- Jody (6/5): - Very friendly staff loved that in the cold days we could go down and get either hot tea or coffee or hot chocolate. Also good breakfast house keeping needs to be better I am used to staying at a hotel that house keeping still comes in once a day to replenish towels and run a vacuum and changing if the bedding depends on how long yr staying but I say they should come in and change bedding at least every 3-4 days. Also more options for breakfast would be great we stayed there almost a month and breakfast was always the same eggs sausage pancakes cereal and yogurt they had bagels with cream cheese also

- L (1/5): Terrible experience - Thes people stole from us . I wonder if corporate know about how there running there little downtown trap house? Booked the room online, then arrive at the property and the say oh, sorry no locals. And we're not giving your money back. There is no disclaimer about who is allowed to stay there online. Rude to us when we arrived and rude to us on the phone asking questions about who to talk to about it.
- Mike (8/5): -
- Dale (6/5): - The continental breakfast
- Larry (1/5): I'll never book a room at that hotel again - I did not stay at the motel I went to another motel because that one was nasty and in a bad area with vagrance everywhere outside I did not feel safe. I did not stay at the Moto I lost my $77 but that's okay cuz I won't get my money back but I don't give a damn at least I didn't get robbed I lose my truck in there nasty parking lot
- Crystal (6/5): - The room was clean Our air conditioner sounded like a jet plane.
The parking was horrid
They charged my card at 11 am... because they were scared of it over booking. I have ran hotels and policy was never to charge card until 3-5 pm. For 110.00 could have done better

- Marvin (8/5): Good location, comfortable room, free breakfast! - Room near laundry, walking distance to restaurants.
- Victor (5/5): Won't stay here again - Location was convenient The bathroom was worn, people hanging out on the stairs were sketchy,
- Leanda (1/5): Terrible. Worst place I’ve ever been. - Didn’t like anything Could tell the moment I walked in the staff didn’t want to be there. Very short with me and not welcoming. Went to our room and saw a towel on the floor. Was hesitant to throw it out into the hallway but I used my shoe. Realized I didn’t have any towels till after my shower. Bed wasn’t finished being made. No comforter on the bed. Went to the front desk to get towels and comforter and she said. Do you actually need these items?? I was like…yes that would be preferred!?? Seriously?? Waited 15 min to get that. Went back to my room tossed the “comforter” on my bed and it was actually the mattress cover….. So I gave up. Slept with a couple thin sheets that night. Hope I never see that place again. I would like my money back but that will be like pulling teeth.
- MIN-HUA (7/5): A smooth stay - Good breakfast
- Kelly (8/5): overall , I would stay again. - breakfast not great, pancake cooker not working , no batter, not great selection of items.
- Claudene (1/5): As Ive stated on earlier surveys I told you We didn’t stay - Nothing. As I’ve said many times we didn’t stay. We booked another hotel that night. I’m expecting my refund!!! The place was a dump. Not as pictured. In a bad part of town. Due to construction no where to park with a truck and trailer for several blocks.
Called bookings twice to try and resolve this matter. I booked with you. Have for years. And have always been satisfied till now.
Booked with you. You need to refund us
- Davis (9/5): Good - Good Good

- Sherry (7/5): It was ok over all. I would choose to stay there again. - I liked that the property was updated. Breakfast was great. Location was convenient to where we needed to be. Staff was very friendly. The shower and toilet had hair stuck to them. Dusty behind the tv. Otherwise the room appeared to be clean. The room would heat up quickly but the fan would continue to blow after the heater shut down and cool off the room again.
- Begay (8/5): Stay in Great Falls - Fast check in. Coffee ready and it was very clean and welcoming The noisy heater in the room, But it was ok once I gotnused of it.
- Rachel (6/5): -
- Susan E (8/5): - Clean, large room. Difficult location. Parking g garage felt unsafe.
- Nolan (7/5): Easy room for the night at a good price - Easy access and parking, clean rooms There’s hoodlums near the surrounding buildings
- Yim-Ling (8/5): -
- Cheng (10/5): - Exceptional good service!
