• FJ (5/5): - Le personnel est très gentil surtout à la réception. Nous n’avons pas apprécié que notre chambre ne soit pas nettoyée. Donc, les draps n’ont pas été changé…Les essuies sont vraiment de taille S ! Les peignoirs ont été repris deux jours après et aucun autre retour de ces peignoirs pendant toute la durée de notre séjour. Le bain à bulles ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de penderie ! Le petit déjeuner est vraiment hyper sommaire (pain blanc, un petit peu de céréales et une machine à café…).

• Marilena (7/5): - La vicinanza alla fermata della metro e del bus tuttavia i siti da visitare sono parecchio distanti dalla posizione dell’hotel. Utilizzo gratuito del servizio di lavanderia. Personale parla poco l’inglese, servizi minimi.

• lucasalvemini62 (7/5): OFFERTA DI MEDIO LIVELLO - Servizio di prima colazione ridotto all'osso ma lo si sapeva dal momento della prenotazione. Molto buono il servizio interno di lavanderia, completamente gratuito ed automatizzato. Le fermate di metro e autobus (Dayeon e Motgul) sono a 200 metri dall'albergo ma riguardano la stessa linea 2 (verde): per muoversi verso i punti di interesse sono cmq necessarie sei fermate con interscambio con la linea 1 (rossa). Molto buona la ricezione WiFi in tutta la struttura (hall e camere da letto) A parte mr Lee (il portiere di notte) nessuno parla una parola di inglese ed é necessario dialogare con Google translate anche per le richieste più elementari. Servizio informazioni o assistenza cliente del tutto assente, non vengono fornite nemmeno mappe o cartine della città.

• Susana (9/5): Extraordinario - Todo fue muy bien, la habitación es amplia, lavabo y ducha separadas, la cama enorme y cómoda. El personal super amable y atento. La ubicación está bien según donde quieras ir…porque las cosas están de punta a punta. Nada, todo perfecto.
• Jonathan (9/5): - A great hotel, very spacious with a lovely bath and shower. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotless, everything is new and works as expected. There is even a huge smart TV and separate sitting area. The breakfast is free, but probably not worth sticking around for.
• Rigi (4/5): Ok. - Personeel was erg vriendelijk en deed veel moeite om het ons naar de zin te maken. Het was niet goed schoongemaakt. De kamer is een oude rookkamer waar de geur nog in hing. Overal lag stof en haren. Tot overmaat van ramp vonden we er een aantal in het bed. Na dit gemeld te hebben kregen we een andere kamer en een refund optie. Nadat ze ook deze kamer nog een keer vanwege hetzelfde probleem hebben schoongemaakt was het ok. Prima hotel, maar ze moeten echt beter schoonmaken.

• boyoung (10/5): - 출장이 잦은 일이라 여러 숙소를 많이 가봤는데 가격에 비해 객실 컨디션이 너무 좋았어요. 욕조가 있어서 반신욕하면서 피로 풀기 좋았어요. 조식은 간단하지만 한끼 해결하기에는 부족함이 전혀 없어요. 다음에 부산 출장 올 일 있으면 무조건 여기로 올 거에요.

• myoung chan (10/5): - 조식으로 라면, 토스트. 커피 등등 제공 하는 것이 매우 매력적이었음. 세탁기 건조기 스타일러도 있어서, 장기출장 와도 문제 없을 듯 함 사장님 및 직원분들 응대는 너무 친절하셔서 좋았음. 서비스라면서 생맥주도 주시고, 룸 업그레이드도 해주심. 계속 사소한서비를 계속 주실려고 하심. 너무 감사한 1박 이었음.

• Elizabeth (9/5): Large room, local feel, great value-would recommend - Loved the size of the room, it was huge, especially the tub! Staff were so friendly and held our luggage before check-in and even offered to get us a taxi to the airport on our last day. Location was in a more local area, but super close to the metro so you could go anywhere. Hotel is non-smoking but the bathroom smelled a bit like smoke when we arrived (though it did dissipate after a couple of days). Breakfast is simple, and there is not much seating so it can get crowded. There is a microwave though so you can heat up your own food if you want something different.

• susia (8/5): - 청결하고, 편안하고, 친절했습니다. 너무 잘 지내고 갑니다. 부산 출장오면 다음에도 숙소는 이곳에 올 것 같습니다. 감사합니다. 아무래도 모든 객실이 금연이라고는 하는데 화장실에서 담배를 피우는 손님이 계시는 것 같습니다. 금연이 기본이지만, 기본을 지키지 못하는 손님들의 문제라.. 그래도 호텔의 대응은 너무 좋았습니다. 화장실을 사용하지 않을때는 화장실 문을 닫으면 담배 냄새는 나지 않는 것 같습니다.

• Fernando (7/5): Great Stay in Busan area - The staff was extremely kind. The room was spatious and clean and the bathtub was truly nice. The accessories provided for the bathroom were also a nice touch. The bed is quite firm. The corridor was very noisy in the morning. The shower joints were moldy and could use some bleach.

• YI (9/5): 整体很好 - 距离地铁站很近，周边步行几分钟就是公交车站，出行很方便。工作人员都很耐心和友好。酒店一层还有微波炉和咖啡机供使用。房间内空间较大，尤其卫生间很大，可以淋浴也可以泡泡浴。 早餐有点单一，建议增加一些不同种类的早餐。

La chambre aurait pû être plus propre (cheuveux) un peu partout (douche sol) à part ça, la propreté ok, lit ok. Dommage pour une jolie chambre qu'elle ne soit pas parfaitement propre. Si vous venez pour la plage, vous serez obligé de prendre le métro.

• Elke (8/5): Schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. - Sehr großes, sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Gute Lage. Parkservice, bequeme Betten und Kopfkissen. Keine Zimmerreinigung, kein Wasser in der Minibar, Handtücher in Gästehandtuchgröße, Whirlpool funktionierte nicht, Die Klimaanlage war viel zu laut. Zum Frühstück gibt es wirklich nur Instandnudeln, Toast mit Marmelade(ohne Butter) und Kaffee.

• Milena (7/5): - Hotel w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko Lini metra. Przestronny duży pokoj , łazienka przestronna. . Pralka dostępna do dyspozycji gości na 2 piętrze. Dużym rozczarowiem było śniadanie hotelowe wliczone w cenę... Ramen, płatki i chleb tostowy... Nie tego się spodziewałam na śniadaniu hotelowym. Do śniadania kawa i soki. Brak śniadania... Chcoiaz by typowej hotelowej jajecznicy.
