• Dr Cathie Dorne (8/5): Good, functional hotel - Clean, convenient to the metro, and later we found out there was bus 54 to centre. Too far out from the centre, but we managed. The rooms need hooks on the walls to hang towels and such.

• Dogo (6/5): It’s so demanding using this hotel after pre payment.Sonce they’ll charge you extra in the pretext of deposit - They collect deposits after full payment and they don’t refund. They claim it will be refunded when you check out but it’s been more than 24 hours I haven’t received my deposit yet.They also charge for city tax every night you spend. I haven’t had this experience before.

• Leana (3/5): It is pricy for the quality given. - The lobby area is clean, updated and very nice. The staff was also nice, informative and welcoming. The TV screen is about the size of a laptop. The walls were terribly scuffed there was a suspicious stain on my floor. I was luckily enough to get a decent layout room but my friend had to switch rooms.

• Jamie (8/5): Overall a very good hotel and provides a good place to stay if you’re wanting a weekend in Paris, and just need a place - Good location and easy to get into Paris through the use of the metro. Good local shops and restaurants to eat if needed. Due to being close to a busy road, road noise is loud but not bad enough to stop being able to sleep. As it’s a small hotel you often hear doors of rooms slamming shut but again not that would stop me from staying there again.

I have a knee issue and wasn’t told there was a lift to 5th floor so first time I walked up and down flights stairs. We were given a key to a room already occupied. So walked in on a lady in the room. Then after checking out called to ask if I’ve taken a key with me. Which I said told the attendant that I’ve returned both sets of keys. Wasn’t impressed.

I felt safe walking on neighboorhood and the metro to the main attractions is very convenient, I would stay again. no complains, maybe the request to leave the key at the front desk is outdated, thats could be easily changed.

The bed was comfortable and I have no complaints about anything. Plus, the stuff in the reception were very pleasant to talk to and helpful. I don't really have anything bad to say

• Harris (1/5): Catastrophique - Absolument rien en dehors de l'emplacement de l'hôtel. À fuir absolument. Je ne recommande cet hôtel à personne. L’accueil est catastrophique : le réceptionniste, visiblement sans formation, ne sait ni expliquer ni gérer correctement les réservations — la seule chose qu’il sait faire, c’est sortir le terminal de paiement. Des clients se plaignaient du manque d’entretien : pas de changement de serviettes ni de draps depuis plusieurs jours, une seule femme de ménage pour tout l’établissement selon ses dires. La chambre est vétuste, mal entretenue, et ne correspond en rien au tarif affiché. J’ai préféré annuler mon séjour dès mon arrivée — sans possibilité de remboursement — après avoir constaté la supercherie. Une véritable arnaque.

• Marek (1/5): Absolutne neodporúčam - Lokalita Chýbali svetla, odlomený nočný stolik, prefukovalo cez okno, nedali sa zavriet dvere na zachod a dokonca ani zamknúť takže celú dobu boli pootvorené, dva krat nám neupratali izbu a museli sme používať tie iste uteráky, ranajky extrémne slabé a vsetko jedlo chladne. Hotel v žiadnom pripade nestoji za tie peniaze a nezaslúži si mat 3*

• Ana (7/5): Buena estancia - Ángel fue muy amable, habla inglés y un poco de español y el Check In fue sencillo y rápido. Las camas son cómodas y la habitación limpia. Está bastante lejos del centro pero hay metro directo cerca. Hay máquina de café y bebidas frías en recepción con zona para descansar. Entra mucha luz por la ventana. Las cortinas no tapan la luz por completo y es incómodo. La insonorización con la calle es mala, aunque es una zona tranquila.

• Ivana (10/5): Exceptional - The staff were absolutely wonderful—genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcome and well taken care of. Whether it was offering local tips, assisting with our requests, or simply greeting us with a warm smile. The room was relatively small, which made it feel a bit cramped at times. To improve the space, I would suggest adding more shelves or storage options around the room to help keep things organized and make better use of the available area.
• Gurbanova (4/5): Disappointing - I arrived a little early, and I asked for early check in just around 12:30, the check in time was 3:00 pm. And they didn’t allow us to check in just 2 early and leave our luggages. The location is very far from the center, it was 40 minutes by train from the center, and despite that nightly price was very expensive. For the location, for the comfort, it was very expensive. I stayed here in the month of July, when it was 40 degrees hot outside, and the room did not had the air conditioning. There wasn’t an air in the room, we were too hot and another room was inside where there is no window or anything, it was feeling that you are in sauna. They had just 1 fan in each room. Which wasn’t enough for this hot weather, and it was small fan so it didn’t had that power to work for whole room. The room was clean the beds were normal, but the staff and room conformity including value was awful for what we got. I would not come back to stay there. And especially whoever travels in summer time, you will hate it so don’t pay such overpriced money for this kind of the room. No air conditioning, no air at all in the room. You can lose your conciseness from the hot. And elevator is small only for 2 people, and sometimes it’s didn’t worked. Overpriced, and very far from center
