• Sandra (10/5): Alojamiento agradable y práctico - Alojamiento muy confortable para un grupo grande de 6 personas. Es grande, práctico y estaba muy limpio. Aunque no está ubicado en el centro, está muy cerca de los sitios de interés (aprox 15min andado) En el mismo barrio Cedofeita puedes encontrar todo lo necesario y descubrimos sitios muy bonitos. Totalmente recomendable alojarse aquí 😊 Todo ok
• Marta (9/5): Bardzo fajne miejsce - Duży apartament, idealny na 6 osób. Bardzo fajna lokalizacja, wszędzie mozna dojść spacerem a niedaleko metro i autobus. Na plus dwie osobne łazienki! Przemiła, pomocna obsługa. Bardzo polecamy! W zasadzie jedyne na co mozna zwrócić uwagę to skromne wyposażenie kuchni (mało sztućców, misek, żadnego dzbanka etc). Dodałabym tez wiecej drobiazgów np worki na śmieci, drugi kosz na odpady etc ale to nie były rzeczy bez których nie dało sie tam mieszkać 😊

Pas assez de matériel. 2 verres à pied, 4 grands verres à limonade, 3 petits verre à eau. Pas de cloche pour le micro-ondes. Seulement 3 petites cuillères à café. Un seul couteau de cuisine. Pas de grand saladier.
• Maud (9/5): - Nous étions bien placés dans un quartier au calme avec nos deux jeunes enfants. Appartement idéal pour famille ou couples d'amis. L'emplacement nous a permis de faire beaucoup de visites à pied.

• Daniele (10/5): A melhor estadia da nossa viagem - Apartamento novo, moderno, e extremamente confortável, perfeito para quem está viajando em grupo. A localização era boa, em um bairro nobre residencial, mas o melhor de tudo era o apartamento. Com uma suite + um banheiro, tinha cozinha completa e tudo o que um apartamento novo tem. Tem garagem própria tambem, o que é ótimo. Com certeza voltarei a me hospedar nesse lugar. Tinha louças lindas, panelas boas, cozinha completa, só faltou umas taças (na nossa estadia só tinha 2), mas nada que comprometa a experiência.

• Irene (9/5): Perfecte locatie in Porto - Locatie was prima met oude centrum op loopafstand, en toch een rustige en stille directe omgeving. Appartement was ruim en schoon. We konden eerst de sleutels niet vinden, maar de host heeft ons direct vriendelijk geholpen en kwam ons later nog een nieuwe afstandsbediening van de parkeergarage brengen. Niets.

• Mili (1/5): Unacceptable stay: no heating, no hot water, and denial of documented issues - The only positive aspect was that the apartment was spacious, but this does not compensate in any way for the serious issues experienced. This was an extremely disappointing and unacceptable stay. From the moment we arrived, the apartment had no heating at all, and we had no hot water for two out of the three nights, during a cold wave in Porto. These are essential services, and their absence made the apartment unfit for a normal stay, especially considering the price. We reported the problems immediately and repeatedly to the host, but the issues were never properly solved. After check-out, when we formally complained through Booking.com, the property denied all the problems, despite the fact that we had clear documented evidence (photos and screenshots of our conversations with the host) proving the situation. This lack of responsibility and accountability made the experience even more frustrating. Very poor experience. Strongly not recommended.

• Fahim (8/5): Bom apartamento - O staff era comunicativo e tinha as instruções todas claras. Havia garagem e a casa tinha boas comodidades. A meio da estadia percebemos que o aquecimento central não funcionava. O staff esteve em contacto e foi prestativo mas àquela hora não podiam fazer muito. Só por isso não leva pontuação máxima mas talvez o problema esteja resolvido para os próximos hóspedes. Recomendamos também que apliquem WD-40 nas maçanetas dos quartos e WCs por causa do ruído das mesmas. Sugerimos mais tigelas para cereais. Éramos 5 e só havia 4 bowls/tigelas.

• Juan Carlos (5/5): Mejorable - Ubicación bien La calefacción en los baños no funcionaba y dijeron que no estaba operativa, siendo diciembre y con temperaturas bajas y mucha humedad. El mantenimiento muy deficiente, los flexos de las duchas perdían agua y ducharse era una odisea, las manillas de las puerta chirriaban escandalosamente, la caldera tenia la presión baja y salía poca agua, en fin se ve que no se preocupan de hacer mantenimiento de las instalaciones del piso. Sin embargo estaba limpio y con menaje adecuado.
