• Ario Muliawan (9/5): We stayed 5 nights and had a pleasant stay. - The apartment is spacious and modern, conveniently located near 2 train stations and plenty of restaurants and shops. The apartment is on the second floor, which makes it difficult if you have many big luggages.
• Evelyn (7/5): Im Großen und Ganzen hat's für 2 Nächte gut gepasst. - Das Appartment ist sehr geräumig. Die 2 Badezimmer sind ausreichend groß. Badetüchter, Bettwäsche, Duschgel usw. war vorhanden. Kommunikation war sehr unkompliziert. Fragen wurden immer sofort beantwortet. Die unmittelbare Nähe zur Bahnstation ist super. Zimmer waren sehr sauber. das Beistellbett war leider sehr minderwertig. Matratze viel zu weich und allgemein sehr unbequem. Das Appartement liegt direkt an einer sehr belebten und viel befahrenen Straße. Die Fenster lassen sich auch nicht komplett schließen sodass in 2 Zimmern der Lärm wirklich sehr störend war und die Nachtruhe wirklich sehr gestört war.
• Frederik (9/5): tremendous - First the communication with the host was wonderful: fast, adequate en very complete and friendly. Second the location is terrific: 98 Kingsland high street in Dalston London is perfect close to a giant metrostation, also the bus 76 brings you to the very right centre of the city for just 1,75 pond (please pay with bankcard or apple pay at every station in public traffic throughout London, very cheap and buying paper tickets is very much more expensive). We rented bikes at unlimited bikes at mepham street, which i can recommend: the appartment is just 20 minutes bike ride and you do enjoy London utmost. The reason was we had tickets for Arsenal-New Castle...the Emirates stadium is just 12 minutes away by bike. We had a blast. Nothing, everything was complete.

• Annika (9/5): Schönes Apartment im Grossstadtdschungel - Direkt im Herzen von Hackney und perfekte Anbindung an die U-Bahn (zwei Linien). Der Bus-Stop ist vor der Tür. Großzügige Wohnung mit viel Platz und zwei Bädern! Die Sauberkeit ist hervorzuheben! Für lange Aufenthalte (wir waren 7Nächte) gut geeignet. Das quirlige Stadtviertel und die Fenster im Schlafraum 1 zur Hauptstraße machten die Nächte manchmal etwas lauter. Sensible oder Großstadt-Ungeübte finden das vielleicht störend.

• Sevil (8/5): Merkezden biraz uzak ama konforlu bir konaklama - Temiz ve ferah bir daireydi. Şehir merkezine ve turistik bölgelere epey uzak olmasına rağmen toplu taşım araçlarına ulaşmak kolaydı. Tren yoluna komşu olması sebebiyle sabah erken saatlerden itibaren gürültülü.Ancak uykunuz hafif değilse bu bir taraftan da ulaşım açısından avantajlı. 10 gün kalacağım bilindiği halde sadece bir kaç günlük tuvalet kağıdı vardı.Sorun olmadı satın aldım ama bu tür küçük ayrıntılar da önemli. İkinci katta bulunan dairenin merdivenleri dik ve dar asansör çalışmıyor.Engelli misafirler için uygun değil
• Anathi (10/5): I loved my stay at the apartment - Dalston is a gem. I would definitely return. - The apartment exceeded my expectations with almost everything inside of it. The area is great - absolutely loved every minute of the apartment stay and the close proximity to all sorts of transportation modes. The M&S store next door to the property was the cherry on top! The street is buzzing with people from all walks of life, restaurants bars and grocery stores are literally a short walk away - and did I mention the hair salons on the same street? What a gem! I am definitely booking here for my return to London The lock mechanism on the entry door is not international guest friendly. We got locked outside simply because the door closed in on us causing a huge frenzy and delay with no one to immediately assist us. The back and forth with the booking/reservations was a huge hurdle we almost Missed our international flights home back to South Africa. Horrible way to end a beautiful trip. Couch could do with an upgrade. Entry way to the apartments could be more better upgraded for better identification and generally to make it more appealing from the exterior. It felt dingy.

Ótrúlega hljóðlátt þrátt fyrir mikinn eril fyrir utan. Hefðu mátt vera aðeins fleiri glös (fleiri tegundir) en algert smáatriði.

