können. Nach der Reinigung war alles sauber. Zur Verbesserung würde ich vorschlagen: Die Regale auf denen das Geschirr steht weiter unten anzubringen. Es gibt schließlich auch kleine Gäste wie mich. Genauso sind Barhocker zum sitzen nicht bequem, so wie man sie in der Ferienwohnung Mozart vorfindet. Ein 2. Geschirrtuch wäre auch von Vorteil. Ebenso zum Trocknen der Handtücher Handtuchstangen. In der Wohnung Mozart funktioniert der Schlüssel sehr schwierig!

Vše nové, čisté, líbí se mi, že je bývalých obchodním prostor a krátkodobý pronájem tak nebere možnost ubytování místním. Vstup bezkontaktní. U mne nefungoval, ale klíče byly v restauraci vedle, tedy bez komplikací. Ubytování je z bývalých obchodních prostor, vstup z ulice je přímo do pokoje, kde spíte, také nízké okno, trochu mne to znejistilo, ale nakonec po zatáhnutí závěsů to tak nevadilo.
• David (10/5): The most beautiful and perfect apartment in vienna. Worth every penny! - This was one of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever stayed in. The ceiling is high and it’s so modern with everything any traveler would need on a trip. Absolutely stunning! For people sensitive to sound, it’s best to have earplugs for the night. Though not noisy, movement on the street since it’s on the street level could be a little uncomfortable. But for me it was not bad at all.

• Naomi (10/5): - A lovely and well-equipped apartment — they even provide a hairdryer and a diffuser for women :) The bed is incredibly comfortable, there’s plenty of convenient storage space for clothes, a luxurious shower, and lots of room overall. The location is excellent. I was very close to the metro, and there are so many great cafés, restaurants, and bars within walking distance! I didn’t need to communicate with the hosts during my stay, but when I sent them a thank-you message at the end, they responded very quickly, and it truly felt like personal and attentive service. I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to everyone I know. Thank you so, so much for the attention to detail and the thought that was clearly invested in designing the apartment. Simply excellent.

Very clean, very comfortable with good service. There was not anything not to like. The place was super clean and Vienna is a living momument. You can visit one museum per day and you wont manage to see it all in a year. Vienna has friendly people quite open and talkative.

• Wilder (8/5): - El apartamento estaba remodelado y nuevo. La calefacción funciona muy bien, aunque tengo la sensación que se apaga en la madrugada. Hubo dificultades con los códigos para ingresar al apartamento, entonces tuve que recoger las llaves en un restaurante cerca al hospedaje. Pero, al copiar y pegar en Google Maps la dirección del apartamento me envió a dos calles del apartamento. Llame al encargado, contesto pero no me dio información precisa en la llamada. Luego, por mensajes a través de Booking pude encontrar el apartamento. Entonces, no copiar y pegar la dirección, escribirla directamente. El check in fue modificado y el check out es muy rápido y a la hora exacta esta la señorita para realizar el aseo. La cocina esta equipada pero no tiene ingredientes básicos como azúcar, sal y aceite para cocinar.
• Diana (4/5): Uneasy the whole time - İt was spacious. The bed was comfortable. The sink in the shower room had lots of counter space for cosmetics, etc. The walk-in shower was extra-large. The overall appearance with the high ceilings and modern design was beautiful. The door lock was unreliable and the procedure for opening it was not explained well in the literature. The door sounded like it was unlocking with the punch code, but it would not open. I was left standing in the cold at night by myself and the staff was not responsive by telephone. Even local people from the restaurant next door could not figure out how to help me get in until we tried several times. They also tried to call with their telephones and could not get through. At that point, they knew my door code and I had to trust that they would not try to enter my apartment when I wasn't there. The next day the door stuck again, but opened on the second try. I felt unsafe inside because the curtains in the bathroom did not cover the window near the ceiling and there were buildings with windows that could see in across the street. İn addition, there was a large mirror facing the window so that anyone looking in from above could see the entire shower room. The heating did not work even though there were instructions that were given to set it, and later the owner explained by text that it was preset to a certain maximum and couldn't be changed. The coffee pot and kettle were not clean when I arrived. There was an old pod of coffee stuck in the coffee maker and water in the bins of both appliances. There was no place to hang a towel in the toilet room and no soap at that sink. Another strange thing was that there were dishwasher pods laid out in the kitchen but there was no dishwasher! Those pods are too harsh to use to do dishes by hand. I won't to ever book a place with no staff on site or nearby again.

• Yasira (1/5): No pudimos entrar al apartamento. - No pudimos alojarnos en el apartamento, la cerradura era automática con código y no abría. Pasamos muy mal rato, quien lo gestiona estaba fuera de la ciudad y nadie podía venir a solucionarlo, por lo que tuvimos que reubicarnos en un hotel de última hora. La verdad, que pasamos muy mal rato. Creo que si el sistema de apertura es automático debe haber siempre alguien disponible para solucionar cualquier inconveniente.

Vue sur une cour qui donne sur les poubelles+ bruit ramassage. Pas de fauteuil, pas de porte entre la chambre et la cuisine. Tabouret très inconfortable pour travailler au bureau.

• Martínez (8/5): 100% recomendable para viajes de fin de semana. - El alojamiento está bien, funcional y a unos 20 minutos andando del centro. La zona es residencial, tranquila y silenciosa. Todo estaba muy limpio y el personal fue muy atento. La cama es de 1,80 cm y muy cómoda. Hay restaurantes cerca. Un poco pequeño, planta baja y caro.

Zustand wie auf den Bildern! Super easy 24/7 check-in! Zur TG muss man ein kleines Stückchen laufen, ca 5 Min zu Fuß. Aber nicht weiter tragisch
