• Julie (10/5): Super accommodation perfect for a few leisurely days in Porto - handy for everything. - Propert was spotless and furnished tastefully. The location was great and service met all our needs. Not enough coat hangers on arrival but this was quickly rectified.

• Maureen (7/5): Convenient and covered the basics . Reasonably comfortable - Location was quite good. Walking distance to most places Access was tricky. The road was easily blocked so taxi or Uber access was difficult . The photo of the property online was a misrepresentation of what was the nature of the property and the real view from the apartment . The window coverings were very minimal and didn’t work well . The window was very difficult to close .

• Joke (7/5): - De locatie is pal in het centrum. Het contact met de host verloopt puur via Whatsapp. Ontbijt wordt dagelijks aan de deur geleverd, is prima. Op de foto’s denk je er comfortabel met 4 te kunnen slapen ( we waren maar met 2). Maar de 2 bedjes in de leefruimte zijn heel basic en er waren ook geen lakens voor.

• Richard (6/5): You can not see the river from the rooftop. - The apartment is very cozy (small) but nice. It was a bit cold since the windows were very thin but we only booked here because of the rooftop which was nice but you couldn't see the river from there. The hosts were very helpful and were able to be reached by whatsapp. The first picture on booking is a large drone shot showing the rooftop and that you can see the river. You can NOT see the river from the rooftop. Unfortunately that was the main reason we booked it to watch the sunset there and we couldn't see it due to the surrounding buildings and couldn't see the river either, that was very disappointing. We came in late at night and it was very difficult to find the actual apartment as well.
• Leland (9/5): Overall, a good value. The hosts were friendly snd responded immediately yo our needs. - Clean, great location. Just 2 blocks from the Douro River. A somewhat noisy location, especially if you leave the windows open.

• Magic_2015 (9/5): Una noche agradable en Oporto - Ubicación perfecta muy cerca de la ribera. Apartamento con tamaño adecuado para 2 personas, limpio y con una cama grande muy cómoda. Con el menaje básico, nevera, vitrocerámica, cafetera, tostadora y microondas. El cuarto de baño tiene ducha y es amplio. Se escucha el ruido de la calle fácilmente pero al no ser una zona de copas se puede dormir sin problema. El filtro del aire del cuarto de baño necesita una limpieza.

• MARIA DA CONSOLAÇÃO (6/5): - O local Reclamação formal – Falha grave de atendimento e falta de transparência na hospedagem Prezados, Gostaria de registrar uma reclamação formal referente à minha estadia no Oporto Riverside Rooftop, reservada por meio da plataforma Booking.com. Realizei o pagamento antecipado da hospedagem e informei previamente o horário da minha chegada. No entanto, ao chegar ao local, não havia absolutamente ninguém para me receber, tampouco recebi qualquer instrução prévia sobre como acessar o imóvel. No momento da chegada, meu celular estava sem bateria, e fui obrigada a pedir ajuda a um desconhecido na rua para conseguir entrar em contato com o responsável e obter a senha de acesso. Essa situação foi extremamente constrangedora, insegura e inaceitável para uma hospedagem já paga. Além disso, em nenhum momento fui informada de que: • Não haveria recepção ou suporte presencial na chegada; • Não haveria serviço de limpeza durante a estadia; • A limpeza teria um custo adicional de 30€ por dia. A ausência dessas informações configura falta de transparência e descumpre as expectativas básicas de hospedagem oferecida na plataforma. Diante disso, solicito: 1. A revisão do anúncio e das práticas deste estabelecimento; 2. Uma compensação pelo transtorno, insegurança e falha no atendimento; 3. Esclarecimento sobre a conformidade deste anúncio com os padrões da plataforma. Ressalto que permanecerei no local pelos próximos 4 dias e estou preocupada com a ausência de suporte adequado durante esse período. Aguardo retorno com a devida urgência.

• Mário João (9/5): Do rio às estrelas em 10 minutos! - Ótimas condições do apartamento. Recentemente renovado com as excelentes comodidades. O acesso ao "roof top" não tem elevador, mas a vista panorâmica compensa o pequeno esforço! Excelente localização! Proximidade do emblemático cais da ribeira, e próximo de parque público descoberto com preço hora de 1,20€ Nada a assinalar.

• Juliana (9/5): - Gostei do facto da cama ser muito confortável, o apartamento ser moderno e muito espaçoso, e ter uma boa kitchenete Não gostei do facto de a agua quente se acabar muito rapido, dando só para tomar um banho por hora (se optar por tomar com agua quente, visto que era inverno era a unica opção) de menos de 10 minutos para cada pessoa, e também de não haver estores e devido a isso termos acordado cedo por causa da claridade.
