- Patrycja (6/5): - Ogromnym plusem jest lokalizacja nieopodal dworca i centrum. Jeśli oczekiwania nie są wygórowane (czysta łazienka i łóżko), to polecam. Zawiłości w kodach i kluczach, które umożliwiały dostęp do pokoju. Na szczęście obsługa przesyła na bieżąco instrukcje i informacje o zmianie kodów, ale trochę zajęło zanim się w tym połapałam.

- Mateusz (5/5): Jak na jedną noc to dawało radę wytrzymać braki i niedogodności, ale na dłuższy pobyt nie polecam. - Było czysto, a skrytki z kodami jako schowki na klucze oraz kod do drzwi głównych zamiast standardowego klucza to naprawdę dobry wynalazek. Była też bardzo duża wanna, jednak było mi dane z niej korzystać, ale wyglądała naprawdę zachęcająco. Sama łazienka też robiła wrażenie bardzo luksusowej. Lokalizacja też na plus! Ścisłe centrum, obok dworca, a tuż przy gmachu budynku zejście na podziemny tramwaj jadący prosto do Tauron Areny. Elegancko! NIE DAWAŁO SIĘ CAŁKOWICE OTWIERAĆ DRZWI NA BALKON, bo blokowało je łóżko! Wyjście na balkon było możliwe ale bardzo utrudnione, bo trzeba się było przeciskać, a dla osoby z moimi gabarytami to niezwykle trudne, tym bardziej jak się powiesi coś na wieszaku tuż obok! Kolejnym absurdem jaki znalazłem było częściowo schowane za framugą drzwi gniazdko przez co nie było możliwe wetknięcie weń czegokolwiek! A w łazience nie było przygotowanych żadnych ręczników dla gości! Przyzwyczajony do tego że w większości hotelów jest to standard nie brałem z sobą własnych, na szczęście zostawiono mi jeden w samej sypialni.

- Szymon (8/5): Bardzo fajna miejscówka obok dworca PKP - Lokalizacja znakomita. Pokój - w apartamencie składającym sie z trzech pokoi - mały, ale dla jednej osoby, wystarczający. Świetnym rozwiązaniem jest aneks kuchenny dostepny dla gości. Skomplikowany opis samodzielnego dostania się do budynku i potem do pokoju (musiałem się upewnić, czy wszystko dobrze zrozumiałem), Trochę wąskie lóżko z "ruchomym" materacem. Pod prysznicem ktoś zapomniał napełnić dozownik mydła, ale na szczęście obok umywalki był przenośny.

- Aïcha Soumari (5/5): - L'emplacement près de la gare, la propreté du lieu, la réactivité du personnel (le check-in se fait à distance), le prix abordable La description n'était pas assez claire pour moi, je m'attendais à une chambre séparée avec salle de bain privative, la réalité c'est que c'est une chambre minuscule dans une grande chambre séparée en 3 chambres avec une sdb commune et une micro kitchenette. Le lit n'était pas du tout confortable, je n'ai pas dormi cette nuit là. Il faisait également froid malgré le chauffage, la porte fenêtre laissait passer un petit courant d'air. Le bruit des voitures dehors. Heureusement que j'étais juste de passage et que le lendemain matin je suis partie.

- Lucas (7/5): - De locatie is het beste bevallen. Het is ontzettend dicht bij het station en ook de binnenstad is maar 10 minuten lopen. De indeling van de kamers leek ontzettend af te wijken van wat er wordt aangegeven op Booking. We reisde met een groep leerlingen en hebben zorgvuldig gekeken of iedereen in een eenpersoonsbed kon slapen. Toen we aankwamen bleken we van veel meer tweepersoons slaapbanken gebruik te moeten maken. Daarnaast was is er een slaapruimte die niet verwarmd was.

- Larysa Ivshyna (8/5): - Окрема кімната в трех-кімнатной квартирі. Зручно ліжко. Хороша звукоізоляція. Чисто. Зручне розташування біля вокзалу. Незрозуміла комунікація. Вислали повідомлення з неповною інформацією. Не було ні номера апартаментів, ні кода від дверей кімнати. Але пощастило, що заселялися днем, зв'язалися по телефону, все прояснили. Але вночі заселялась сусідка, також мабуть отримала некоректну інформацію. Стукала, дзвонила, практично двері зламала. В конце концов розбудила, двері їй відкрили.

Enfin, un gros point positif était la présence d'ascenseur. Les deux points à améliorer pour cet appartement seraient la chaleur (pas de climatisation à ma connaissance) ainsi que le bruit environnent de la ville qui peut être difficile à supporter si l'on n'est pas habitué.

