• Eduard Dimitrov (3/5): Цената в Kripis е висока, а качеството - ниско - Хареса ни че обекта се чисти ежедневно. Местоположение и населено място: плажа на Пефкохори е ужасен, 5 метра широк плаж, страшно претъпкан. Самото Пефкохори е едно малко село със само 3-4 по-големи улици, супер тясно и хаотично, без места за паркиране, без зелени площи, няма дори една градина, няма и нито една спортна площадка. Най-близкия нормален плаж наоколо е в Ханиоти, на около 5 км. Самото Kripis Studio е една сграда в центъра на селото, на най-тясното и претъпкано място, много шумно. Сградата е с няколко студия в нея, малки и направени не да ти е удобно, а колкото да вземат парите на туриста. Гледката от терасата бе към отсрещната къща на тясната не повече от 3-4 метра уличка. Единственото хубаво нещо в Kripis, е че се чисти всеки ден. Но ние бяхме само за 4 дни и това за нас не бе важно. Студиото ни бе тясно, обзавеждането бедно, второто ниво бе ужасно неудобно и ниско. В банята от чешмата тече солена вода - неприятно е дори само да си измиеш зъбите с нея. Пишеше, че има кафе машина, а нямаше. След разговор със собственика, ни донесоха кафе машина работеща с някакви странни капсули, напълно безполезна. С нея не можеш да приготвиш нито еспресо, нито е съвместима с Dolce Gusto капсули. Печката изжлеждаше зле и не сме я изпробвали. Има един единствен котлон и това е цялата кухня. Хладилникът е малък и не може да побере всичко необходимо за едно семейство. Очаквахме много повече за сумата която платихме, наши приятели бяха в друг апартамент в Пефкохори с много по-добри условия, и то на по-ниска цена.

Para de la dus nu functiona, iar in baie era un miros urat. Aerul conditionat scotea niste sunete ciudate de parca facea scurtcircuit iar filtrele nu cred ca au fost vreodata curatate.

There is a parking problem in the High Season, but although we didn't need to use it, the Kripis could offer you an acceptable solution. Only that I can say, there could be a coffee machine

• Alina Andreea Gabriela (10/5): O cazare de top in Pefkochori - Kripis studio reprezintă garanția unei vacanțe reușite în Pefkochori. Apartamentul în care am stat a fost ideal pentru 3 adulți (familie cu copil de 18 ani). Curățenia, impecabilă. Lenjeriile de pat și prosoapele se schimbă la 3 zile, niște doamne minunate intră zilnic să măture/spele/arunce gunoiul (una dintre doamne vorbește foarte bine engleza). Paturile au saltele foarte comode, perne bune. Spațiu de depozitare suficient. Baia nu e mare, dar e foarte ok. În plus, dușul nu e cu perdea, ci cu sticlă specială, ceea ce e un plus. Terasă mare, umbrită. Fiecare cameră are aer condiționat, iarăși un mare plus. Chicineta dotată bine, cu fierbător de apă, sandwich maker, plită, veselă. Studio Kripis e la doi pași de mare, de minim 3 taverne excelente, o brutărie cu plăcinte bune și cafea excelentă! În concluzie, recomand cu tot dragul această cazare.

• Isidora (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was OK. Nice, clean room, cleaned by kindly, helpful stuff. Apartment is really near to beach and center if Pefkohori and have everything necessary. There is private parking, not sooo far from apartment, but it is needed in Pefkohori, due to parking problems. Everything was fine.

• Diana (9/5): Nice stay - The property was really comfortable and close to the beach, has air conditioning and everything you need for a few days stay. The communication with the host is quick and there is room service everyday. The only thing I would mention is that sometimes during the night there is quite some noise from the street, but it is not in control of our host.
• Katarina (10/5): Kripis Studio is an excellent place to stay and feel the spirit of Pefkochori. - Kripis studio is located in Pefkochori, near the small Orthodox Church St.George, in the street that leads to the beach. The street itself is pedestrian area in the evening till the early morning. Everything you need is very close to Kripis, supermarkets, bakery, gelateria, souvenir shops, restaurants, pharmacy... We were situated in Studio N2 - split level (ground floor with bathroom, kitchen and a bed for two, and exit to the big balcony with chairs and tables, and upstairs with two single beds). Beds are very comfortable with extremely clean and perfumed sheets which are changed daily. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed for a short stay. We didn't prepare food in the kitchen so I can't say what cookware can be found in the kitchen, but I can say that there is a small cooker with one cooking knob and an oven, lots of plates, cups, glasses, a sponge, dishwasher, garbage bags (which are thrown away daily)... Bathroom is small but not so small as you can usually find in typical Greek apartments and studios. Soap, shower and shampoo are available there so as the towels which are changed daily. The cleanliness in the apartment is above the high level, the maids come every day, clean the apartment, change the sheets and towels and empty the bins. If I could, I would definitely give 11 for cleanliness. On the ground floor there is a wardrobe with lots of place and hangers to store your clothes. There are also a hairdryer and an iron there The communication with the owner and the maids was perfect. You get every information that you need. Finding the apartment was very easy, so as using the safebox where the key was. Also, there is a safebox in the apartment under the stairs, where you can keep your money, passports... Studio has the air-condition. Studio doesn't have a parking near, but some streets further up the road. For those who want to use the kitchen and everything in it for preparing food, some kitchen towels would be useful, and also some shelves in the shower space also for putting the soap or a shower on it. The street is a little bit noisy in the evening, which actually doesn't have to do with the apartment, and the garbage truck is very noisy early in the morning. Even when people walk past the apartment you can hear them talking clearly, although the windows are closed. The sound somehow stays in the street, like there is no open space out for the sound to spread through the air 😊

