- Kayley (9/5): - Amazing location, friendly staff and nice rooms. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and well laid out and the view from the 5th floor over the city was great. We also enjoyed the secured car park, which even though it was an extra charge, was worth it for a city location and the security it provided. If you leave the door open to the bathroom after you have showered, the smoke alarm goes off and doesn't stop until the staff turns it off, so it might be in the wrong place, but that is very minor and our stay was great.
- Annie (10/5): A comfortable hotel in a good location - The staff were very helpful to me about having some gluten free food at breakfast and I appreciated their attention to that. They are very responsive and friendly. The hotel is an easy flat walk from the train station. The rooms and bathroom are big for Europe and there is plenty of space. I even had an iron and ironing board and there is a laundry downstairs. It is very comfortable for a stay of several nights. The breakfast is good in a light filled room that looks out onto the canal. The wifi works perfectly well but you often have to sign in again on return normally this is automatic.

Douche à l’italienne sans parois latérales, il faut passer la serpillière sur tout le sol après chaque douche.

- Wilda (10/5): Perfect place to stay - We loved everything about this place, the location is perfect, breakfast is varied, fresh, and delicious, and the room is very good. There are so many amenities in the room, the little kitchen, shelves and storage, the bathroom is well equipped, and everything is clean. All of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. If I could make this a 4 star instead of a 3 star I would. I usually stay in 3 star places, and I have seen a lot of them - this place is much better!! There was nothing to not like, everything was very good.

- Sow (2/5): J’ai été très déçue par le manque de propreté général ! - Le manque de propreté a totalement éclipsé les aspects positifs que j’aurais pu apprécier, comme l’emplacement. En tant qu’ancienne responsable hébergement, j’ai été particulièrement déçue par le niveau de propreté de la chambre. Les joints de la salle de bain étaient orange, la poubelle de la cuisine sale, l’intérieur du frigo négligé et les équipements de cuisine laissaient clairement à désirer. J’ai également constaté des saletés à plusieurs endroits, ce qui est inacceptable pour un établissement de ce standing.

- Steve (9/5): Highly Recommend especially for room and storage. - The location was a plus, only 5-7 minute walk to the train/bus station and so much room for storage and moving around during a long or short stay. Even the bedside tables rolled into the storage beside the bed. The kitchen was very well stocked with a huge mini fridge. Good water pressure and room darkening drapes were very effective. The security code to get up on the elevator made us feel very safe though the are was not a problem. Close to a market and restaurants. We can’t say enough about the staff who made our stay easy and were so helpful, really loved the on site laundry. Many thanks to Marc-Antoine as so approachable and friendly, Lina at the desk over and above service, as well as Noemi’s and Josephine. The internet can be a problem at times, you have to log in more than once.

- Judith (7/5): - L'emplacement Un rafraîchissement du coin cuisine est nécessaire. Il manque de la vaisselle car même si le studio est pour 2 mettre uniquement 2 assiettes 2 bol 2 verres 2 fourchettes est juste et oblige à faire souvent de la vaisselle