The manager is a gentleman and very nice to talk to. Quite, clean, and roomy!
Breakfast is excellent with many varieties !
Seriouly, we enjoyed our stay and would revisit again in our next stop in Great Fall.
The best Super 8 I visited.
😀💯👍🍺🍻
- Bobcatlca (8/5): Great location and cost, staff was a nice bonus. - Location was great, very central to all activities planned for the week. Out of the hotel control, but construction at the time of review made it difficult at times to navigate the area.

- Melissa (1/5): -
- Culberson (9/5): -
- Theresa (9/5): - Got to bbq on the patio Toilet needed work
- Marty (7/5): -
- Nolly (7/5): - The location is excellent very accesible, The breakfast was great. The front desk staff are accomodating. The loud noise from the other suite since our room is a divided suite and there was a door in between, I had to fill the gap between the floor and door with a towel just to minimize the noise coming from the other room
The pillows are very old, they should upgrade their pillows atleast in our suite not sure with the other suite, The cleanliness is not that great, there was a couple bottle caps on the floor, hairs around the tub.
- Theresa (3/5): Spontaneous stop on a roadtrip, should have just kept driving. - That it was only $100 a night which is sadly a bargain nowadays and they had 2 room’s available at the last minute booking.
Parking was easy and underground. Location was sketchy at night people out roaming streets and hanging out in parking lot. The hotel was very dirty the floors dirty and sticky the bathtub was dingy, no water pressure, smelled like drugs in the hallway, pillows were the weirdest things I’ve ever seen. Very noisy bed frame (I’m petite) it just felt gross there. All the doors were squeaky and people constantly in and out of rooms.
Looks absolutely nothing like the photos.
- Michelle (10/5): -
- Majid (10/5): -
- Derrick (6/5): - Price, staff No shower curtain, door stuck
- Isack (6/5): -
- Traveler Malc (8/5): - Decent facilities and I appreciated free underground parking No objections.
- David (7/5): -
- Douglas (1/5): - Wasn't able to stay there. Their boiler broke so we went elsewhere. They said that they wouldn't charge a cancelation fee.
- Hank (8/5): - Location. Pool small exercise room. Free Breakfast.
- Wells (1/5): - Nothing The pipes in the basement were leaking all over a lot of cars. The room had beard shavings on the sink. The bathtub wasn’t even cleaned very well.
- Clive (9/5): -
- Bruce (6/5): no wash cloths or handyowels in room - to much street construction making difficult to get here
- Overcast (9/5): -
- Nina (6/5): - Für eine Nacht war es ok. Zimmer war nur mässig sauber.
- Kelsey (8/5): -
- Jackie (10/5): It was quiet and comfortable. I would stay there again when in the vicinity - Clean and comfortable It was hard to locate due to incorrect address
- Kevin (7/5): -
- Chris (4/5): - Location seemed good with pretty easy access to restaurants and stores. Dirty and staff that doesn't seem to care. Garbage and food in the elevator (only elevator). Hair on the "clean" towels. No ice bucket, front desk said "yeah not all rooms get them", so they gave me a pencil holder with a garbage bag. Floors in the bathroom were really dirty, the under side of the toilet seat, I don't think has been cleaned in awhile. And Wyndham did absolutely zero to try and make it better, and zero responses from their coveinant message site to report problems.
- Yonkers (5/5): - The road was closed to the hotel and no sign posted that we could go around the barrier to the entrance. Coffee maker in room missing a part. The door to our room was ajar so anyone could have entered before we got there
- Stan (10/5): -
- RandyMM (7/5): - Family stopover for 1 night-2 rooms. Rooms were standard-clean, sufficient but not luxury bedding, air conditioned, comfortable enough, Outside pool looked good. Continental breakfast was standard fare as expected. Stay was good value for the stopover.
- Erin Kate (1/5): Worst place I’ve stayed in decades!! - Not a single thing about this property was favorable! Location - faced the alley, just a block or two from the Mission. We had addicts and drunks, right outside our window, digging through the trash, hanging out smoking, etc.
