• Mariska (8/5): Great stay in Paris - We liked the generous size of the apartment, the shower in the main bathroom was fantastic. We didn't use the ensuite shower so can't comment but the ensuite looked nice with french tiles (we only brushed our teeth there). The kitchen had the basics and coffee machine was nice. We started the day with breakfast in the apartment but ate further out. Checking in was smooth and the.person on site was very helpful. Tha appartment is a small walk from the blue B line Metro which takes you easily into the city or the airport. The pillows were a bit hard for all (2 adults and 1 child) our liking but the beds and bedding were comfortable. The only thing that would have been nice to know is where you could park close to the apartment. We parked at one park at the Ibis hotel which worked but was a bit of a walk We parked there for 34 euro's for 3 days which we thought was good value.

• Karolane (8/5): - The place is really nice and it is big. The main room has a walk in and a bathroom. There is 2 cozy balconies. There is a big smart tv and a big sofa. The owner is really available and helpful. There is an elevator. There is one bath and 2 showers. The wifi connection is really good as well. The instructions to access the appartment and the parking are a little bit complicated. You need to download an app to be able to open the doors and you need 2 differents code for the differents doors. You need to go inside the appartment first to get the keys for the parking and it is 30€/night. The place was not really clean. The bed and the pillows were not comfy. The appartment is on the 4th floor and there is no a/c so it's really hot. The power outlets are almost all broken. Hanging off the wall and not working. There is not a lot to cook or to eat.

• Tiara (8/5): Top Preis-Leistung - Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zwar nicht im Kern von Paris, allerdings kommt man mit verschiedenen Metro-Linien sehr gut ins Stadtzentrum bzw. in alle Ecken von Paris. Die Metrostationen sind je nach Station ca. 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist extrem freundlich und sehr gut erreichbar und flexibel (wir durften z.B. unser Gepäck schon früher abstellen als der Check-In war). Die Wohnung selber lag im 4.Stock, wobei ein Aufzug eine Alltagserleichterung darstellt. Die Ausstattung der Badezimmer war gut und die Duschen sehr Modern. Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte üppiger sein können, gerade was Kochutensilien wie Schneidemesser, Kochlöffel oder Geschirrtücher angeht. Bei uns war genau ein "scharfes" Messer vorhanden, allerdings hat dieses absolut nicht mehr geschnitten 😅.

• Ankush (8/5): Overall satisfied. - The owner met us to give us the keys. Very helpful guy and provided all the information. Owner charging us for the parking fee of 30 Euro. This should be clearly stated in the advertisement that the parking is not free and costs so much for entire stay.

• Svetlana (7/5): First impression was not the best, but after 3 days living there, we are satisfied, solid 8/10 - The location is great - bus/metro/RER are close, 20 min to the Paris centre. Overall the flat is quite good and comfortable, WiFi is great, big modern TV for background music or family movie session. The regular door is missing between the hall and shower - everyone can see you taking shower. 3 towels for 5 people. The dish were not washed at the check in.
• Mary (10/5): Our host was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. - The apartment was great for our family of five. We really liked everything about it. Plenty of space. Only suggestion would be a lamp in the living room area and more coffee pods for the coffee machine, as they are impossible to find in a regular story.

• Melissa (9/5): Fantastic - The host was absolutely exceptional. Not only did he contact me when I didn't respond (phone was not working) but he provided extra coffee pods and an iron when asked. The RER train is only a 15 walk away if you take your time. There are facilities such as a pharmacy and fast food restaurants nearby if needed also More towels could be provided since we were 3 people but to be fair there was a washing machine but we didn't have time and didn't want to dry them on the back of chairs provided.

• Chris (4/5): Rubbish place - That there was a lift as it's on the 4th floor. Poor state of repair. Electrical sockets were falling out of the wall. The promised 2nd bed was nothing more than a sofa bed , not a real bed. This was not mentioned, other places were avoided because of this very thing. We did not want a sofa bed, and it was very uncomfortable. 4 people on the booking and only two coffee pods for two days (were given two more when asked. Only 1 key for 4 adults. Toilet door would not close easily. Oddly, 2nd shower was full of gravel and unusable for some unknown reason. Had to ask for more toilet paper. Oddly, half a roll is not sufficient for 4 adults, 2 days. Flooring was.warped and full of gaps, rug was curled and dangerous. Would not go near this place again.

• Dave (5/5): Functional place to sleep - We were in only for one night to attend the rugby world cup at the Stade De France - the location was fantastic for that purpose and it came with secure basement parking for the rental car. Very easy access from the freeway so avoided all Paris traffic. The apartment was a little grubby and could do with a good clean - the balconies in particular were dirty and in disarray. Poor selection of glassware with no champagne flutes or red wine glasses. Not a space you would want to spend any time in.
