• Olivier (2/5): Une de mes plus mauvaises expériences en « hôtellerie » - L’emplacement de la chambre Parfaitement situé, tout es accessible à pied. Parfait pour visiter Amsterdam ! Vous n’aurez pas envie de profiter de la chambre et vous chercherez à la quitter le plus souvent possible. Ce n’est ni une chambre d’hôte ni un hôtel. Une vraie déception!! Un séjour gâché! 687 euros pour 4 nuits dans une chambre qui ne permet ni de se reposer ni de se relaxer! Une vraie blague !!! Pour commencer la chambre est exiguë au possible. aucun endroit pour se relaxer…. À l’hôtel vous pouvez descendre à la réception, dans une maison d’hôte vous avez accès à une pièce de convivialité, là il s’agit d’une chambre minuscule dans laquelle il est impossible de se relaxer. Autrement dit c’est pour dormir et rien d’autres… Dormir….parlons en. Nous avons passé 4 nuits en amoureux à chuchoter. Nous n’étions absolument pas à notre aise! Il n’y a aucune intimité. J’ai entendu les voisins : - rentrer /sortir - Peter - se racler la gorge à 7h du matin - ronfler - tousser - et même copuler pour finir… Vous entendez le moindre fait et geste quelqu’un qui se lève à 7h vous êtes réveillé à 7h quelqu’un rentre à 4h du matin vous êtes réveillé à 4h du matin. Même le placo qui sépare les chambres chez moi sont plus épais! Vous vivez littéralement avec les voisins qui partagent l’appartement avec vous. Le confort du lit à revoir. Un lit à ressort en métal qu’on sent bien. Une fenêtre qui s’ouvre à peine La porte de la chambre qui comporte une vitre! Si quelqu’un allume le couloir il allume votre chambre se retrouve dans la lumière! Génial en pleine nuit après les ronflements ou tout le reste Le repos durant ce séjour a été clairement désastreux! Des nuits saccadés par les bruits les lumières le confort…. Impossible d étendre quoi que ce soit. Il a plu… vous rentrez avec vos affaires mouillées il faudra les poser sur le seul fauteuil qui ne pourra plus servir. Vous avez des valises encombrantes… rien n’est prévu pour les ranger quelque part ce qui rend les choses très pratiques dans une chambre si petite Une fenêtre qui s’ouvre à peine que vous ne pourrez pas ouvrir sans avoir tiré les rideaux qui sont bloqués derrière le fauteuil. Une vraie mission!
• Helen (10/5): Comfortable, relaxed, and a great base to come back to after walking miles exploring Amsterdam ! - Great value for money for a 3night city break! Fantastic location, short flat walk to lots of the Amsterdam touristy areas, restaurants, shops, trams and canals. Only a 4min walk to supermarket ‘Jumbo’ with massive selection of fresh pastries baked daily which we bought for breakfast. Very handy having the coffee machine, microwave and fridge in the room to make basic food/drinks without spending a small fortune eating out all the time. Comfy king bed and pillows as fluffy as clouds! Loved the waterfall shower, this is amazing !!! Very helpful host on hand via text if needed. Lovely welcome to Amsterdam !! Nothing, we had a great stay.
• Kostas (10/5): All Good! - My stay was absolutely amazing. The apartment is located right in the center on a beautiful canal, which gives you the real Amsterdam experience. Most of the main attractions are only about a 5-minute walk away, and there are also large supermarkets and many great places to dine nearby. Despite the shared toilet, there was absolutely no problem at all. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The bed is very big and extremely comfortable — perfect for a good night’s rest after exploring the city. What I especially loved is that even though the location is so central, the place is situated on a very quiet small street. It’s only about 5 minutes away from all the city noise and busy areas, so you can easily enjoy the lively atmosphere of Amsterdam and then return to a peaceful place to relax. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and authentic place right in the heart of Amsterdam.

