- Kirsty (9/5): A short stay - The caravan was very spacious and the double room even had a changing walk in wardrobe. There was also an ensuite in the double room. As there are currently no caravans in front of this one, we had an excellent view of the sea. Very clean. The beds were made for us. A bread knife would be handy. Though I do enjoy a loaf you slice it is perhaps not an essential! As it's quite quiet things like the cafe and ice cream parlour are not in operation. My daughter and I tried to get ice cream from behind reception for fifteen mins. There were four staff in the restaurant who saw us, but I am aware the reception closes at 5pm. In short it would be super if the ice cream fridge was operated by the restaurant staff. It was tubs of Mackie in a fridge at £2. We could see it...but couldn't purchase it.
