• fatima (8/5): We did not get any instruction on re water heater set up. We showered for a day without warm water. We had to ask abou - It is spacious and strategically located. The washing machine and dryer are very noisy.

• Agnieszka (10/5): Wrócę tu na pewno... - Apartament, mieści się na 41 piętrze wieżowca, w ścisłym centrum około 300 m. od stacji metra Business Bay. Jest to 1 przystanek do stacji Burj Khalifa i Galerii Dubaj Mall. Można śmiało chodzić na piechotę. Apartament jest ogromny w każdym pokoju jest łazienka z toaletą + dodatkowa toaleta na korytarzu. Pokoje są czyste, a pościel i ręczniki pachnące. Kartę otrzymuje się na kod ze skrzyneczki przy drzwiach. Kontakt z opiekunem jest bezproblemowy (sms, telefon). Zsyp na śmiecie jest na korytarzu na każdym piętrze. Basen z podgrzewaną wodą również jest do dyspozycji gości, podobnie siłownia i chyba sauna, ale z niej nie korzystaliśmy. Mieści się to wszystko na 12 piętrze (na dachu parkingu obok) do którego przechodzi się klimatyzowanym łącznikiem z 3 piętra wieżowca. Ogólnie wszystko było SUPER, jeśli wrócimy to na pewno tutaj. Brak płynu do zmywania lub tabletek do zmywarki. Sami kupiliśmy, to nie są wielkie koszty, ale miło by było gdyby to było... mimo to, nie odejmuje punktów, gdyż podejrzewam, że mogło być to spowodowane roztargnieniem sprzątających...

• Sarah (4/5): Disappointing. - Location was good. We were 3 and only had 1 access card to the property The kitchen is very badly equipped . There are plates and plenty of cooking utensils but no bowl at all. The cuttlery could be of better quality. The host should provide some basics for the kitchen: at least some washing up liquid and a tea towel. Also a bin was missing. So overall, for a short stay, we had to buy many items. The small bathroom had a patch of mould in the ceiling. The plug for the hairdryer was broken and I had to wait a very long time to get a new hairdryer. Shower heads need descaling.

• David (9/5): Easy, fantastic stay - Location was fantastic and easy to find. Easy access to the metro which makes moving around easy. The apartment was spacious and cozy. The place was very clean. The hosts were friendly and made our check-in easy. If it's self-service, please provide dish and laundry detergents. It doesn't make sense for me to purchase these items while I'll only be there for a few days but I need to be able to do a little cleaning

• Trollerova (9/5): - Ubytování bylo čisté. Postele pohodlné. Blízko metra a obchod otevřen 24/7, což se hodilo. V lednici jsme od majitele měli lahvičky s vodou, což jsme ocenili. Z jedné ložnice byl výhled na Burjh Khalifu - krásné. V druhé ložnici byla francouzská okna, také velmi krásný výhled. Bazén byl funkční, čistý. Vše udržované. Fitko dostačující i sauna super. Check out jsme měli ve 12 hod, letadlo letělo až ve 20 hod. Majitel nám umožnil nechat kufry v apartmánu a strávit zbytek času u bazénu, což jsme velmi ocenili. Záloha byla vrácena asi do 3 dnů. Pobyt jsme si užili a vrátili bychom se. Co jsme moc neocenili bylo velmi staré a omezené vybavení v kuchyni, kdy i udělat míchaná vajíčka k snídani nebylo nejpohodlnější. V kuchyni bych očekávala alespoň základní věci jako je sůl či pepř, houbičky na nádobí, které jsme si následně šli zakoupit, samozřejmě domu jsme si to nebrali, takže jsme tam nechali kilovou sůl, olej.

• Sana (9/5): huge apartment, comfortable stay, BAD car park facilities - huge apartment, so much bigger than the pictures. we were a group of 6 and we stayed comfortably. plenty of bathrooms as well bad parking location - we had to park on the 11th floor of a parking lot building, so we had to keep going round and round for 10min till we reached and parked. it made no sense to drive around all day as the parking was such a hassle.

Nice pool, very clean and with lifeguard. Excellent air conditioning and brilliant WiFi. The single toilet was smelling of bad drainage/ sewage which was reported early into our stay (so bad the odour seeped under the door). Was advised it would be undertaken within 2 days but nobody arrived so it was left for the next guests! A constant leak from a water hose in the twin bedroom was also reported but not investigated. Beds not very comfortable and I have spinal problems so difficult to sleep, also the pillows need replacing as definitely seen better days.. It’s such a lovely apartment that it’s a shame it could not have a thorough redecoration as tired looking in kitchen particularly. Light bulbs didn’t work on 2 lamps, just trivial but needs a mention.

• Azer (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment located near city center. From windows we could see the Burj Khalifa. There are 6 elevators which is moving very fast. Rooms are clean. There are two bathrooms with toilet and 1 separate toilet. Comparing with price and comfortablity it's good offer. Very friendly personal. Received deposit back after 6 days

The apartment is a self service apartment there wasn’t housekeeping service. The furniture is old and have some of the furnitures were already broken at arrival. The bed is super uncomfortable. The parking provided is on floor 11A, however each level has A & B which means you have to go through 22 levels to reach to the assigned parking! So I had to park on the paid parking on the street at the back of the hotel. The washing machine was not working. The bathroom door in the master bedroom was not closing properly and required to be fixed by the carpenter, although it could be done before check in.

• Swetha (8/5): Great stay! - I had a great stay in Exquisite Dubai’s urban living! The place was incredibly spacious and spotless, with all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the metro and supermarkets nearby. However, a few small improvements could enhance the experience. Basic cooking ingredients like salt and sugar were not provided, and there was no water refill station in the common area. Additionally, the check-in and check-out process could have been smoother. Despite these minor issues, it was a fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it for its cleanliness, space, and convenience! Nothing

• Al-lawati (5/5): Passable - The parking for the flat is located on the 11th floor, which is divided into sections A and B. This means the actual parking spot is on the 22nd level, which was highly inconvenient. Additionally, we were not provided any assistance in finding an alternative parking option. The pillows were very old, with the stuffing clumped together, making them extremely uncomfortable and affecting our sleep.
