Late check-out will incur a charge for any financial losses incurred, such as the cost of cleaning already paid for, plus an additional fee starting at €60. - Please note that after 8:00 PM, only urgent incidents will be attended to. Non-urgent interventions requiring staff presence or intervention outside of these hours may incur an additional charge. Please note that a security deposit is required to guarantee the proper use of the property. We require a refundable security deposit of €200 prior to arrival. Your refund will be issued within 5 days of departure and verification. Payment by card is processed via a web link. We will send you the instructions after you make your booking. THE POOL is open from 1 April to 31 October from 10:00 to 13:30. Please follow the following rules to use the swimmin pool: – Exclusive use for guests and their visitors. – Showering before entering the pool is mandatory. – Balls, mats, and similar items are not allowed. – Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. The community is not responsible in case of accidents. – Pets are not permitted. – Smoking and eating are prohibited in the pool area. – Ball games are not allowed. – Glass containers and sharp objects are strictly prohibited. – A first aid kit is available in the bathroom area.
