• Anand (8/5): Villa with privacy - The villa had excellent privacy with a private pool and entrance. It had a kitchenette but no microwave, only a gas tip oven. The staff were very kind and friendly and also very helpful. We liked the location but access to shops and eateries were not great as the place is a calm area without many shops. Moreover you couldn't walk a few metres without bike taxis and time share guys persistently annoying no matter how many times they see in a day. Also the guy at a shop warned us of incidents where gold jewellery like chains were snatched from unsuspecting tourists. The water was stagnating in the shower and a shower screen would have been great keeping the bathroom dry. Also the aircon wasn't very effective as it was positioned away from the bed and we were provided with a small table fan by the staff when we complained about this.

• Vedrana (10/5): Friendly, comfortable and relaxing. - Clean, spacious, exactly like in the pictures. The breakfast was mind blowing ❤️ The kitchen could use some more pans/pots and sharp knifes if you plan to cook in the accommodation.

• Sudhir (10/5): - Everything - cleanliness, location - right in Seminyak but still felt like in the middle of nowhere. Peace and quiet. Villa doesn't provide canteen but there is a warung right out which provides good food. Staff were amazing, especially Ari. Had an issue with flush which he promptly got it fixed at the earliest oppurtinity. Alwalys smiling, cheerful and willing to help. Good job Ari :) Nothing.

• Virginia (10/5): - Stunning quiet villas with really great pool, very central to Seminyak shops and the beach. The staff here, Ari and Putu are AMAZING! Nothing is a problem for them and they’re such gorgeous people. Loved my stay here and would stay again next time for sure

• Pamela (5/5): - Location is great. Very quiet and just a short walk to everything you could need.Warung in the front is excellent with great food, very cheap and great staff. Aesthetically very good however, not very comfortable! No coffee table, so when sitting on the couch nowhere to rest a cup or plate! The half flush on the toilet did not work at all and full flush only worked sometimes..very unpleasant. There was no shade umbrella for protection over the sunbeds and these beds are a huge step above ground level. No stairs on this end to exit to reach sunbeds also no table to rest drinks, sunscreen, book, towels etc.

It offered the perfect blend of comfort, pr - I loved the peaceful, private setting surrounded by lush gardens—it felt like a true sanctuary. The design of the villa was beautiful and thoughtful, blending modern comfort with Balinese charm. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for relaxing at any time of day. Everything was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. I also really appreciated the little touches like organic bath products and how attentive yet discreet the staff were. It was the perfect place to unwind and reconnect with myself. There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, clean, and beautifully maintained. If I had to be really picky, perhaps just a few more hooks or shelves in the bathroom would have been handy—but that’s a minor detail in what was an otherwise perfect stay.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - The hotel is new and nice, the staff on reception is really friendly - 2 guys and one security. I liked them! But the most strange and disappointing thing about the place is management. I lived in a place about 2 weeks and booked more. They said Ok. But next day they suddenly said I have to leave and they have another booking. I asked how Is it possible because you booked for me. They said sorry, you have to leave tomorrow. I tried to find another place as soon as possible. And left a hotel. But than I came next day to take my stuff, my room was empty. No one was there. They just lied about booking. When I asked what’s going on? They said: “good night”. No answer, no explanation, just lying So the impression of place was totally ruined.

• Reaz (8/5): Very good - The cleanliness was very good 👍 The entrance not appealing,, the drainage of the shower area is not good the whole bathroom stay wet. The Most important is no privacy. All around very tall buildings can see inside Villas.
