Zu wenig Stühle nur 4 Stück, obwohl Wohnung für 5 Personen gedacht ist, die schlechten Kopfkissen, die defekte Jalousie im Dachfenster , der defekte Rauchmelder im Wohnzimmer, der zu stark blinkender Rauchmelder im Schlafzimmer ( als würde ein Ufo landen) und der super schlechte Service von Royal Aparts

• Bettina (9/5): - Ein sehr schönes, modernes Appartement hat hier auf uns gewartet. Von der Ankunft am Parkplatz bis zum Aufschließen der Tür kamen alle Infos vorab per Mail und man kann sich selbst gut zurecht finden. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Frühstück haben wir uns selbst mitgebracht aber auch dafür gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe.

• Angelika (8/5): W okolicy są nowsze i bardziej zadbane obiekty - Lokalizacja jest doskonała. Apartament nowoczesny i ładnie urządzony. Przydałoby się dokupić zbite przez innych gości szkło. Telewizor oledowy wypalony, bo jakiś jegomość oglądał TVN 24. Basen zdecydowanie za mały na tyle budynków, ratownik nieobecny. Byliśmy świadkami jak dziecko zwymiotowało do basenu i nawet nie było gdzie zgłosić.

Można było poczuć się jak w domu. Bardzo wygodne łóżka, czysta pościel, ręczniki. Świetnie zaopatrzona kuchnia. Doceniam to, że były haczyki na ręczniki, wieszaki w szafach, ręcznik pod prysznic niby głupoty a naprawdę wpływają na jakość usług. Strefa basenów też w porządku. Bardzo dziękuję i polecam.

• Arkadiusz (8/5): Udany pobyt w centrum Szklarskiej Poręby - Dobra lokalizacja, blisko do centrum i Biedronki. Piękny widok z okna na zaśnieżone góry. Ciepło w mieszkaniu i na korytarzu. Pralka, zmywarka, odkurzacz i 2 smart TV , gdzie można się zalogować na swoje konto na różnych platformach streamingowych. Jak na 4 osoby to mało było talerzy, kubków i sztućców, zwłaszcza, że była zmywarka. Wstęp na basen w wysokim sezonie (ferie zimowe) był limitowany - tylko na 1h (od 14.00 do 21:00) a wstęp wolny od 9:00 do 14:00, o czym zostałem poinformowany dopiero po wynajęciu apartamentu. Rezerwacji na basen można było dokonać tylko na następny dzień i to osobiście.

Jednak moze warto bylo by porozmawiać z nimi jeśli chodzi o czystość. Sam basen ok. Jednak w szatni panuje przeogromny brud. Na posadzce pełno wody, szafki zardzewiałe. A suszarki w ogóle nie susza włosów.

Świetna lokalizacja – blisko centrum, wszędzie można dojść spacerem. Dobrze wyposażony, niczego nam nie brakowało. Dużym plusem jest dostępne miejsce parkingowe. Polecam! Basen zimny .

Wg regulaminu można było się zapisać od godziny 14 czyli wtedy kiedy większość była na nartach. Jak już się udało zapisać to komfort miejsca przyprawiał o ból głowy. Bardzo zła akustyka, małe powierzchnie basenowe powodowały hałas. W saunach nie można było się wygrzać, brak odpowiedniej temperatury a halas ze strefy basenowej nie pomagał w uzyskaniu relaksu.
