• Adamu (1/5): Not great. - Staff was nice, makes effort even with the language barrier to communicate. bus was frequent as advertised. Our room was not clean had to ask for another room, and their furnitures were old, can’t open the windows due to noise and dust. Only if the rooms were as clean as the reception. The hotel is not as clean as advertised plus the location is not great. Don’t fall for the cute pictures.can get better hotels at similar price.

• şule (1/5): Çok pis , servis yok - Hiç bir şeyini beğenmedim berbattı Türkçe: Oteli internetteki görsellerine ve konumuna yakın olup servis imkânı olduğu için tercih ettim ancak maalesef tamamen pişmanlık yaşadım. Odalardaki çarşaflarda sarı lekeler var ve kötü kokuyor. WC temizlenmemiş, peçete bile kontrol edilmemiş. Odanın halısı aşırı derecede pis ve tozlu. Otel, sanayi içinde kuytu bir yerde bulunuyor ve asla tercih edeceğim bir konum değildi. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar iyi ve ilgili ancak ne yazık ki bu durum konforu artırmıyor. Konum olarak daha bakımlı ve temiz, ayrıca daha sık servis (otobüs) imkânı olan bir otel çok daha iyi olabilirdi. Ancak temizlik ve ulaşım konusunda maalesef çok yetersiz. --- العربية: لقد اخترت الفندق بناءً على الصور الموجودة على الإنترنت وقربه وتوفر خدمة النقل، ولكن للأسف كانت تجربة مخيبة للآمال تمامًا. هناك بقع صفراء على أغطية الأسرة في الغرف ورائحتها كريهة. دورة المياه غير نظيفة ولم يتم حتى التأكد من توفر المناديل. سجاد الغرفة متسخ جدًا ومليء بالغبار. يقع الفندق في مكان منعزل داخل منطقة صناعية ولم يكن موقعًا يمكنني اختياره أبدًا. موظفو الاستقبال جيدون ومتعاونون، لكن هذا للأسف لا يحسن مستوى الراحة. من حيث الموقع، كان يمكن أن يكون الفندق أفضل لو كان أكثر نظافة وصيانة، ومع توفر خدمة نقل (حافلات) بشكل متكرر. لكن من ناحية النظافة والنقل، فهو للأسف سيئ

• AHMED (6/5): - الفندق قريب الى حد ما من الحرم حوالي كيلو ونصف مشيا على الاقدام ساحة الاستقبال ضيقة جدا يوجد 2 من المصاعد متهالكي الازرار الغرف ضيقة والابواب متهالكة الباص الخاص بتوصيل الحرم تعطل بعض الوقت موتور المياة تعطل مما ادى الى انقطاع المياه عن الغرف سائق الباص السوداني غير متعاون بالمرة لا توجد اي خدمات بالقرب من الفندق مثل المطاعم او اجهزة ATM لسحب الاموال

Dönüşte bu servisi yakalayıp binmek otobüslerin egzoz dumanını solumakve korna seslerine katlanmak sinir bozucu. Otel temizlik açısından berbat. Otel çalışanlarının Geceleri 01 02 gibi saatlerde kapınızı çalıp bir şeyler sorması da cabası Diğer yabancı misafirler koridorlarda yüksek seslerle konuşarak herkesi rahatsız ediyor.

• Qasim (10/5): Good choice if you like walk. - Location, walk 2km and Haram is there. Bed: they combined two mattresses to make a single, I still needed to sleep on one side. Bath space: too narrow, can’t even stand properly.

• AboAhmedLK (4/5): Disappointing Experience - I chose this hotel because of the positive reviews, but my experience was the opposite. We arrived at 4 PM and still had to wait over 30 minutes, then were told to wait another hour because rooms were full, even though I had already paid. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful. The room we finally got was not clean — dirty bedsheets and a blocked shower. The shuttle service is also very limited, with only one bus running a 5 times a day. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
• Barkat (10/5): Excellent - It is a budget hotel, The rooms are decent but beds are small and mattress and pillows are uncomfortable, need to be replaced with new, free shuttle service to Haram for every salat, it would be better if they can arrange shuttle for every 30-minutes, owners Ahmed Al Ashmori, Ali Al Ashmori are very helpful and have decent attitude, Bangladeshi bus conductor Zakaria is also very helpful, prices are very reasonable compared to other hotels in the same location Cost (value for money) with given facilities and prices I would say it’s a excellent hotel, restaurant are little far but on walking distance, they don’t open the room doors for cleaning or services purposes if you are not present so if you wants cleaning in your room then you have to contact management and stay in the room at the time of cleaning
