• CelineA (8/5): - L'emplacement est très sympa, juste à côté d'une grande pente parfaite pour des journées luge avec les enfants. La résidence est calme. Le lit double n'est pas confortable du tout et grince. L'eau de la piscine est froide.

• Raphael (7/5): Bon séjour dans cet appartement très bien situé - Appartement bien situé, parking au pied, accès facile et instructions claires Certaines serviettes de bain sentaient fortement la cigarette. La poubelle de la salle de bain n’avait pas été vidé et était remplie de déchets dégoûtant. La piscine n’était pas très propre.

• Pierre (7/5): Nice hotel but be careful not to arrive before 1600PM on arrival day. - The hotel itself was nice and the location is really peaceful. The room was very nice and spacious while being quiet. It was not mentionned that the hotel was closed from 1100AM to 1600PM and that there was no possibility to drop our bags in a secured storage, we went all the way up to the hotel and to then have to go back to Aix les bains with all our belongings this was not nice.

• Mahmut (6/5): Wardrobe is locked, bed is not good - The wardrobe in the room was locked. The reception told me that the owner of your flat is a different person, please contact her. But I did not rent this place from a person, I rented it from La Poudreuse Résidence les Balcons d'Aix. The staff told me that the owner had personal items in the wardrobe, and that's how she rented the room. There is no mention of it in the ad. The bed was uncomfortable. There was a creaking sound coming from the bed when I turned left and right while sleeping.
