- Guest (6/5): Ottima posizione ma caro - Posizione ottima. La colazione pur essendo semplice però varia, buona e una bella sala. Si vede che e' datato. Per 126 euro la camera datata doccia datata con calcare. Tende ingiallite e camera fredda come comfort. Avrebbe bisogno di essere o rimodernato o un arredamento più elegante.

- Claudia (9/5): Comodo e centralissimo - comodo servizio che consente di arrivare a qualsiasi ora, anche di notte. Io sono atterrata alle 3 di notte e non ci sono stati problemi. Le stanze sono molto grandi e spaziose. Nei piani bassi si sente il rumore del traffico Palermitano.

- Aurelien (9/5): - Un charmant hotel, ancien avec beaucoup de cachet, très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Palerme. Personnel charmant et très prévenant. Petit déjeuner bien organisé et très appréciable. L'hotel gagnerait à refaire quelques peintures et mettre en place une décoration plus moderne pour être encore plus chaleureux. Il est dommage de ne pas exploiter tout son potentiel, il manque peu de choses pour en faire un établissement de plus haut standing.

- Carmen (8/5): Ottimo soggiorno - È stato un bel soggiorno, posizione strategica, davvero a due passi dal centro. Personale gentile e sempre disponibile. Pulizia ottima, ogni giorno veniva eseguito il cambio biancheria. Camera confortevole. L’unica cosa da segnalare è l’ascensore in riparazione, però ovviamente può capitare. Il personale era pronto a rimediare volendo portare le valigie.

Veel keus en goede cappuccino De douche hokje was echt klein en liep te langzaam door waardoor de douchebak vol liep. De kamer was best wel gehorig. Je hoorde de mensen op de gang/trap lopen. Gelukkig was ik te moe om daar wakker van te liggen

- Chrysoula (5/5): - The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the Massimo Theater, bus stops, shops, restaurants, and souvenir stores. While the historical center is a bit farther away, it’s still easily reachable on foot. The building itself is charming, and the room was comfortable with beautiful high ceilings, making for a pleasant stay. In general, the staff was not very friendly. Every time we entered the hotel, they did not greet us. When we needed to ask a question or use the hotel phone, unfortunately, they were not very helpful. As for the cleaning, I am not sure that the room was thoroughly cleaned apart from changing the bedsheets. The towels were not replaced, and the bathroom was not cleaned properly, as we found hairs on the floor every day. On one occasion, we even found a cleaning towel left on a piece of furniture. I believe the cleaning service could be improved, or at least the hotel could clarify whether daily cleaning is provided so that guests know what to expect.

- Pablo (9/5): Palermo is really beautifull so not spend to much time in the hotel. - The city is great and the hotel is quite well-located. It is not in the city center but not so far so it's possible to sleep quite well. The bed is a little bit old/soft so the sleeping was not too comfortable
