- Karma (1/5): DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL - The fact that it was a condo so my family could stay together in 1 space. We stayed in Thailand for 17 days and stayed at different places, and this one was the worst ever. If you are a family wanting to have quality time, I do not recommend it at all. 1. The check in was late - we took overnight bus from Phuket to Bangkok so we arrived super early like around 8 and I asked the owner if we can check in early and explained the reasoning, but she declined and said can be only at 2, which was ok I guess. But the person came in super late so we ended up checking in 45 mins late. And there was no note from the owner. The butler who came to give us the key only apologised later , since she could see how upset we were. 2. The amenities not provided properly. - I was asked multiple times regarding the number of people who was gonna checkin which was 6 but they still ended up only providing us 5 towels, which were also dirty so we ended up buying new towels for us. They only had 1 toilet roll and upon asking they said there should be 2 which I replied and said no there was only 1, and all they replied back was with okay. We were also provided with only 1 swipe card which was needed to get though lobby and elevator, and it was very inconvenient since we were 6 of us. So I messaged them asking for another one. The owner said they will need to apply to get another one and to update me by next day, which they obviously didn’t. So I messaged her again, and followed day after, but she completely ignored me, which was another disappointment. They provided with usual pots and cutleries, but majority of the pans and pots were rusted and not safe to use. Not sure if they ever check and make sure if they need to change them. The house in general felt not clean and no extra blanket, towels or sheets were provided. 3. Extremely bad communication - the messages were ignored most of the time, as mentioned above. We also asked if we can checkout a bit late, but owner replied no.
