• Virender (9/5): - The apartment was a walk away from all the main attractions with a number of fantastic eateries and amenities close by. Easy access from the airport via metro which is a short walk away. Staff are fantastic, Stefano ensured we had a comfortable stay and was always on hand to answer any questions or requests we might have had. The apartment was cleaned very well daily and had a good selection of crockery and utensils in the kitchenette.. Will definitely return to stay here when next in Athens and highly recommend to everyone visiting Athens.

• Alfons (10/5): Uitstekend - We hadden het penthouse voor 3 nachten werkelijk een erg mooie design appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien met groot balkon en jacuzzi. De locatie is erg prettig op korte loopafstand van de Akropolis zuidoost entree en het Akropolis museum. Het appartement was erg stil en er heerlijk geslapen. In de directe omgeving al op 5 minuten lopen zijn veel leuke en lekkere restaurants. We waren met de auto en daarvoor een parkeerplaats aangevraagd in een nabijgelegen garage dat werd direct geregeld en was 3 minuten lopen. Het ontbijt mandje werd in de ochtend om 8.30 uur bij de voordeur afgeleverd en een keer op verzoek om 7.30 uur. Het ontbijt was echter 3 keer exact hetzelfde op zich prima maar daar kan wat meer variatie en aandacht aan gegeven worden.

• Jenny (10/5): A luxurious stay in Athens - Kuka living apartments is ideally located for Acropolis hill, the Pantheon, Hadrian's arch and Temple of Zeus and not far at all to metro stations for easy access to all the other parts of Athens. Lots of fabulous restaurants and cafes nearby in Koukaki and Plaka though Kuka living apartments also provide a small bag of breakfast goods every morning. The kitchen is compact yet stylish. Fixtures and fittings all high quality. We had the pool room on the ground floor which was so clean, modern, and comfortable. I can imagine going for a daily swim to cool off in the height of summer! (We went early May where the water was just a little too cold for other than paddling). We also had access to the small gym, sitting area and jacuzzi on rooftop where you can get a lovely breeze with beautiful star jasmine scent as the plant grows all along the balcony. Very easy to communicate with Stefanos, Adriana and the housekeeping team. They were all friendly and very helpful and answered all our questions no matter how small. Perfect place to stay and would not hesitate to recommend this place. P.s it's also super quiet - soundproofing is great. Liked everything

In the morning, a thoughtfully prepared breakfast box is waiting for you at your door. The balcony, the (even if it’s decorative) fireplace, and the interior design are truly impressive. The location is also very convenient. I would definitely stay here again! Nothing!
• Lan anh (7/5): Très bon logement mais peut être tres bruyant si au rez-de-chaussée. - La chambre répond à tous les critères pour un séjour confortable. Le service de conciergerie via WhatsApp est facilement accessible et se montre réactif et efficace. Le logement bénéficie d’un bon emplacement pratique, à proximité de toutes les commodités. La première impression du quartier et de la rue peut surprendre de manière négative, mais cela n’impacte pas le séjour. Le principal point à améliorer concerne le rez-de-chaussée. Nous occupions la chambre 102, située à proximité immédiate de l’ascenseur, ce qui entraîne des nuisances sonores liées aux passages et aux discussions. L’isolation phonique pourrait être largement renforcée. Nous avons également été gênés par les bruits extérieurs de la rue (+ sonnette de la porte d’entrée), ainsi que par ceux provenant des étages supérieurs et d’un établissement voisin. Lors de la réservation, j’ai reçu un message d’accueil m’indiquant que ma chambre se situait au rez-de-chaussée, j’ai demandé s’il était possible de changer. On m’a alors informé que cela impliquait un supplément de 50 € par jour, ce que j’ai trouvé excessif et que j’ai donc refusé. En revanche, lorsque j’ai mentionné le problème de bruit, le personnel s’est montré très aimable et m’a proposé de changer de chambre dès le lendemain. Cependant, il ne nous restait qu’une nuit, j’ai préféré rester dans la chambre initiale.

Stylish and comfortable and within a short walk of key attractions (Acropolis and Acropolis Museum) and restaurants/bars. Staff were extremely helpful in arranging parking, suggesting restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay again.

