- Stephanie Lahubwendau (7/5): I’d say our stay was okay. We enjoyed the comfort it offered. Maybe a little improvement on the lighting in the bathroom - The property was located at a convenient location because the tram was a few feet from the entrance. The lights in the bathroom toilet were not working. Were used our mobile phones to shower. Also, there was no broom to at least sweep out the floor. Only a dustpan which we used to sweep the entire living room and kitchen area.

- Mark (2/5): Shabby definitely not chic - The View and closeness to town On arrival, heating didn't work and smoke alarm was chirping in process of removing battery unit fell from roof held only by one screw. Place was in disrepair, taps loose, towel rail missing, virtually no spray from showerhead. stains in kitchen top, burns on table, blu tack on walls. Garage remote wouldn't work. Had to pay to park on street and purchase replacement batteries. (Promised a refund) Repaired the controls for the heating. Blinds in master bedroom all bent and strings tangled
If you want a view and a location close to casino then book here but not if you want chic.
Also there was a second dryer in the lounge next to TV. No idea why.
The owner really needs to redcorate and thoroughly clean the carpets. I did notify and have retained communications with the letting agent so they are aware.
Oh and the emails and for s you required to fill in pre stay. Book a hotel, less hassle.
- Joseph (1/5): - Nothing. Poor everything. Pooly managed and dirty. Get your keys from the local IGA. Not secure. Rude management. Dirty. No cutlery. No way of fixing anything as remotely managed with no care. They treat you badly when you complain. I want a refund.
- Valerie (9/5): Location is a dream - Location is fantastic! Trams are so easy to access and get you across most place in Melbourne. Many places to eat and South Melbourne Markets are just a lovely 10 min walk away. Beds were a bit hard but that's preference.
- Kannan (2/5): HORRIBLE and THE MANGERS OF THIS PROPERTY WERE NOT AS EFFICIENT. - Location was great 1. filthy carpets in the rooms with stains and mould
2. toilet doors that aren;t easy to lock
3. clogged toilet sink that I had to adjust - hair clogging.
4. shower in 1 of the toilets was installed in a very odd way such that you had to press your back against the shower wall to get water on you
5. ONLY ONE SET OF KEYS for the main door - WHIC DOESN'T LOCK on the inside without the key
6. THE KEYS GOT STUCK AND WE WERE LOCKED IN TO THE HOUSE
7. I HAD TO WASTE MY HOLIDAY WAITING FOR THE LOCKSMITH TWICE!!