Filthy - gum stuck to the toilet, brown drips down the walls and door of the bathroom. Our room was not carpeted, and our feet were filthy from walking barefoot.
Staff - never anyone at the desk!!
A/C was not very effective
Deck of the pool has no type of traction/slip-reducing surface, therefore, I stepped in a puddle, slipped and landed very hard on my hip and wrist.
- Michael (2/5): It sucked - Nothing There was no AC in the room that we had booked. They had to give us another room. There was no lights in that room. The sink was cracked. The floors were dirty and there was bugs crawling all over the bathroom the AC and the AC was very poor quality And there was no tissues and we asked for towels and they gave us a hand towel and a washcloth.
- Remy (6/5): - Location Lift out of order, bathroom not clean
- Shawna (8/5): -
- Amy (3/5): -
- Paul (9/5): Overnight stay. - Decent price, good location. A bit confusing to locate due to road closures from the construction.
- Pierluigi (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rayna (5/5): Passable - The breakfast had a good selection Location, parking garage was a little scary. Construction made finding the hotel a bit hard to get to. The metal bed frame under the bed was annoying. We kept kicking it and would make a loud sound.
- Ana (7/5): Good -
- Charlie (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rashida (8/5): Good - Fairly reesoasble The rooms and construction around
- Borreson (8/5): Nice room - Room was nice. Price was good. Location was so-so. Road construction in town made parking confusing
- Aaron (6/5): GOOD VALUE AND LOCATION - LOCATION WAS GOOD-ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE COULD HEAR LOTS OF NOISE, RUNNING WATER, PEOPLE TALKING, OR WALKING AROUND-THE PROPERTY'S HALL WAYS COULD BE UPDATED
- Brad (7/5): Good -
- Piotr (2/5): Stay away unless you have no other choice. - The room was large and the parking garage is covered by being underground. That's about all good about this place. The room was smelly
Garage literally stinks.
I wouldn't walk in this room barefoot.
Elevator was sketchy.
Neighborhood is at best questionable.
Breakfast was miserable.
I had 3 bums having a party right outside my window until 10:30pm.
The hotel phone didn't work, I had to call front desk about the bum party from my phone, they did nothing about it for 1.5h until the party ended naturally.
- Steven (1/5): It was a horrible and unfortunate experience. - The location was pretty nice. It was ghetto. It smelled. There was only two flat pillows in the room. The AC made a horrible and loud noise and we weren’t able to use it due to that.
- C (8/5): Very good -
- Christoffer (5/5): Works for the night but would have appreciated seeing more care put into room maintenance. - Beds were comfortable and shower pressure was good. Staff were friendly and the breakfast is a nice variety. The room was really dirty. Floors were sticky and it honestly didn’t look like it had even been swept or vacuumed. The drain in the shower needed to be unclogged and there were yellow stains in the toilet bowl. When those basics aren’t cleaned it makes you a little concerned if there are other things that aren’t clean that you can’t see.
- Atchley (8/5): Very good -
- Brent (7/5): Good -
- Vicky (10/5): Loved our stay. - Convenience, location, clean Nothing
- Clive (8/5): Very good -
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional - Comfortable beds. Good breakfast
- Linda (9/5): Superb - The fact the room was clean and quiet. Nothing.
- Patricia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Judy (8/5): Very good -
- Robyn (8/5): Very good -
- Wanyu (8/5): We are satisfied with the stay. -
- Lesley (4/5): Disappointing -
- Bruen (4/5): A bit sketchy… staff was friendly… but would not stay again. - Beds were clean and comfortable Location was a little sketchy… was grateful for covered under ground parking but pipes were dripping and low clearance and was glad car was not broken into overnight… exterior doors didn’t lock… breakfast was basic continental… room door safety latches were propping hotel room door open when checked in- was worried I was walking into an occupied room… bed frames were loud if bumped with foot… just a bit bizarre all around.
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - Nice room comfortable beds
- Eleanor (8/5): A pleasant surprise stay. - Lovely recently renovated rooms with hard floors. Decent breakfast options. Free underground parking. Close proximity to shops downtown. Finding its Lobby and main entrance was the biggest challenge😊.
