- johnnie (5/5): - The manager was indeed very helpful....he was not on tge premises...there was a contact number to call....good for walking distances to the palaces and river Access proved to be very difficult...the code to gain entry.... also there is no elevator...making it a problem carrying heavy luggage to the 5th floor at 76yrs old
