• Kapil (1/5): Unprofessional Experience with Limited Hot Water - Location Not as expected. The experience was not very professional. The hot water system is inadequate—after filling only about one-tenth of the bathtub, the hot water stops and we have to wait another 15 minutes for it to heat again. This was inconvenient and disappointing.
• Rebecca (6/5): Ok stay if you only need a place to sleep for 1-2 nights - Nicely styled rooms, friendly and attentive staff, big bathtub, exclusive use of the plunge pool as no their guests staying, near a rice paddy, relatively quiet Too far from centre, room very small, bathroom adjoins the management’s bathroom so they can hear you going to the toilet, lack of privacy with cctv camera on pool and management walking past room when already a small space, hot water ran out quickly, hard to find and poor signage, emailed three times asking what is the address and do you have a bathtub - just kept getting emails back not answering the questions while trying to push transfers, tours and other irrelevant things.

• Charlie (2/5): - The staff were so sweet and kind. Nice location near rice paddies but far out of the town. The property has a mould problem. It instantly smelled musty and mouldy inside the room. I was booked for three nights but left after one because I was finding it hard to breathe. The property did not reimburse me the other nights. I would definitely not stay here if you are sensitive to musty or mouldy smells or have asthma.
• Tereza (10/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté, uklizené a dobře vybavené. Pohodlná postel a velká koupelna. Skvělá dostupnost do centra za pár minut. Na klidném místě. Bazén sice maličký, ale na osvěžení a čtení na lehátku perfektní. Nejvíc musím vyzdvihnout úžasnou službu hostitelky Lia, starala se o nás pečlivě každý den a byla neobyčejně milá. Jedna z nejlepších služeb v ubytování na Bali. Určitě bych se vrátila.

• Margot (10/5): - Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux à Villa Sin Ubud, mais ce qui l’a rendu vraiment inoubliable, c’est la disponibilité, la gentillesse et le service attentionné de Lia. Elle a été tout simplement géniale et formidable du début à la fin. Un immense merci à elle pour avoir embelli notre séjour !
• Triaji Prasetyo (1/5): Read this review before BOOK - There are no we like about this "villa?". This is more like a cheap homestay.. Too much that we dont like. - the owner put a false information about this "villa?" Like the owner said have 2 swiming pools in the villa. And owner say that she have a "private" pools. (Owner dont have PRIVATE pools. And the pools even not private. The neighbor hood can even see the pools. And even the pools can be seen from the road - the standart queen room. Is soooo very very disappointing. The room only have 8 - 10 m². If you stay for 2 people. It's very cramped. - the bathroom its okay for the looks. But very nor okay for the facility in the bathroom, the soap smells bad its smells like a detergent for mopping the floor. The water heater is not proper. Only can used for 1 people. Even cant fill the bathtube with hot water, the draining in the shower is bad. After you take a bath the water will flooded in the shower area really not worth for this price. We spend 4 nights. And this really make our holidays ruined. "Sin villa ubud" is far far from anywhere unless you rent a bike. I recomend better stay at monkey forest area. There soo much hotel an villa with the price more less like this villa. More Better room.. more better bathroom. More more Better location. Stay away from this villa. Unless you okay your holiday will be ruined (Those good review writen here because the maid asked to put some good review. Btw the maid is so nice and kind)

• Casais (1/5): Pésima. No es una villa. - La ubicación, queda bastante cerca del centro. Para empezar, las fotos de booking no coincidían con la realidad en cuanto a tamaño, limpieza y primera impresión, nos llevamos un buen chasco al llegar. Además, aunque nos mandaron un mensaje ofreciendo servicio de alquiler de motos etc. cuando la pedimos, no nos la consiguieron. El baño, que creímos que era lo mejor del apartamento, pero el agua caliente no daba ni para una ducha rápida. Por último, el primer día, al volver al apartamento, encontramos el espejo caído y roto en el suelo (no sabemos si fue porque no estaba bien sujeto o por el aire acondicionado)y nos amenazaron con denunciarnos a la policía diciendo que tenían nuestros datos (pasaporte) si no pagábamos 1.500.000 rupias; es decir, 80€. Al final, tras discutirlo, pagamos 1.000.000 rupias, 53€.

• Niels (8/5): Very comfortable and luxury - The people that work / live here are very awesome. They are super kind and very helpful if you need anything. The only minor i can think of is the bathtub which is not working very well
• Megan (10/5): Great room in ubud - I love what the room looks like, it's really clean and modern. The bed is great and the pool is lovely too. There are many places to sit and relax. The staff is so kind and friendly, she really wants you to have the best experience.
