• Margaret (7/5): Overall we had a wonderful time,the conceige was helpful as always 😊 - Having stayed in the building before I was familiar with the process which made things easier The coffee station wasn’t restocked,the AC wasn’t working.

• saad (2/5): À fuire , run away its trappe , c est une grosse arnaque - J ai rien aimé j ai vécu un cauchemar dans cette établissement J ai vraiment rien aimez , j ai galéré avec l accueil au 4 Eme étage ( on dirait une cellule de prison toute noir pas de lumière du personnel qui parle mal on dirait j étais dans un bordel ), des gens impoli qui sont foutent royalement de votre situation , l appartement étais trop sale , les photos mise sur l application booking n as vraiment rien à voir avec la ou j ai séjourner a fuire , je vais faire la publicité a cette établissement

• Masoka (5/5): The stay was good, enjoyed the apartment, didn’t enjoy distance of the parking bays. - The property was well located and the space sufficient for a small family of 3. The parking is far from the reception and there’s hardly space to temporarily park and unload your packages.

• Thutego (2/5): Horrible!! They don’t care about that apartment. - Nothing! The place doesn’t smell good and it’s not clean! I didn’t like anything about that place. The beds and pillows are horrible and low quality! It smells! The toilets weren’t clean, they had pee on the sits from the previous guest. I hated that apartment,, I’ll never go back.

• Soji (5/5): Not very impressive compared to other apartments in the same building - The apartment set up I struggled with getting ironing board more than once. The cleaning ladies didnt do a very good job. When I eventually requested proper cleaning I was told to pay R400, and I felt this is unacceptable

I was so shaken I couldn't stay there, I left and I asked for a refund as I needed a refund to stay somewhere else but no help was received

I did not catch her name but she was extremely rude instead of simply explaining to me some of the Ts and Cs regarding check in. She even sweared at me as a customer which is not acceptable. She was on duty 19th around 10am - 15pm
