Samantha (2/5): Un disastro - La posizione dell'appartamento era molto centrale e gli spazi degli ambienti molto ampi. Purtroppo però lo staff non è per niente disponibile a risolvere i problemi. Ed inaccettabile far prenotare un appuntamento per 13 persone e non trovare 13 letti, fare la doccia al piano superiore e piove dal tetto nel piano inferiore, acqua a terra in cucina che non si sa da dove arriva. Mi fai pagare un deposito cauzionale per tutelarti da eventuali danni ( e ci sta!) e io da chi vengo tutelata?