• Michael (10/5): Exceptional value for money location and quality - I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this accommodation! The location couldn’t be better — it’s incredibly central, which made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable. Everything was within walking distance, and being so close to everything really enhanced my trip. The room was spotless. It was very clean, fresh, and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. You can tell that a lot of care goes into keeping the place in excellent condition. Communication with both the host and co-host was seamless. They were friendly, responsive, and very helpful from start to finish. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered quickly and clearly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, central, and well-managed place to stay. I will absolutely be back! 😊 Can’t think of a negative aspect

The hosts, Egor and Artem, were extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our visit. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The location is also excellent, close to the main attractions, making it easy to explore Amsterdam on foot and enjoy the city center. Overall, a great experience, and i am definitely looking forward to coming back! I didn’t find anything not likeable.

Camera provvista di frigorifero, macchinetta del caffé, phon e stufetta molto utile Abbiamo trovato personalmente i cuscini del letto abbastanza scomodi. Purtroppo condividendo la casa con altre persone ogni minimo rumore viene facilmente percepito (anche durante la notte)
• Basilio (10/5): We had an excellent stay. Artem welcomed us warmly and explained all the details. The location is perfect, allowing easy - So close to every spot, easy to get everywhere on foot. Clean and comfortable The use of the toilet in the bathroom with the shower was not permitted.
• Ipek (5/5): The stay was just okay. They really need to make it clearer that the bathroom and toilet are shared. Yes, it is technica - The property had everything you needed, including toiletries, towels and other things. There was a strange smell on the towels and bedsheets im not sure if its the detergent being used but cant say it smelt nice. Also due to the fact that you share facilities you need to be very noise conscious which is not a problem but then leads to you not being able to talk freely or watch something on the telly after a certain time, due to the noise travelling a lot between the apartment.

• Nadia Noelia (8/5): Esta bien ubicado comodo. - Nos esperaron con un llaverito de regalo, chocolatitos e infusiones. Estaba limpio, en un sitio bastante tranquilo pero no alejado del centro. Esta muy bien, Artem fue muy amable al entregarnos las llaves. Que por el precio, uno tiene q hacer las mismas cosas q en una casa, mantener el baño limpio y secarlo, compartir el baño por el precio.. un poco excesivo pero bueno. Ya se sabia, dentro de los precios locos que hay, era uno de los mas aceptables. La cama son 2 colchones juntos algo incomodos pero pero por pocos dias esta bien.

• Jeannne (8/5): Life is an adventure so relax and enjoy the ride. - This was a great little space to spend downtime, but of course who wants any downtime when you are in Amsterdam. This accommodatioon is in a good location and walking is not an issue to any of the places to see or things we wanted to do. Bed was comfortable and there was a small kitchen one could use - fridge, microwave, coffee and tea options. Woould not hesitate to stay again. And we loved the key change (a small bicycle) that was provided with the chocolate treats! I think I misunderstood but I wasn't keen to share a bathroom although there was only one other person to consider. Troublfing was the other guests gutteral throat clearing sessions in the morning - it sounded like the guy was on death's door and there was no ignoring the sound as the walls are thin. That said, I think it was just the luck of the draw that this was the neigbour when we were there. We were still thrilled to be located in such an easy walk location.

• Manfred (10/5): Erstes Mal in Amsterdam auf Tour - Die Lage ist sensationell Das Bett ist sehr bequem Die Dusche ist top und die Toilette, wenn auch etwas eng, sauber und gut. Vermieter war absolut unproblematisch. Toilette und Bad teilen, hatten wir überlesen und das der Vermieter in der gleichen Wohnung wohnt. Aber das lag wohl eher an uns. Dafür war es aber echt problemlos!

La salle de bain. Lavabo trop haut et pas très pratique pour des personnes de petites tailles. Dommage que les toilettes étaient hs dans la salle de bain. Lors de la réservation je n'ai pas vu que ce n'était qu'une chambre avec s.d.bain partagée.

• Anja (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft in Amsterdam - Sehr schöne und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Direkt am Kanal und sehr ruhig. Wir waren schnell in der Innenstadt und am Bahnhof. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft zu 100% weiter. Es war alles super. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
