• Olga (10/5): Fantastic Stay in a Perfect Athens Location - We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Athens. The host was extremely responsive throughout and sent very clear instructions for accessing the property, which made check-in smooth and stress-free. The location is brilliant — just a short walk from so many great restaurants, bars, and the Acropolis, making it the perfect base for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spotless, very well equipped, and finished to a high standard. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including drinks and breakfast items provided on arrival. The host was lovely and went above and beyond by helping us book a taxi for check-out. Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it. We only stayed for a night but just as a suggestion maybe some hangers / wardrobe could be provided for guests staying over 2-3 days.

It was spotless, included laundry facilities and had a very large and surprisingly quiet balcony. The fridge and pantry were thoughtfully stocked with breakfast items and drinks. The apartment was neatly arranged, and I was surprised to find complementary drinks in the refrigerator when we arrived tired. Washing machine is also bonus. Safe neighborhood, beautiful decor, lovely balcony and an unbeatable location walking distance to the sights and the airport train. The washer-dryer is a huge plus for long-term travelers. The highlight was the kitchen, stocked with thoughtful snacks and food that made me feel instantly welcome. Last but not least, it is perfectly quiet allowing good rest. I recommend staying here!

Apartmán je nadstandardně vybaven, Je krásný, moderní, elegantní, navrhoval ho dobrý bytový architekt. S velikým balkonem, ze kterého je krásný výhled na okolí. Měli jsme radost z velikých povlečených peřin. Dobře se nám zde spalo. Majitel je velice ochotný, milý, komunikativní, vstřícný, připravil nám i malé přivítání. Děkujeme moc za příležitost být zde a za umožnění parkování na hlídaném parkovišti. Příště se zde zase rádi ubytujeme.

• Renate (10/5): Entspannung und Wohlfühlen mitten in Athen☺️ Jederzeit gerne wieder! - Ein wunderschönes Appartement in absolut zentraler Lage und bester Ausgangspunkt, um die Sehenswürdigkeiten Athens zu erkunden. Über einen Fahrstuhl gelangt man in den 7. Stock und hat dort absolute Ruhe und einen sehr großen Balkon. Das Appartement ist liebevoll ausgestattet, auch mit Kleinigkeiten für eine Nacht. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz in ca 10 Minuten Entfernung gehört ebenfalls dazu. Da gibt es nichts!

Loved the interior well designed and very clean there were a lot of additional items from olive oil to wine well thought out to cater for anyone. The only thing I didn't like was the outside entrance but that did not spoil our experience overall.

• Martina (9/5): - Útulné vybavenie, skvelá lokalita a celkovo veľmi pekné ubytovanie. Domáca bola veľmi nápomocná a pri check oute nám dovolila ponechať batožinu na ubytovaní po zvyšok dňa. Prišli sme v noci a na izbe bola veľmi veľká zima. Dlho trvalo, kým klimatizácia vôbec vykúrila ubytovanie. V toalete boli zvyšky nejakého odpadu, ktoré sa nedali splapchnuť.

The host reached out almost immediately after booking, and the self-check-in was completely seamless and stress-free. ​Despite being so central, the flat is on the 7th floor with two lifts, making it easily accessible and incredibly quiet with zero street noise. The bedding was spot on—both the mattress and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. ​It was also impressive to see such high-quality, spotless finishes in the kitchen and bathroom, including the towels and linen. The host’s thoughtfulness really showed, with plenty of tea, coffee, and breakfast items provided to cover us for a day. A relaxing, top-tier experience.

• Steve (10/5): Beyond our expectations. You will not be disappointed. - The apartment is modern, clean and incredibly comfortable. It is open plan, airy and also has the benefit of a large private balcony, from which it is hard to believe that you are located in the centre of Athens and close to all amenities. The owner provided good instructions about where to find the property and how to gain access. It is very well equipped with everything you might need for a self catering stay, although there are plenty of good eateries to be found close by. Although our visit was in October, we made use of the air conditioning as it was still quite warm. We had a fantastic few days there and were very pleased at the affordability of such a centrally located property. Highly recommended.

