• Hayley (7/5): - Cool set up for the kids. Wasnt completely up to scratch for a rental, marka here and there on walls and table and chairs were ready to cave in. Short stay do suited us. Anyone over particular won't appreciate it.

• Malcolm (10/5): Great stay - Great facility’s and it was perfect for what we needed. The parking was a little annoying but not much you can do about that I don’t think.

• Misti (9/5): Magical!!! Thankyou ⚡️🪄 - We brought our two children to stay here as we had booked the Harry Potter WB Studios tour. They absolutely loved it and added the magic that we wanted for them. The Lounge is comfortable and we loved the sky and all the HP accessories throughout the house. The sorting hat was fun (needs new batteries ). The kitchen is clean well equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The bedrooms were comfortable and it was a surprise to find the Gfrindyor gowns in the wardrobe! We met the owners and they were kind and helpful. The couch doesn’t fit a family of four but there are chairs to sit on. It would also be useful to a long mirror in one of the bedrooms as there weren’t many mirrors. Both of these are minor issues and we still enjoyed our stay.
• Roseanne (10/5): - Beautiful accommodation just as described. The wow factor on entering the accommodation set a fabulous tone for our Harry Potter experience. Loved the attention to detail. Spotless apartment, warm, cosy, all the facilities a family oir need for a stay. Excellent communication from hosts and they even checked in to see if they could help in any way, even providing extra seating. Its a magical apartment, we would definitely recommend booking. Very near studios and shop at end of street. Nothing. We would return. Thank you
• Nicholas (6/5): Convenient and good intentioned - Beds were comfortable and the communication from the hosts was good. They seemed friendly. And the house was warm For a house that can accommodate 6-8, there is only 1 two seater sofa. The evening was very uncomfortable for my wife and I who ended up trying to relax on wooden chairs whilst our sons sat on the sofa. Also, the parking situation was very stressful. No parking between 8-10am and 8-10pm meant trying to find nearby parking. Only non permit parking orn24 hour car park was 10 minute walk away. Also, the harry potter theme was a bit lack luster. Some really cool stuff, like the light up cloud ceiling, and the costumes and wands. But the stickers on the wall were tacky and the owner had clearly bought 1 paid of curtains as is using them in 2 rooms. It just felt like a cheap attempt at what could be a really cool place.

• Mia (5/5): Attention aux colocataires - Logement très bien décoré et un emplacement convenable (15 min de la gare). L'arrivée se fait de façon autonome ce qui est pratique quand il y a une arrivée tardive. Attention ! Si vous ne réserver uniquement 1 chambre de l'appartement sachez que la 2eme chambre peut également être louée par quelqu'un d'autre. Personne ne nous avait prévenu qu'un couple partagerait le logement avec nous! Une mauvaise surprise d'autant plus quand on constate sur place qu'il n'y a aucun système de verrouillage à l'extérieur des chambres et qu'il n'y a qu'une seule douche. Par chance, nos "colocataires" étaient adorables ! Dernier point : les Matelas sont clairement à changer !

Till 6pm then my husband had to park 15 mins to park as there is permit only and you don't get permit and then we had are kitchen blinds open to be greeted by guests who were sleeping in another little room behind r house and have to go past her window. N door on entrance n leave

• AlexC_07 (10/5): - Clean and spacious with Harry Potter decorations, we especially liked the boardgames and accessories that we used to visit the WB studio. The place is in a long street which means we have to walk a little to get there.
• Amy (9/5): Lovely stay at a very cool apartment! - Great themed apartment we loved the decor and had a really nice stay ahead of visiting HP Studios. The apartment is full of thoughtful details and was very clean and well appointed. We booked the upstairs triple room which was very comfortable with a double and a single bed. There was a downstairs bedroom too which wasn't booked so we had the kitchen / lounge / bathroom to ourselves. This was lucky as we would not have felt very comfortable sharing the communal areas with strangers, me and my two children. As it was we had full use of the place which was really nice and great value. Parking is an issue as its residents only, however the restrictions are monday to saturday only and we arrived Saturday night after they finished, so we were in luck!
• Jade (1/5): Awful contacted the vendor and booking. Com no help no refund offered - Nothing There was a hole in the wall, the bedding had stains on and clearly wasn’t washed as it stunk on body odour. The upstairs bedding stunk of fish. The beds were very uncomfortable. Access wasn’t clear. Parking a nightmare three streets away. Outside is a permit why they don’t just leave you a permit I don’t know. Bathrooms unclean hair in the shower and half used shampoo and conditioner.
• Gemma (8/5): - We loved the harry potter theme. The heating didnt work when we got there late. No instructions to how to work it. House was freezing. Only towels for 2 people so had to contact again for more. Cleaner turned up 1015am to clean on day of departure which we didnt have to be out till 11am so felt really pressured. Furniture not the best chair broken and really the settee only allows seating for 3 people at a squeeze. I think I would look at a better way of doing the seating.

• federico (9/5): - Appartamento ben collegato agli Harry Potter studios anche al centro di Londra. Appartamento dotato di tutto anche in cucina, pulito e a tema. Comodo il self chekin. Da migliorare la temperatura essendo inverno faceva un po' freddo, ma forse non siamo stati noi in grado di regolarla Un po' difficoltoso all'inizio trovare l'appartamento poiché i numeri civici non erano molto chiari e la struttura è in un interno

• Jana Anna (10/5): - We loved the accommodation so much that we’re already planning to come back! Everything was absolutely great, from the decorations to the equipment of the house, and we also really appreciated the reasonable price. The location was amazing as well — we even walked to the Harry Potter Studios by foot! Getting to the city centre was also easy: we just went from Watford Junction (10 minutes away) to Euston in about 20 minutes! It was truly an unforgetable stay.
