• Sheena (5/5): Great location, apartment and amenities lack lustre - The location of the apartments and the views were extraordinary. There was many things broken and filthy. I don't think the bathroom door frames have ever been clean. The oven had no instructions and were full of dust.under the bed and couches seem to not get moved to clean. There was a coffee stain under the coffee machine. I assume the apartment was a 2 bedroom and they converted the living area into a bedroom. It shares the walls with the now living/dining, all of the switches for the living area are in the bedroom so if you are sharing it you have to turn everything off before the people using bedroom 3 go to bed as once they close the doors you cannot access any switches, including the aircon controls. Bedroom 3 is horrifically hot. Both bathrooms have exhaust fans that do not work. The washing machine stained our white clothes. The tumble dryer only works on one setting and shrunk our socks and daughters Underwear. Bedroom one door frame is cracked like someone has tried to kick it in. You can only have aircon in bedrooms or living, not both at the same time. The bedroom TV isn't signed into internet. The internet was patchy at best. The Mattresses were super uncomfortable and we all didn’t sleep well. There are broken and dirty blinds in every room. Room 3 had broken wardrobe and bedside tables. There are not enough power outlets. Especially in the bathtoom. There are no BBQ utensils and you cannot use the outdoor area past 9pm. You only get one key and fob which is very hard when you have multiple people staying and you need it to use the lift and for building entry. We could only park our can in a paid car park 1.6km away. Apart from the great locations, views and customer communication, the rest was very lack lustre. We wouldn't stay here again.

• anam (10/5): Best value for money with a great view - A beautiful, spacious apartment that’s perfect for large families. The location was ideal as it was just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, yet far enough from the noise to relax comfortably. The Key collection was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive. The views from the apartment were absolutely stunning and I will definitely book again

• Laura (4/5): Location was amazing, but there were many issues - The lounge/kitchen and location were the highlights for this place. Loved the balcony. The dryer didn’t dry items, unless you did tiny loads of washing. (I’m talking no more than 2-3 items). We couldn’t use the air conditioning without constantly hearing a loud noise in the master bedroom/ensuite. The ensuite shower door seal was stuffed so every shower flooded the bathroom floor. The tv in the bedroom had serious damage to it making it unwatchable. The master bedroom bed was so firm, I slept better on the couch.
