• Cintia (6/5): - Jó elhelyezkedés, felszerelt, gördülékeny bejutás, a szállásadó jól elérhető. Nem volt túl tiszta. Téli időszakban a hűtő-fűtő klíma nem igazán melegíti fel az apartmant. A fürdő különösen hideg.

• Angela (6/5): Non è stato un soggiorno confortevole - Lo staff davvero molto gentile e disponibile e pronto a risolvere eventuali problemi. Arredamento e tv moderni. L’appartamento si trova in un edificio vecchio e trascurato, in una stradina laterale poco piacevole. Non ci siamo sentite sicure: la porta d’ingresso si chiudeva con una piccola chiave ed era preceduta da una porta sul ballatoio che abbiamo trovato più volte aperta. Gli spazi erano molto angusti, con una sola finestra minuscola che non permetteva di arieggiare e una persiana rotta che lasciava entrare luce al mattino. Anche il bagno offriva poca privacy, avendo una porta in vetro scorrevole che non si chiudeva.

• Carlos Alberto (5/5): Decepcionante - A localização fácil para vários pontos turísticos, mercados e restaurantes próximos. Primeiro, o edifício está em péssimo estado de conservação, a noite tínhamos que ligar a lanterna do celular para descer/subir as escadas, era totalmente escuro. Segundo, não é um apartamento, mas um quarto com espaço para fazer um lanche, pois sequer dispõe de mesa e cadeira para fazer refeição. Embaixo da cama tinha "nuvem" de poeira e fios de cabelos, e nas luminárias da cama havia muito pó, que precisamos limpar, pois somos alérgicos. Na cama só tinha o lençol de elástico cobrindo, que dava para enxergar o colchão, não havia o segundo lençol por cima. O banheiro não tem box/divisória, você toma banho e por mais cuidado que tenha, a água molha tudo, eles deixam um rodo para que execute a secagem após o banho. Fui em pleno inverno e não há um suporte para secar toalhas, utilizamos toalhas molhadas todos os dias, uma vez que o aquecedor do quarto não atende ao banheiro e não há suporte para ao menos esticar a toalha e facilitar a secagem. Deixaram uma bucha de pia super velha, precisamos comprar uma para fazer uso...enfim, sempre viajo locando apartamento e é a primeira vez que preciso fazer uma avaliação negativa.
• OUSSAMA (2/5): Décevant en terme de logement - The studio is well located near the city center in Pest, which is its main advantage. However, for the price, the cleanliness was unacceptable, with dirty bedding, poorly cleaned floors, spiders, and spider webs on the walls. We also found expired soap and shower gel, a clogged sink that we had to fix ourselves, and very limited basic supplies. Overall, the photos are misleading and we were very disappointed with the stay.

• sebastien (5/5): Bien pour l'emplacement - L'emplacement géographique L'appartement est mal nettoyé, comme par exemple sous le lit y a énormément de poussières, on a même retrouvé une bouteille vide dessous le lit et je ne parle pas de la brosse à wc qui est dégueulasse. Les contours de la douche se decollent, et du coup on mets de leau de partout dans la salle de bain . Et la literie est mauvaise, j'ai mal au dos , les coussins sont horribles.
• Maria del Mar (8/5): - Lo mejor de todo es la ubicación, a 10 minutos de la iglesia de San esteban y otros lugares céntricos. Desde el aeropuerto se puede coger el bus 100E y despues el 9 o 74 y te deja al lado. El apartamento está bien y tiene de todo. El dueño se preocupa de si has llegado bien y si tienes algún problema. Hay algunas cosas que no son muy importantes pero son incómodas. No hay sábanas en las camas, ni abajo ni arriba, solo el nordico. Y la ducha no tiene mampara ni cortina, entonces se llena todo el cuarto de baño de agua al ducharte. Creo que estas cosas se podrían solucionar fácilmente y el apartamento sería más confortable.

