• Jean (9/5): Family Get-away - Was a nice place and liked the set up. Was cooler in the room except upstairs of course. Chair would have been nice to recline which is a small thing.

• Sarah (10/5): Beautiful, but private hot tubs in the units are permanently closed and no longer in use. - The fireplace was so nice and the scenery was beautiful. The staff was nice and helpful. The private hot tubs are permanently shut down in the units which was disappointing because that was one of the reasons I chose to stay here.
• Kimberly (7/5): - It was quiet and relaxing Tons of stairs to get down to the property. I originally reserved a different type of property. I was then told that the owners were taking their week back so I would have to be moved. Due to the move I was to get a 10% discount. I spoke with the people in the office where I was told I would need to reply to the email to get my 10% back. I replied to the email at minimum 3 times and heard nothing back. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

• Audrey (4/5): Tried it once and that’s enough. - Location The front desk staff. Rude and unfriendly. Not welcoming or helpful.
• Kaye (3/5): The accommodations were extremely terrible and a total falsification that the unit can sleep 8 people comfortably. - Location on Gull Lake Advertised it could sleep 8. It could, if you slept 4 people on 2 sleeper soda beds that were very old and worn out. We called 4 of our guests and they ended up not coming because no where to sleep. They were not going to sleep on sleeper sofas that were worn out. There were also big hazards that we were not willing to risk. Spiral staircase is impossible to bring luggage up and very worried someone was going to fall. Decking actually broke while walking on it.
• Charlton (10/5): Location, location, location! Perfect spot with great lodging. - The lodging was great but the star was the location! Also loved the private marina and boat launch. Indoor pool was closed which normally would be fine since there is an outdoor pool. However it was very cool while I was there making the outdoor pool not an option.
• Jill (8/5): Very good - The cabin was spacious and clean. The view was beautiful. The outdoor pool was very nice Was disappointed that the indoor pool was closed since the weather was rainy and chilly.