• babajide (10/5): It was an ideal stay and once your locked in you don't get distracted. - The Living room and the kitchenette was equipped with appropriate kitchen utensils. The location was close to local stores and market with a M&S Foodhall by its right. It was difficult locating the street entrance, the gate is easy to miss with the crowd thronging from the train station for a first timer.
• Lauren (9/5): Perfect apartment for a group trip & absolutely spotless - It was spotless, a really nice apartment, great facilities and the location was great. Very well connected too. 10am checkout felt quite early but I do understand why this is, we couldn’t open the blinds in the bedroom on the high street side to let light in, and the high street outside is quite noisy at night but this didn’t affect our stay too much.

• omeroglu (9/5): Gayet güzeldi bir daha gene tercih edeceğim bir tesis - Bir oda bir salon olarak gayet genişti. Dairenin yenilenmiş dekorasyonu bizi çok memnun etti. Yatak odasındaki yatak çok rahattı. En önemlisi kapıdan çıkar çıkmaz sağ tarafta tren istasyonunun olması Londra gezimizdeki ulaşımı çok kolaylaştırdı. Geç saatlere kadar açık yemek yenecek bir yerleri bulabilmek, canlı ne istesek bulabildiğimiz, karşımızda alışveriş dükkanlarının ve pazarın olduğu bir caddenin üzerinde olmak oldukça keyifliydi. Temiz, konforlu, ulaşımı kolay, ekipmanları iyi, ısınması güzel bir daireydi. Burada beğenmedim diye spesifik bir şey söylemek istemem çünkü genelde çok memnun kaldık ve bir dahaki gelişimizde aynı yeri tercih etme ihtimalimiz çok yüksek . Sadece belki bir kaç iyileştirme fırsatları olabilir. Mesela banyo genişti ama hem duşun içerisinde hem de banyonun içerisinde eşyalarımızı koymak için birkaç depolama alanı ve askının olması iyi olabilirdi. Salondaki kanepe açılıyordu sadece şiltesi biraz inceydi. Yani onu yatak olarak kullanmak isterseniz yatak odasındaki yatak kadar güzel bir konfor sunmayabilir. Bir de bir kaç kere binada kalan diğer ailelerin yanlış kullanımı nedeniyle ana kapı kilidinde sorun yaşadık ama ne zaman arasak hemen çözüm buldular.

• Sabine (8/5): - Das Apartment ist sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Es liegt in Dalston, direkt an der Overgroundstation, man sollte also keine extrem saubere oder ruhige Gegend erwarten. Uns hat es dort gut gefallen. Supermärkte, Restaurants, Kneipen, alles nebenan. Anbindung super. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Bett ist extrem klein und für 2 Personen nicht wirklich komfortabel. Im Flur und im Bad fehlen Haken um Jacken und Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Das Treppenhaus ist vermüllt.

• Juan Ignacio (9/5): Muy agradable, muy buen apartamento, podríamos repetir - Me gustó l a ubicación, limpieza, disponer de toallas para reponer, útiles de la casa suficientes, habitaciones amplias. Las aclaraciones recibidas mediante el correo electrónico fueron buenas. Quizá alejado del centro, El ruido de la calle por las noches era demasiado y hasta horas muy avanzadas, abriamos puesto aire acondicionado para no abrir las ventanas ya que ha hecho calor, pero esta casa no tiene. Habríamos agradecido el contacto personal con alguien a nuestra llegada para resolver dudas y contarnos detalles de la casa. Los colchones demasiados blandos.

Very clean. Would recommend. No microwave. Double bed in small room was uncomfortable…. Needs a new mattress.

Il riscaldamento era davvero troppo alto, ma siamo riusciti a regolarlo. Mi sarei aspettata di trovare qualche bustina di tè e caffé ad accoglierci (consiglio che do al proprietario) e in bagno avrei aggiunto un mobiletto o scaffali per appoggiare gli oggetti personali e una piccola mensola nella doccia per poggiare bagnoschiuma e sciampo.

