• Abena Serwah (8/5): Lovely stay! - The location was great. Many restaurants and convenience shops are close by. The staff are all really polite and helpful especially the breakfast lady; such a lovely woman. We came in earlier but they still got our room ready and we were able to check in early. Cute inn! The breakfast was gooood The rooms are quite small. The bathroom is very small which is probably common with most Parisian hotels.

• Andrea (8/5): - Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Metro-Station 7. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und das Bett wirklich bequem. Das Zimmer und der Frühstücksraum ist sehr schön eingerichtet und das Frühstück gut. Die Lage direkt am Hotel könnte ansprechender sein. Wenn man aber 5-10 Minuten läuft kommt eine sehr nette Gegend mit guten Restaurants.
• Jutta (9/5): Gemütliches Hotel mit guter Metro-Anbindung - Für Paris ein relativ großes Zimmer. Das Personal war ausgesprochen (!) freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Dass die Metrostation in 3 Min zu erreichen ist und man in 18 Min das Centrum (Pont Neuf) erreicht, ist ein Glücksfall. Der Aufzug ist für 3 Personen ausgelegt. Aber schon zu zweit ist es seeeehr eng. Mit Reisetasche fast schon unmöglich. Unser Zimmer war im 5. Stock.

• Tatiana (7/5): - Неплохое местоположение в целом, рядом с метро, но район не выглядит безопасным, особенно вечером, гулять там Я бы не советовала. Завтраки нормальные, в номере убирались, белье чистое. Номер совсем крохотный, в туалет нет двери, со всеми вытекающими последствиями, душевая кабина очень маленькая. В номере нет шкафа, нет вешалки, только три пончика, которые висят за заркалом. Если надо остановиться на 2-3 ночи с маленьким багажом - отличный вариант. Но я была 9 дней и мне некуда было складывать мои вещи, все валялось в чемодане, который занял большую часть свободного места.

• Brianna (10/5): - Oh no the kind lady on reception said I would forget.. I did haahah. Her name started with T and she was just the kindest most lovely person ever. I was nervous and in a new country and cannot speak French (I’m trying!) but she was just so nice. So accommodating and friendly. Made my whole stay so so nice! Bed was comfy, room was relatively clean. Bathroom smelt a little stale? Like the drains could do with a good clean out. The construction was right outside my window on scaffolding and this was really loud. I was warned about this though, I just didn’t think it would be so loud haha.

• Lolita (9/5): - Прямо возле метро, но вокруг много попрошаек и в целом заметно, что район не самый спокойный. Но доходишь до метро настолько быстро, что этого почти не замечаешь. Сам номер аккуратный, удобная кровать, в душе шампунь и гель Rituals, есть зеркало, чайник. Одним утром мне пошли навстречу и подали завтрак в 6 утра - респект. На ресепшене говорят и на французском, и на английском. Вай-фай хороший. Есть лифт. Во время моего пребывания был ремонт фасада, возле моего окна были леса строительные, но никакого шума я не слышала. Завтрак - кофе, сок, круассан, хлеб, ветчина, сыр, джемы, яйцо. Все понравилось.

• René (9/5): - Leuk kleinschalig boutiquehotel waar je je echt welkom voelt. Super aardig personeel! Metrostation ligt om de hoek en als je wilt liggen er ook genoeg supermarkten, restaurantjes e.d. Buurt is schoon en voelt veilig. We (moeder en dochter) hebben ons ook 's avond niet onveilig gevoeld. Geen minpunten
• Richard (10/5): Awesome hotel - Rooms were clean and kept clean daily, breakfast was very good, the staff were excellent, probably the best hotel I've stayed in. Metro station on the corner. Not in the main tourist area so not so hectic but easy to get to where you want to go. A lovely canal less than 5 minutes away, local shops and restaurants. Yes I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's a 3 star but I'd give it 5 star. The friendlies staff, always happy to assist you, multilingual. Always smiling. A joy to stay there. I would have liked to stay longer.

• Giordano (8/5): - Lo stile dell'arredamento e la posizione sono stati due aspetti molto vincenti durante la prenotazione. Il letto e la doccia molto comodi durante il soggiorno. Il personale super gentile e cordiale. La stanza ed il bagno si sono rivelati più piccoli di quanto avevo immaginato durante la prenotazione.
• jurgen (9/5): SYMPATHIEK, PROPER HOTEL MET BEHULPZAAM EN VRIENDELIJK PERSONEEL - Gezellig hotel, met voldoende faciliteiten, aan een scherpe prijs. Zeer behulpzaam personeel en vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt voldeed aan de verwachtingen. En een goede, betaalbare parking (niet de mooiste) op wandelafstand. Kamers waren ruim genoeg en zeer proper. Metro 7 op minder dan 100m en die brengt je in no time naar het centrum van Parijs. Alles is nogal aan de smalle kant (lift, douche,..). En het 19e arrondissement is niet het mooiste van de stad. Je ziet wel dat langsheen het bassin wat verderop de buurt aan een revival bezig is.

• Toni (10/5): Super Aufenthalt in Paris. - Super nette Atmosphäre. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett , hilfsbereit und super freundlich. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet. Metro , Bus Haltestellen - 5 Minuten. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Jeden Tag bekamen wir interessante Tipps!!! Wir können dieses Hotel jederzeit empfehlen!!!!
• Beate (8/5): Gutes Mittelklassehotel Nähe Bahnhof Gare de l'Est - Unkompliziertes Stadthotel mit gutem Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis und Metro gleich um die Ecke. Eine Reihe von guten Restaurants in der Nähe. Personal sehr freundlich. Es war alles gut. Gewöhnungsbedürftig war nur, dass kein Schrank , Regal oä Ablagemöglichkeit im Zimmer. Nur 2 Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Aber das Zimmer ist auch klein gewesen und wir sind klar gekommen.