Mooie groot ruim appartement en alles was aanwezig. Everything was excellent, warm welcome and check in to the staff, the clean and the tastefully decorated rooms, even the smallest details amenities, fresh towels and bed sheets, smooth and excellent pillows, bath robes, iron, umbrellas etc. It's a small diamond in the center of Athens few minutes away from Acropolis and the flea market. Kuka team Thank you for the free upgrade and by the way the Jacuzzi and the flowers was an amazing surprise for our anniversary. Thank you for everything see you soon during our summer holidays. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The check-in process was fast and efficient. Staff were amazing and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed ,free upgrade, the quiet atmosphere, which allowed for a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions and restaurants. I loved the daily breakfast boost box; it was a lovely, thoughtful detail. • Nick (10/5): 10/10 recommend Kuka, I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else in Athens. - Kuka was amazing, every morning they dropped off boxes with a nice pastry and some juice completely complimentary and ready for when you start your day. Effie was incredibly helpful when my wife and I ended up with cancelled flights for our way home by helping us extend our stay without any hassle. The location is amazing as you are maybe a 10- 15 minute walk to the main tourist attractions in Athens but it still manages to be quiet. I would recommend Kuka to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Athens. Everything was amazing I honestly can’t complain about a thing.

• Peggy (10/5): Overall wonderful stay, and helpful staff, will love to be back one day ! - Very new and spacious. Love the decor of the property, we also had joining rooms which was a plus. Also love that they have out slippers, not a lot of European hotels have this anymore. Nothing, if I had to say maybe just the elevator doors were a bit finicky. There was no handle on the inside, so on some floors you have to sort of pull quite hard in order for the door to actually latch on/ the elevator will then be able to function.

Seemed like they were taking the extra step to ensure we had a great stay by paying attention to every detail. Effie the concierge was so helpful. She went above and beyond for every request we have no complaints at all!

• Leonora (9/5): Wonderful stay in the center of Athens in walking distance of the Acropolis. - Although the facility didn’t have a restaurant, each morning they delivered to the room fresh squeezed juice and a pastry/bread. Coffee could be made in the room with items they supplied. The staff went out of their way to help us and make us comfortable. They stored our luggage when we went on a trip to an island and then put it back in our second room when we returned after a few days. Everything was modern on the inside and worked. They organized sightseeing trips with amazing guides at the last minute. It was a wonderful experience. Not much I can think of. Our second room was less luxurious and smaller than the first one, but still much better than in a standard hotel.

In the morning we were served a light box breakfast with a dessert bread and fresh squeezed OJ (fabulous). From our location we could walk to many attractions. Must stop was the corner coffee shop Fika!! Both the coffee and croissants were delicious!!

A very special thanks to Daphne, who was amazing throughout our stay. Her kindness, care, and genuine hospitality made the whole experience unforgettable and made us feel more like friends than guests. The location is excellent, with easy access to the city and everything we wanted to explore. The apartments were very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped, perfect for our group of friends. We also loved the rooftop terrace which gave us a great space to relax together. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve ever had in Athens. We are leaving with only positive memories and would definitely choose Kuka Luxury Living again on our next visit. Highly recommended, especially for the warm hospitality and amazing staff! 🙌

Βολικό πάρκινγκ 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ο χώρος τις πισίνας απλά καταπληκτικός. Μια λεπτομέρεια που μου άρεσε πραγματικά, ήταν τα ηλεκτρικά στόρια που κόβουν 100% το φως του ήλιου ώστε να έχεις ένα πολύ καλό ύπνο. Όλα τέλεια. Κυρία Εφη εις το επανιδείν. Μόνο ίσως η τιμή διανυκτέρευσης, κατά τα άλλα δεν έχω κάτι αρνητικό.

Staff was helpful in arranging transport to and from the airport (@ reasonable rates). Staff sent a nice “to go” breakfast each morning. Overall, a very pleasant place to spend a few days while visiting the nearby historical sites. No view from room 303.

A truly exceptional property! - This property is very centrally located and is by far one of the chicest, sophisticated and well-appointed apts. that I have ever stayed in abroad. Effie, the manager is lovely and so is the housecleaning staff. There was a bottle of wine and fresh fruit waiting for me upon arrival and every morning they would leave breakfast at my door, all without asking. The building is brand new. It smells like Hermés, and is very modern in its finishing and aesthetic. Hands down, I will be staying at Kuka every time that I am in Athens. Every time. I loved everything. Every single thing.

The hotel is located in a quiet street in the absolute centre of Athens. We were amazed by the interior decoration of the hotel, one of the best and most spacious suites we have ever stayed in, with a separate living room and kitchenette section. The rare marbles and the wooden surfaces made our stay luxurious and the private swimming pool was the most delightful surprise of our stay. Special mention to the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff, especially Efi who took great care of us. I recommend this gem to any traveller seeking a prime experience visiting Athens. We liked eveything.

This time, due to limited availability, I was recommended to try their sister property, Kuka Athens — and I couldn't be more impressed.