• María (7/5): - Estaba bien ubicado y las instrucciones para acceder al apartamento fueron muy claras. Aunque parece bastante nuevo había cosas que se veían descuidadas y falta de limpieza.
• Alessandra (7/5): - Ottima posizione, e ben fornita di tutto il necessario per poter cucinare, e nel nostro caso fare almeno la colazione. La pulizia potrebbe migliorare, e pure la struttura del bagno che non è molto comoda per vari motivi.
• Ιωαννίδου (5/5): - Η ιδιοκτήτρια μας έστειλε εάν φτάσαμε και αν όλα ήταν καλά γεγονός που δείχνει ότι ενδιαφέρονται για την ποιότητα των παροχών τους. Ωστόσο, πρέπει να διορθωθούν οι μικρές ατέλειες του δωματίου. Η πολυκατοικία είναι παλιά, μυρίζει υγρασία και σε τρομάζει το ποσό ήσυχα είναι σαν να μην υπάρχει κανένας άλλος στον χώρο. Όταν μπήκαμε στο δωμάτιο στο μπάνιο είχαν αφήσει νερό στον νεροχύτη και δεν είχαν τραβήξει την τάπα. Στα σεντόνια είχε κάποια χνούδια και τα παπλώματα ήταν τσαλακωμένα γεγονός που δείχνει ότι δεν είχαν σιδερωθεί. Στις λάμπες που κρέμονται δίπλα από το κρεβάτι υπήρχε πολύ σκόνη.

• Xoyris (6/5): - Είναι κοντά σε αξιοθέατα και στα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς ,θέρμανση αρκετά καλή! Είχε θέμα με την καθαριότητα……δίπλα από το κρεβάτι στην γωνία ήταν γεμάτο αράχνες ,το μπάνιο μύριζε συνέχεια και δεν στέγνωνε ποτέ….

• Mariia (8/5): Close to perfect but lacks a few things - There were ALMOST all the things that a person would need. There is a TV with the streaming services (there was disney +, not netflix), an AC, a blowdryer, etc. The kitchen was small but very usable. The location was great. The communication was quick and the instructions to check in and check out were detailed. Although there were two windows for ventillation, which we opened, every time you come into the apartment there is this damp smell. When I searched for an apartment with a kitchen I didn't even bother to search for a table in the photos because it's such a basic thing to have. Turns out it's not and this apartment didn't have a table. So it would be great to have such a basic thing as a foldable table to set up near the bed to eat. And also a curtain in the shower because you need to be very careful not to splash on the floor. Currently there are only silicone borders that peel off and don't really prevent spillage.

Pieno centro, e al massimo 20 minuti a piedi, potete raggiungere tutti i monumenti senza mezzi. A 10 minuti dalla basilica di Santo Stefano. Strepitoso. Grazie

• Pereyra (7/5): Buen lugar, cerca de todo. - La ubicación excelente. Es bastante amplio. Buena opción si esperas un lugar para descansar y estar bien ubicado. Buena relación precio calidad. Está bastante bien equipado. Las almohadas y el colchón malísimo todo, no se podía dormir. Además hay una ventana en la cocina que deja entrar luz desde muy temprano.
• Δημήτρης (5/5): - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος Ζεστό νερό και ψυγείο Λερωμένα σεντόνια και σκεπάσματα. Μύριζε πολύ άσχημα η αποχέτευση και κατά συνέπεια όλο το διαμέρισμα. Δε αλλάξανε σε τέσσερα βράδια τις πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια και χρειάστηκε να αγοράσουμε χαρτί υγείας γιατί είχαν μόνο δύο στο δωμάτιο. Δεν υπήρχε τραπέζι για να καθήσεις και είχε μόνο μια καρέκλα. Καθόλου ντουλάπες. Το στρωμα άβολο και είχε δύο μονά παπλώματα
• Manukyan (8/5): Thank you for accommodating us and allowing us to leave our bags in the room before check-in. - Месторасположение․ The room was smaller than it looked in the photos, but that didn't bother us at all, the price-to-condition ratio is excellent. It's very comfortable for one or two people who will be admiring the hospitable Budapest all day and will only come to the room to sleep and take a shower.Thank you for accommodating us and allowing us to leave our bags in the room before check-in. that is a very appreciated gesture!!! Thanks Special thanks to my favorite booking platform for their support.Sometimes roaming doesn't work for travelers, and the lack of internet doesn't allow you to receive contact emails and thus get door codes, wife codes. It would be preferable to get all of that at least a day in advance.

Bad shits with hair, bathroom stinks, the floor extra dirty. Extremely hard to access. Everything dusty after a few minutes of walking in the room my suck looked like I was walking on wet dirt....