It exceeded my expectations and made the end of our holiday perfect. There were lovely plush pillows and bedding, the best in our experience of 6 different places this trip. Fabulous shower and all you need in a kitchen with a variety of products available for guests to use. Very thoughtful, well - selected items, really enjoyable - thank you! And best of all - good sleep quality with the good soundproofing and efficient air con. The large balcony is an added bonus which we didn't really have time to enjoy. Just getting in to the precinct with the lock boxes etc, but when you have done it once it is not a problem.

Location was close to restaurants, bars and public transport. Washing machine was very handy after 2 weeks travelling. Patio very spacious. Apartment was very new and modern with lots of facilities. There wasn’t a wardrobe or hangers which would have been handy.

• gutolm (7/5): Beautiful apartment and a kind host - The apartment itself is absolutely beautiful, modern, and was spotlessly clean. As a family, we were especially grateful for the comfortable baby crib provided – our baby slept really well. The host was very receptive and kind, even when we raised our concerns. They were also very generous, leaving complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, which was a lovely, welcoming touch. The parking situation was a significant issue for us and negatively impacted our arrival. While "free parking" is advertised, the designated lot is an 11-minute walk away. For a family arriving with luggage and a baby in 32-degree heat, this was extremely difficult and stressful. For anyone driving to Athens, especially with children, this is a critical point to consider. Additionally, the building's old and seemingly unmaintained elevator was a real concern. As the apartment is on the seventh floor, it's a necessity, but it can be quite scary for those not used to it.

• Enrique (10/5): Como en casa - Un apartamento amplio, moderno y limpio para mi familia (3 personas) con una gran terraza. Tiene muchos extras que hacen que el cliente se sienta muy cómodo. Al lado del centro neurálgico de Atenas, en calle peatonal. Un lujo, que en otra ciudad sería prohibitivo.

• JOSE MARIA (10/5): Estupendo apartamento con terraza en el centro - El apartamento está reformado, es bonito y cómodo, con aire acondicionado, ventilador y mucha tranquilidad Tiene una estupenda terraza y está en el centro de la ciudad. Además el apartmento estaba lleno de amenities agua, cerveza, galletas, café, aceitunas.... La única pega es que la entrada al edificio es mejorable.
• ela (10/5): - מיקום מרכזי מאוד. דקה הליכה מהרחוב הראשי. מסעדות ובתי קפה ממש מתחת לדירה. הקשר עם בעלת הדירה היה קל ויעיל וענתה מייד על כל שאלה. הדירה מקסימה יש מקום ל 4 אנשים מכונת כביסה ומייבש. המקרר מצוייד בהרבה מצרכים. מיטה וכריות מאוד נוחות תמורה מעולה לכסף מומלץ למשפחה שרוצה להרגיש בית בתוך העיר היינו צריכים להזמין מונית ולא יכלו לעזור לנו עם זה. בגלל החלפת הסים לא יכולנו להשתמש ב uber או באפליקציה אחרת מקומית. אבל בסוף הסתדרנו. נתנו לנו מידע מפורט לגבי אפשרויות נסיעה אחרות לשדה התעופה

It has a good size for a family of four. The kitchen is well equiped for a longer stay. We reallly appreciated the cleanliness, the free parking offered at a walking distance from the accomodation and the attention to all details. The big terrace is perfect to feel the vibe of the city center in the evenings. We enjoyed a lot our stay and it felt like home. The communication with the owner was great. We got all the necessary details for an easy check in. We fully recomend it.