W mieszkaniu dwóch innych lokatorów, jest dostęp do czajnika, lodówki, mikrofalówki. Dostępne żelazko i suszarka - obiekt dobrze wyposażony. Niesamowicie duszno - mój pokój znajdował się na piątym piętrze, jedyna opcja ochłodzenia to otwarcie drzwi balkonu - współdzielonego z innymi mieszkankami, więc opcja średnia na noc. Komunikacja z właścicielami średnia. Pojawił się problem z dostępem do budynku (zabrano wszystkie breloki umożliwiające wejście do budynku pozostawione w sejfie), odpowiedź od właścicieli niejasna, musiałam sama dopytywać o szczegóły by uzyskać rozwiązanie.

- Tomasz (1/5): I do not recommend - When choosing a small room, people mean a room, not a closet or pantry converted into a sleeping area. The description says the room is 7m², which doesn't exactly match the description. The description also doesn't match the kitchen, which isn't yours, but a shared one. The apartment is divided into two rooms, plus what's supposed to be a room. There's CCTV in the utility rooms. Why doesn't it say that people are being monitored? After arriving at the place, I didn't have time to call the staff immediately about the cancellation. I returned after 2 hours and the room was open despite the code locks... anyone could have entered the room and rummaged through my belongings. After returning the information to the customer service about the lack of use, they wrote that the fee for storing luggage is PLN 200, despite charging the room rental fee. The customer service has a very negative attitude, without showing any willingness to solve the problem, focused only on profit, regardless of the client.

W aneksie kuchennym czysciutko, dostepna kawa, herbata i cukier. Duza, wygodna lazienka z suszarką do wlosow. Dostepne rowniez zelazko oraz deska do prasowania. Na powitanie czekal na nas slodki upominek, co juz na wejscie zrobilo swietne wrazenie. Lóżka bardzo wygodne. Bardzo polecamy i chętnie skorzystamy ponownie. Nie otrzymalismy w wiadomosci numeru mieszkania. Na szczescie bez problemu od razu dodzwonilismy się do gospodarza. Zalowalismy, ze nie bylo mozliwosci przedluzenia doby o 1-2h nawet za doplatą :(

- Tetiana (8/5): - Чисто, близько до головного вокзалу та центру, зручна навігація від персоналу про ключі. Кімната маленька, але було зручно Несподівано, що ванна і туалет спільні на три окремі кімнати. Коли хтось поселявся вночі, було чутно.

- Jan (8/5): - Blisko dworca, w okolicy sklepy i restauracje, łóżko wąskie, ale w miarę wygodne. Czystko, wszystkie sprzęty sprawne. Otrzymałem niekompletną instrukcję zameldowania (bez numeru mieszkania czy nawet piętra w budynku), ale na szczęście można było porozumieć się z obsługą telefonicznie. Drzwi do pokoju słabo izolują od hałasów z korytarza.

- Alina (10/5): - I was planning to stay alone, but on the day of my arrival my partner joined me. The hostel kindly allowed us to stay together. Thank you very much once again! That’s the third time when I stay in the hostel. It’s great value for money!
- Jabłoń (9/5): wszystko ok, za ta cenę standard super - Pokój mały ale wygodny. Łazienka czysta. Mały aneks kuchenny gdzie do dyspozycji jest kawa, herbata i cukier. Byłam bardzo zadowolona.

- Єлисей (1/5): - Хостел дійсно непоганий, але зважаючи на ставлення персоналу до гостей ставлю найнижчу оцінку. Персонал хостелу надіслав мені детальну інструкцію з заселення з усіма кодами та номерами, але при внесені цих кодів скринька з ключами не відкривалася, мені допомагали випадкові перехожі, але і в них нічого не вийшло. Нарешті один небайдужий чоловік зателефонував за номером вказаним на букінгу, чоловік який підняв слухавку не хотів нічим зарадити, лише сказав що зателефонує покоївці, яка допоможе мені, але вона так і не з'явилась. Нарешті з'явилась симпатична дівчина, яка допомогла мені зайти в мій номер, ввівши код,.Я потрапив в свій номер, але без ключів від вхідних дверей на першому поверсі. Щоб потрапити в будівлю, коли виходив на вулицю, постійно чекав коли хтось буде заходити або виходити , щоб відчинили мені двері. Отож моя порада, якщо не хочете потрапити в стресову ситуацію зі скриньками, обходьте цей хостел десятою дорогою.

- Arkadiusz (6/5): Miejsce na szybki nocleg. Na dluzej brak klimatyzacji moze byc uciazliwy latem - Blisko dworca PKP, dobre miejsce podczas podrozowania z przesiadka w Krk Brak klimatyzacji to istotny brak w lecie.