No tables and chairs in the apartment for sitting and dining. We had to bring in patio equipment from outside to use. We couldn't sit outside because insects and mosquitoes! Very important! The apartment space is only for 2 guests! It worked for my daughter and me. But no way for 3-4 people! I would never accept! Customers should be informed correctly!

• Despotovic (10/5): Highly recommend, great value for the money - Property was very close to the beach and everything, bakeries, restaurants and shops were literally 5mins away. Studio is very close to the Main Street where it gets very busy and loud at night, but studio is soundproof so you don’t hear a thing inside. Place gets cleaned every day, we had change of towels and bedding 2x during our stay. Special thanks to Olga who made every our request possible and made our stay 10x better that way. Everything was great.

The owner, Olga, is really polite and professional, we had great communication and she made sure we had everything we needed and answered our mesages very quickly! Two of us stayed in a a basic studio for 3, which is smaller than it seemed on the pictures so I think it would be crowded for 3 people. Being on the ground floor is not ideal, but we felt safe so it didn't take away much from our stay, it's just something to be aware of when booking.

• Ana (10/5): Wonderful time! ♥️ - Beautiful apartments, in the center of the most beautiful street in Pefkohori, next to all shops and restaurants. Despite being centrally located, they have their own private parking. The owner Mrs. Olga is very kind, available 24/7 and answers every question instantly, and the staff is above all expectations, because of them everything is impeccably clean. Apartments are equipped with everything, they are new and clean, towels and sheets are changed daily... they also have an equipped kitchen, despite the fact that there is no need to cook at all because there are cafes, bakeries, supermarkets, fast food and restaurants everywhere. The beach and beach cafes are 50 steps away, in short this is a place where you can stay all summer long and enjoy it without a problem, our time went by so fast, so we are coming back again this summer once again! ♥️ There are no negative words for such a wonderful place.

The property is spacious with a great terrace ( ground floor). Communication with the host was very easy and Olga gave us all the information we needed before even ask . Additional space for cosmetics in the bathroom and shower could be useful.

Cleanse is on a high level; it is cleaned daily while towels and sheets are changed. The apartment's location is excellent, very near to the beach on the one hand and on the other it is in the city centre. Fantastic value for the price we paid. The host was very pleasant and helpful. All in all, it deserves the highest mark, ten out of ten 🙂. We will come again next summer for sure! There is absolutely nothing that we did not like; everything was so good!

We booked a smaller room for 3 and we're 4 but we got an extra portatile bed for one of the children for free.. cleanliness was perfect and every day..very good value for the money A little bit noisy in the night ( because of the location in the center and nightlife) but the air conditioner is perfect and the noise isolation of the windows also..you should have a car to find a beach because the beaches in the vicinity are very small and busy.. difficult to find a place in the beaches that are close to the center..

• Manushak (4/5): Disappointing - The room was fresh renovated, clean. Cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. The worst thing was my expericnce with the manager of property: I asked her for a late checkout(checkout is at 11 and checkin is 15 ocklock) because our flight was late and I was with 2 kids. She told me we have to checkout at 11 am not later because they need to clean room before the next guest. I asked if they have some free room I can pay and stay for 4 hours, she said yes, you can stay in the same room. And she told me to pay the whole amount for one day. So if you pay the room is not busy anymore. After discussing a bit she did 20 eurs discount. I had to pay money and we stayed in the room for 4 more hours. I am very dissapointed with this. Charging full amount for some hours, to lie that the room is busy and then sell it again is non humanistic. This is unaccepable and very ugly. And after all of this she was asking me to give 9 or 10 review, seriously? I have all the converstaions saved and can provide the prrov of all what I said here. Very dissapointed!!! Very very very bad wifi connection, I had to go to cafes nearby to be able to checkin for my flight.

• Elena (9/5): A Value for Money property - The Cleanliness. Such a clean place and very well taken care of. The cleaning ladies were there every single day and whatever we asked for was provided to us. The Location In addition, even though the property was in a very central location there was no noise during the night! Very good noise isolation and windows sun blinds. The WiFi was also very good.
• Jankovic (9/5): Kripis studio is excellent place to stay but we are not really impressed with Pefkohori. - Location is excellent for those who like to be in center, it is very close to market, bakery, restaurants and MonAmour (best pastry shop in Greece). City Beach is also very close to apartments. Everything is very clean and the host is very polite and helpful. Wi-fi was really bad in our apartment and it could be a bit noisy in the evening. Parking could be a big problem especially if you want to visit some other beach except city beach, than you have to look for parking every day and it is not a nice experience. Parking that property has to offer is too far away, only if you are not planing to move car during your stay.