• Deneen (9/5): - The location was perfect, and the bed was nice and comfortable. I was mainly looking for a facility with a washing machine/dryer. This worked out perfectly so I didn't have to overpack. The location was great for getting around. There is an outside lockbox for a key to use to get into the building. They lock up the building when the businesses downstairs are closed. Once you get upstairs on 7th floor there is a key pad to access apartment. The apartment was super clean and the owner was great with communication. The entryway was eery when it was locked up. Although you have your guard up it was safe.The apartment itself made up for it
• skärberg (10/5): Bästa lägenheten i Aten! - Superfräsch lägenhet med allt och lite till! Goda moderna vitvaror och smart TV, fräscht bad, stor balkong. Enkel slef check-in och lägenheten har perfekt läge till attraktioner och populära stadsdelar. Bästa av allt, som ger en stor guldstjärna i kanten, var att kylskåpet var fyllt med vatten och alkohol som var gratis! Lite dåligt vattentryck i duschen.

Egyszerű, rugalmas be- és kijelentkezés. Nem volt ilyen, minden szuper.

El nombre hace justicia al apartamento: con diferencia el más moderno y mejor decorado de nuestros 5 viajes a Grecia. El anfitrion nos dejó muchos pequen̈os detalles que hicieron aún más agradable nuestra estancia. Muy recomendable Para nosotros no fue un problema pero el dormitorio está integrado en el comedor y solo se separa de este por un biombo y una estantería, por lo que si alguien duerme en el sofá no hay mucha intimidad

• Mia (9/5): - Perfekt läge, gångavstånd till alla mysiga områden och sevärdheter. 10 min promenad från tunnelbanan Syntagma som man kunde åka direkt med Metro från flygplatsen. Samtidigt lugn gata. Mycket fräsch lägenhet och trevlig balkong. I kylen fanns vatten, vin och frukost, även kaffe tillhandahölls. Kunde varit bra med bruksanvisning till kaffemaskin, spis mm.

Molt ben situat, entre mig de Monastiraki i Sintagma, per tant, es pot anar caminant a molts llocs. El menage de cuina una mica insuficient. Falta escorredora per la pasta, alguna altra olleta o pot mes petit.... També falta algun estri més de neteja, alguna baiera, recollidor, per fregar sobretot la cambra de bany que es mulla molt quan et dutxes. Sabo per la rentadora
• YU-TING (10/5): Perfect Stay in the Heart of Athens – Spotless and Super Convenient - An excellent location—only 10 to 15 minutes’ walk to all major attractions, so there’s really no need for any transportation. Even though the host offers free parking, we didn’t need it at all. (Walking around the neighborhood is very pleasant.) The room was extremely clean, and the bathroom, kitchen, and washing machine were close to perfect. The host was very thoughtful and provided all the little essentials (utensils, laundry pods, jam, etc.), even a bottle of chilled white wine. The self-check-in instructions were very convenient. The host provided very clear photo guides, which allowed us to check in without disturbing anyone—even though we arrived late at night. (The host did offer a phone number for immediate contact, but we didn’t need to use it at all.) If I visit Athens again, I would absolutely choose this place again. My only concern was the entrance and elevator on the ground floor. They seemed a bit old and not very well-lit. After the shops on the first floor closed, the area looked a little too quiet—possibly unsettling for a girl entering alone at night. (That said, during our 3-day, 2-night stay, everything was completely safe. We did not encounter any inappropriate individuals or incidents.)
• Krzysztof (10/5): Great location and stress-free stay in Athens - Wonderful place and a truly enjoyable stay — it's really hard to find anything to complain about. The property offers free parking in the city center, which is a huge plus. Although it's a short walk from the apartment, it's absolutely worth it considering how stressful parking in central Athens can be, especially with private lots where you have to leave your keys. The location is perfect for walking and exploring all the key sights of Athens. We were also allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment before the official check-in time, which was a lifesaver - especially when traveling with children. If I had to mention any downsides, they would be very minor. One of the bedside lamps wasn’t working — probably just a burnt-out bulb. The terrace is large, but the view is nothing special. The building entrance and elevator aren’t particularly nice, but these are small issues compared to the overall experience.