• Jens (8/5): Gezellig boutiquehotel met kleine kamers - Het ontbijt is een aanrader. Persoonlijk vind ik het fijn dat er niet met een buffetvorm wordt gewerkt, waardoor je 's morgens rustig aan je tafel kan wakker worden terwijl je op je wenken bediend wordt. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staat klaar om te helpen en tips te geven. De kamers zijn zelfs naar Parijse normen erg klein, zeker wat de badkamer betreft. Daarnaast zouden sommige mensen last kunnen hebben van de gehorige buurt. Het feit dat de ramen niet erg isoleren, hielp daarbij niet.

• Rebecca (7/5): A bijou hotel close to great amenities and an easy metro ride into the city or Montmartre close by - Close to the metro. There are patisseries and a supermarket very close to the hotel. Very friendly advice from staff on close by restaurants (next to the canal), and how to get a Navigo card. My room was fine for one person and kept clean. The breakfast was very basic. No milk provided in the room (not even powdered)

• Mihael (7/5): - Das Personal ist sehr nett und kompetent, die Zimmer sauber und das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Nähe zur Metro ist super, und auch im Viertel findet man alles Notwendige. Die Größe unserer Zimmer war für Paris noch okay, aber das Bad und v.a. die Duschkabine sind schon arg eng. Auch die Flure, Treppe und der Aufzug sind winzig - machbar, aber wer nicht nur ein kleines Köfferchen hat oder nicht sehr, sehr fit ist, könnte genervt sein. Das 7. Stockwerk ist erst gar nicht mit dem Lift erreichbar.

Sie ist mit ihrer herzlichen Art und ihrer Unterstützung was ganz besonders🥰 . Beim Frühstück wirst du gut von Yanetsi umsorgt, sie bringt den Schwund in den Tag mit ihrer guten Laune., bei ihr gehst du nicht mit leerem Magen aus dem Haus ❤️ Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, die Metro fährt direkt um die Ecke. • Fanny (8/5): Très très bien ! - Le personnel exceptionnellement gentil et à l'écoute ! Tsiry a été vraiment fabuleuse du début à la fin. Elle s'est démenée pour arranger mes modifications multiples de réservation dues à mon travail tout en prenant soin de trouver la meilleure option pour moi. Son implication m'a beaucoup touché. La literie est parfaite, le logement est très bien décoré. C'est frais, propre, il y a des rangements et un dressing très pratique. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. A deux pas du métro ! L’hôtel prends place dans un ancien bâtiment un peu étroit. L'isolation entre le couloir et les chambres est très mauvais. Je n'ai pas eu de problèmes majeurs (je dors avec des bouchons d'oreilles) mais il faut reconnaître que ça peut poser problème. Dommage aussi que les TV dans les chambres ne soient pas des smartTV sur lesquelles ont peut partager Netflix ou Youtube depuis notre smartphone. Et étonnée que la fenêtre de notre chambre n'ait pas de filtre floutant, car il y a quand même un vis-à-vis avec les bâtiments d'en face notable. J'ai trouvé le petit-déjeuner un peu léger aussi. Il manquait d'éléments rassasiant et équilibrés (bananes, yaourt 0%, pain complet de boulangerie...). Les petites pâtisseries, jus, pains et muesli étaient bon mais on voyait que c'était du bas de gamme. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de manger aussi sucré le matin donc c'est le point qui m'a gêné pendant ce séjour (mais bon, ça reste exceptionnel et c'est en fonction du prix). Et je pense qu'en demandant à l'avance, ils achètent en amont les ingrédients que vous désirez (comme du lait végétal).
• Gabrielle (10/5): Great Hotel. Close to La Vilette and the Bassin. - Das Hotel ist klein und sehr charmant. Für meine Zwecke ist es perfekt gelegen. Dazu ist die Metro gleich um die Ecke. Die Zimmer sind sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Mir hat es extrem gut gefallen und ich werde wiederkommen.
• Melody (1/5): Prenez un autre hôtel, fuyez ! - Très forte odeur d'égouts qui imprègne les vêtements. De plus, le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas lors de mon séjour, j'ai dû dormir, malgré le prix dépensé pour la chambre, j'ai du dormir dans le froid parisien fenêtres ouvertes pour échapper à l'odeur. Je n'ai pas apprécié le dédain du personnel de l'hôtel et leurs tentatives de pression de la direction, qui me propose 30% de remboursement pour modifier mon avis, ce type de pratique pose un problème évident de transparence puisqu’elle vise à conditionner un remboursement à la modification d’un avis public, ce qui est contraire aux principes d’authenticité des avis consommateurs.

Ook de kamer is erg mooi en er is gelet op de details. Rituals producten. Grote tv, frigo, airco. Kwam niets te kort. Goed bed en het ontbijt was simpel, efficiënt maar meer dan genoeg! De kamer was zeer mooi en zag er als nieuw uit. Maar er is een vocht probleem aan het venster met als gevolg lichte geurhinder. Het raam ging open maar was geen optie, is een erg drukke straat van auto's en motto's. Er is wel een goed werkende airco. Alles werkt prima...dit hotel in een rustigere straat zou geweldig zijn.
