• Enrico (10/5): Meravigliosa - Villa meravigliosa e pulitissima, giardino con piscina e barbecue attrezzato di tutto, inoltre asciugamani, ombrelloni e materassini da poter portare in spiaggia. Cucina fornita di tutto: forno, microonde, macchina del caffè con capsule, frigo fornito di birra e bevande varie. Inoltre brioche per colazione e sale e spezie varie. Attaccato alla pista dell' aeroporto ma dopo i primi due voli non ci fate più caso, peccato però che gli aerei non si vedano 😭 perché la villa è circondata da alberi 😀 Host fantastico, gentilissimo e non invadente, contattabile via Whatsapp per qualsiasi esigenza o domanda sull' isola. • Annalisa (10/5): Fantastic stay and very helpful host. - The villa was beautiful, very well looked after. The host was excellent providing excellent friendly service. We will definitely be returning again. There were no negatives, our entire stay was perfect.
• Dhurata (10/5): - You are lucky if you manage to book this Villa! Such a cozy and welcoming place, it felt like home to us! I’ll start with our super host Benardo who takes care of everything, together with his brother they even clean the pool very early in the morning without making a sound! Welcoming drinks in the fridge + beer, the house is cleaned to perfection, clean towels, clean sheets, well equipped kitchen with new unopened sponge, washing machine with detergent provided, the rooms are spacious and well accommodating, both upper floor rooms have bathrooms with showers plus a toilet in the first floor, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, iron and iron board, all the stuff that you need for BBQ (including charcoal), special towels for the pool, floats & water toys (even for babies), umbrellas that you can take to the beach, private parking under the shade of trees, this place has everything you need and more, and I almost forgot they even provide hotel slippers 😍… This villa is just perfect for a very private and quiet vocation! We had the most beautiful time! If you book it please take care of it because we would love to come back again 🥰 Ps. Planes just made it more fun for us and the kids Faleminderit Benardo 👐🏻 That we couldn’t book more nights 😅 everything else was perfect
• Nikolay (10/5): Best accomodation in Kefalonia - This is an amazing place to stay — spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you might need. The host is fantastic 👍. The location is great, close to the main town, and although the house is near the airport, it’s not an issue at all. The airport is small and only has a few daytime flights, so it doesn’t cause any disturbance.
• Mihaita-alexandru (10/5): Very clean villa, great host - The villa was very clean and it had everything we needed, host was very kind, willing to help and never bothered with anything, pool was cleaned every 2 days. Ammes Beach (nice and small beach with sand from where landing planes can be spotted) is at a walking distance (around 6 minutes) and there are two taverns who deliver good food at the villa. There is free parking on premises, closed with gate. Planes can be noisy during the day as the airport is nearby but flights are scheduled only between 08:00 - 23:00 so during the night it is very quiet.

Great host who contact you directly as soon as you book and can help you! - The place is exceptional! although it is close to the airport, you fill isolated in the property: villa, pool, barbeque place are surrounded by trees and fense, you dont see anybody and feel comfortable! our flight landed after 21 and i wish i would know not to rent a car to this evening and just came by foot to this place. after long day at the beach, we had a wonderfull time in the pool, Great place for a family with kids! such thing does not exist. eventhough it is close to the airport, there are no flights at late night or early morning. the noise does not bother us at all!
• Lindsay (10/5): Beautiful villa - The property is immaculate, beautiful and a true sanctuary. Inside the property has everything you could wish for. It is stocked with every piece of kitchen equipment you could possibly want. There is also a washing machine and there was some washing tablets provided too. When we arrived there were even soft drinks and beers in the fridge. Tea, coffee and sugar had also been provided as well as some cooking basics. In the bathrooms you have towels, toiletries and toilet rolls. A hotel experience in your own private villa. Outside the grounds are stunning. We used the outdoor space more than we ever have on a holiday because it was so relaxing and enjoyable for the children. There are inflatables for the pool so you really do not need to take your own. The dining area is beautiful and the bbq is a welcome touch too. Bernado the host is amazing. The pool is cleaned every other day and the cleaner came about 3 times in our 2 week stay. She is there for around 2/3 hours and really leaves the place spotless with freshly made beds and clean towels. The planes stop at 11 and don’t start again until around 7am. It’s not a very busy airport so they really didn’t bother us at all. I would not let the planes put you off this villa.
• Razvan (10/5): Exceptional - The villa is better than in the photos. The rooms are very clean and you can find everything you need in the house. The host is great and will help you with everything you need. The pool and the garden are exceptional. We liked everything. It is close to the airport and this might be some kind noisy for some people, but you won't hear any noises from the house as it is very sound proofed. Nevertheless, if you like airplanes as we do you will find the location even more intersting.
• Zecevic (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful house, clean pool, nice trees surrounding the house, well maintened yard, great for the family. Bernado is the best host we had and we travel a lot. Do not be worried about the near airport because the house is surrounded by trees and a park. Argostoli is close.

• Helen (10/5): We would definitely recommend this Villa to anyone who wants something special. - We stayed at Villa Kataleya and have absolutely nothing to complain about. We had the most heavenly time. Literally a 5-minute walk from the airport, we were greeted by our host Bernardo who was very kind and accommodating. He showed us around the villa and how and where things were and said if we needed anything or had any questions, we could send him a message. The Villa is stunning, finished so well and is so comfortable. The beds are so comfortable with soft pillows. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, and I mean everything and more. The little touches matter the most. Tea, coffee, milk, pop, water, fruit. Ironing board & iron, safe & big fridge freezer. Washing up liquid tea towels, mosquito plug ins to bin bags for the toilet bins. Towels for the pool and beach. 2 Bedroom both en-suite, soap, shampoo conditioner, fluffy towels, hairdryers, I could go on, we needed for nothing. The pool is just amazing! The gardens and grounds are lovely with plenty of space. The views are just out of this world although as aviation enthusiast it would have been great if the trees had been cut a little bit more at the top so we could see more of the runway and ocean from the balcony which would also give way to more sunlight on the pool thereby warming it up a bit more. Hopefully this will be done over the winter. The only drawback was no hire car, but we are keen walkers and the bus stop is at the airport to go to Lassi & Argostolli so no big deal.
• Rusu (10/5): Fell at home in kefalonia! - What you see in those pictures is exactly what you get on site. Everything you may need for your vacation is already in the house and if you need something else Benardo is there to help you with anything you ask. It is a little bit uncomfortable sometimes because of the noise made by the airplanes in the morning but after one or two days you will find even interesting to watch the planes takeoff. The host has cleaning services for the house and for the pool, changing the sheets and the towels regularly during your stay. The house is equipped with absolutely everything you need to fell at home. The house is 10min drive from the capital city if you want to spend some lovely evenings in Argostolion, as we did most of the time, and 5 min. drive from a lovely beach. We spend a lovely vacay here and would highly recommend it to everyone!
