• Umberto (10/5): Comfortable stay on the beach front - Perfectly located along the beach promenade and very close to restaurants and tapas bars. The staff were very friendly, the room bright and clean. Ask for a sea view room, you won’t be disappointed!

El hotel está perfecto para gente joven que quiera Fiesta! Porque hay una Discoteca muy cerca que se escucha en la habitación de día y de noche.
• Marianna (8/5): Modern gem at Valencia Promenade ❤️ - Great location with beach proximity and public transport. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby. If your room faces the beach, it’s a lovely view (picture attached). The property was very modern and clean, with communal area to get comfortable with. The staff (despite some bad reviews) were very nice and helpful, they actually explained where everything was without even asking for help. The only negative point no one is talking about is the nearby club and the noise levels it causes. There’s techno music until early morning and it starts again mid morning. If you’re a good sleep it won’t bother you, but if you’re more sensitive, you might want to ask for a room which faces the opposite way, rather than the sea.

There are constantly drunk people around the parking spaces trying to get money out of you for pointing out free parking spaces. That was annoying. We couldnt open the windows because the air outside stank.

• Jason (8/5): would stay again if spending a few days around the beach area of Valencia. - The location is excellent for Valencia beach and Marina area. Smooth check in process. Along with newly refurbished room over looking the beach. The noise from the local bars and the Valencia Marina Beach club should be considered if booking here.They are open until the early hours.

A lot of restaurants around, coffee shops in walking distance, good connection with the city centre. Pillows were too high, caused pain in the neck. Music from nearby beach club very loud all night untill 5 am, even with windows closed I could hear it. If you have problem to fall asleep this will bother you.

In the room air was so dry, when open the window (we had room not with see views) the smell was terrible. And it was very hot inside. Air con helps with temperature, but not with dryness. Soap and shampoo very cheap in the room, doesn’t work properly. And we heard everything what was happening in the neighbourhood and in other rooms.

• Agata (9/5): - To był naprawdę udany pobyt w Walencji. Zarezerwowałyśmy pokój Junior Suite dla 4 osób na 2. piętrze, który okazał się naprawdę przestronny, estetyczny i o wysokim standardzie. W pokoju były dwie klimatyzacje, duże okna z możliwością zasłonięcia roletą zewnętrzną (po godzinie 16:00 to bardzo przydatne!), widok od strony ulicy (schludny deptak z wieloma palmami, bardzo nam się podobał), mała lodówka z przygotowanymi dla nas butelkami wody. :) Łazienka też była wygodna, z oddzielną toaletą i dwoma umywalkami, suszarką do włosów. Sprzątanie oraz wymiana ręczników była możliwa codziennie. Nie wspominając o lokalizacji - dwa kroki do promenady i plaży, sklepów i restauracji, a przystanek autobusowy oraz market również były niedaleko. :) Dzięki temu, pobyt był naprawdę wygodny i możemy szczerze polecić to miejsce. Recepcjoniści byli pomocni, uśmiechnięci i rozmawiali po angielsku, także nie było problemu z komunikacją. Naprawdę niewiele rzeczy, na które można narzekać. WiFi było słabe, zapach odświeżacza powietrza na korytarzach był mocny, no i w pokoju brakowało jakiegoś większego stolika, biorąc pod uwagę brak śniadań (rezerwowałam w styczniu i wydaje mi się, że wówczas booking wyświetlał opcję śniadań). Mimo tego, poradziłyśmy sobie, tak więc oceniamy jak najbardziej pozytywnie. :)

• Ivaylo (4/5): - Location is very good,close to the beach and most of the restaurants! View from the terrace is great! The condition of the room was significantly below acceptable standards. The furniture, including the bathroom fixtures, table, chairs, and wardrobe, appeared to be of very poor quality and not properly maintained. Additionally, there was a persistent and unpleasant odour coming from the bathroom drainage system throughout my stay. The shower also presented an issue, with a leaking hose that caused water to drip continuously when in use. Furthermore, the noise levels during the night were unacceptable. There was extremely loud music from the nearby beach bar, with heavy bass continuing throughout the night. Due to the inadequate soundproofing of the windows, it was very difficult to get proper rest. Overall, these issues had a considerable negative impact on my experience.

• Katherine Gladys (9/5): - Tenía caja fuerte para guardar las cosas de valor. Muy limpio y ordenado. De acuerdo a la página del hotel, tenía incluido el desayuno pero nos dijeron que no era así. Recomiendo tener una área de kitche (microondas, cafetera) donde se pueda comer en caso ya se muy de noche y no se pueda salir a comer o tomar algo caliente en el invierno. El personal del área de limpieza entró a la habitación sin nosotros haber colocado el letrero solicitando el servicio.

The hotel is newly refurbished a - The hotel is in a great location for the beach, and easy walking to the tram/ metro into Valencia old town. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. We were disappointed that there was no kettle in the room, however once we discovered the vending machines on the first floor it made sense that there was no kettle!