• Lynn (8/5): Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft gut angebunden, sauber und ideal für Gruppen von bis zu vier Personen geeignet. - Die Unterkunft in Hackney liegt perfekt angebunden, direkt gegenüber vom Markt und nur wenige Schritte von zahlreichen Cafés und Restaurants entfernt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Eingang liegt direkt neben der Dalston Station, was zwar super praktisch ist, aber den Moment des Türcodes-Eingebens etwas unangenehm macht. Man hat dabei leicht das Gefühl, dass jemand zu nah steht, mitlaufen oder den Code mitlesen könnte.

Balcony is a plus for smokers. I csn wholeheartedly recommend this place for families. Beds were really comfortable. Everything was good.

• Dimitri (9/5): Sehr empfehlenswert um London zu besuchen - Sehr schöne Wohnung mit genug Ausstattung. Die Betten waren bequem, der Wasserstrahl stark genug in der Dusche :) Cool ist, dass die Wohung in einer Gegend sich befindet, wo man wirklich innerhalb paar Minuten zu Fuß alles bekommt - Restaurants, Pubs, Lebensmittel. Ebenfalls sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Ich würde gerne wieder kommen In dem Schlafzimmer zu Straße gelegen ist es recht laut nachts, aber die Ohrstöpseln helfen ganz gut :)

• MARIAMILOU (10/5): Excellent apartment with value for money - We truly loved how cleaned it was!!! The photos showed exactly the reality! Modern, spacy, fully renovated!! It had 2 bathrooms and even tablets for the washing macchines Just outside the metro station and all around us every kind of shop we wanted! Very busy and noisy place, we could hear from the front the bedroom the people that stayed up late drinking The corridor at the exterior entrance was very dirty with rubbish from the neighbours

• Bogdana (9/5): Great experience in Stylish& Spacious Modern Apartment - The apartment is located right next to the tube station and next to M&S supermarket. The entrance was a bit strange, but when you enter, you see a modern, nicely furnished, spacious and very clean apartment with fully equipped kitchen. Location is great, there are lots of places to eat and drink and enjoy. It could get a noisy if you sleep with open windows, but it is fine with closed ones. Communication with the host was easy and quick, instructions were very clear and we had quick check in/out. Everything was great. I would recommend a coffee machine with capsules - we usually enjoy it in every booking that we do.

Property is fully equipped and does not require any additional items. The blinds are in bad shape, fully opening of the blinds was impossible, also the window stoppers on some windows were broke.

• Heidio (8/5): Easily accessible Dalston - The location was excellent. Easy to travel around, with both Dalston kingsland station and Dalston Junction station just a short walk away. I also found the area quite cool. Right outside of the entrance (by the Dalston Kingsland station), it might seem a bit rough, but there are so many places to grab food, and just around the corner, you'll find your traditional "hipstery" places as well. Just have a walk around, and you'll find community gardens, great coffee places, excellent kebabs, and second-hand shops (with actual second-hand prices!) The place is also stylish and clean, with everything you need for a longer stay. We loved being able to have breakfast in the house before heading out. Since we were there during the heat wave, we had to open the windows during the night, and you will hear noises from the street and the station. However, bring a couple of good earplugs and you'll be fine. With the windows closed, the sound proofing is very good

Clear instructions by messages. We did not see any of the staff so cannot comment. Early checkout 20 am. Probably a bit on the expensive side.

I loved the stylish decor and how well-equipped the kitchen and living areas were. The location was super convenient, just a short walk from Dalston Kingsland Station, with lots of cafes and shops nearby. It felt very safe and comfortable.
• Georgia (9/5): Great stay, great owners, and great property - It was beautiful, spacious, clean, and had everything you’d need. It was very modern and homely. The owners were incredibly kind and patient when I accidentally left the key inside. I would recommend this to anyone. The area isn’t the nicest but it is quite well connected.

It was really nice that when we got there that the pull out bed was already out! Even though it was next to a station the trains didn’t bother us in the night. Even though the location was good in terms of easy access to shops and it being right next to the station. It was a little uneasy getting into the properties first gate as you have to put the pin in without anyone else seeing especially as it’s very busy. Also the door was quite heavy. Also the pull out bed was very easy to put away however we did struggle a little putting it back out.

The shower is a bit tight and not much counter space or hooks for towels but other than those minor things the place is wonderful.

Was very clean and modern, had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and spacious! The apartment had plenty of room. Was a lovely stay and would definitely book again! Only thing i can comment on is its on a busy high street but its also a bonus as there were alot of places to grab food quickly
