• Quang (3/5): Wish I would have paid more for a cleaner place - Bathroom was large & room size was ok Black mold on the wall and AC vent. Ants crawling on refrigerator. Musty or moldy smell in room

I like the fact you don't have to talk to people if you don't want to The 'city view' advertised was looking out to an alleyway full of building materials and junk with a brick wall, that sucked. But if you're just sleeping there it's fine. There were construction works on going right outside our door in the morning, loud drilling etc, so I didn't get full sleep. Shit.

• Marie-neige (7/5): Good deal to stay in the heart of Chinatown for a not too expensive price! - Great location to enjoy Chinatown! In the heart of this busy part of town but very quiet as it is in a very narrow street. By the way, not accessible with a car! No contact with host, but the process is well-esdtablished and so you can get your keys on your own easily. Aircon was functionnal, little fridge too. There was a very bad smell in the bathroom.

• Chris (10/5): Exceptional - The location is convenient in Chinatown and not far from the MRT. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was big and comfy and the staff was also helpful and friendly.
• Dora (3/5): Very disappointing - Close to china town and plenty of food options The room was nothing like the pictures. Upon arrival, we found the floors dirty, and the mattresses had large dent that made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. During the first night, the air conditioning kept making strange noises and shutting off. When we requested a different room, we were told none were available. To make matters worse, we found someone else’s earplug under the bed, and despite our complaint, no effort was made to properly clean it up. There were at least three noticeable liquid stains in different corners of the room. Although room service was supposed to come every two days, we didn’t even receive basic supplies like toilet paper—we had to ask for it or buy it ourselves. Additionally, the large window couldn’t be opened. The only positive aspect was the view of a traditional Chinese building.
• Wuku (10/5): Exceptional - A great vibe in the heart of Chinatown. Once inside, clean and comfortable. Quite a large room with plenty of space even for dining in. Staff took great care of me. FRom helping me enter tje building to letting me check in early. Truly a hidden dragon! A little hard to locate and once there I was confused with the checking in process. After you punch some numbers into a vending machine to get your key.. you go into a restaurant and then continue to the hotel towards the back.
• Ezgi (5/5): Relatively OK facilities with terrible hospitality - It was OK for a night, but I wouldn’t stay more than that. It’s a relatively new facility. The communication and the check-in was a nightmare. The owner told me that I can come in and leave my bags earlier than the check in time and sent me the instructions. But, what she didn’t told me was that self check in was not going to work before the check in time. So I was struggling to get the key and finally the restaurant owners help me. They gave me a room all the way on the fifth floor. stairs are so steep. The hot water in the room didn’t work, and again when I communicated, I wanted with the owner the response was just turn it on :/

• Rolly (10/5): Though it’s a short stay but I can say that it’s perfect because of the room. We got what we want. Very cozy and most es - The property itself was nice. Very comfortable and clean. None.
• Meaw (9/5): Superb - Overall good atmosphere, good location.Convenient for travel. The room is clean and simple, the air conditioner is cool, the wifi is good. You can walk to Yaowarat, the old market is very close, it's worth it.
