• Medardus (6/5): Nie wieder! - Die Lage ist sehr zentral, wenn man allerdings mit dem Auto unterwegs ist, ist es recht teuer, einen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Und beladen war äußerst schwierig, da man die Dinge weit transportieren muss. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 26. Stockwerk. Es gab nur einen Schlüssel, den man für alles benutzen konnte. Den Aufzug zu nutzen, zum 26. Stockwerk oder ins Parterre war ohne diesen einzigen Schlüssel nicht möglich. Wenn man zu viert unterwegs ist, ist man gezwungen, immer gemeinsam das Haus zu verlassen, es sei denn, einer bleibt zu Hause. Auf die freundliche Anfrage, ob es eine Möglichkeit gibt, einen Zweitschlüssel zu bekommen, gab es keinerlei Auskunft. Diese Wohnung ist nur geeignet für Familien, die alles gemeinsam machen, auch in den vorhandenen Gym, oder Pool gehen. Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien ist mangelhaft! Ein Geschirrtuch oder einen Spüllappen für einen einwöchigen Aufenthalt ist recht dürftig!

• Angela (8/5): Convenient close to most things - Very close to Southern cross station.Very roomy. A lot of rules to follow,Walls and carpets /Mats were dirty and had stains on them.No milk on arrival to make a hot drink everything else supplied
• alicia (7/5): Being able to use this apartment as our base made out mini getaway enjoyable for our family - The location was fantastic, close to public transport and food options and easy to find. Access to the rock climbing was an added bonus for our 2 children. It is hard to find accomodation for families of 5 so this was a great option. The courtyard areas also an added bonus and would be wonderful to use in warmer weather. The sofa bed was usable but in poor condition, the base of the seat was broken which meant that when sitting on it as a couch it sunk in the middle and when it was out as a bed the 2 sides were of different heights by 2-3 inches. The apartment was clean but there was noticeable dust on the range hood and around and under the sofa bed was quite dirty- dust and bottle tops. We also noticed that the towel rail in the bathroom was in the wardrobe leaving the brackets exposed and potential to cause possible cuts/scratches. Dish cloth was under the sink and felt damp and dirty from previous use- maybe a new/clean one for each user?
• Chamali (9/5): Overall, a very good experience. - Unit arrangement was very good. Staff communication was very good. The A/C unit and lamp shades needed a clean.

• Nakita (1/5): Won’t be back - Nothing Apartment was dirty, 4 towels for 5 girls for 3 days, dirty sheets, fold out bed(couch) was broken was not even able to sleep on it, floors was filthy
