• Slater (3/5): - The location was great and the contact person was pleasant. The beds were very uncomfortable and my daughter-in-law was scratched by a screw poking up from the frame, There were nails on the floorboards that were sticking up and would poke you, mold in the bathroom/grout. Someone tried to sit out on the balcony and fell through the chair. The door to the bedroom that had the balcony would get stuck and they would have to really struggle to get it open.
• Elizabeth (4/5): Disappointing - facilities and cleanliness need addressing - Location good, close to shops including Tesco, Sainsbury's, Waitrose. 15-20 min walk from Crouch Hill overground station (up a gradual hill). Regular buses on main road. Spacious rooms. Broken bed in one room being supported by a plastic crate with nails sticking out of the edge of bed frame - one guest caught their leg on these. Broken part of frame found in top drawer. Mattresses uncomfortable. Kitchen unclean including dishwasher which had mouldy crockery inside. Unpleasant smell which may or may not have been coming from adjoining flats above and below property. Door to one of the bedrooms very stiff and difficult to shut. Party of 4, only 2 clean towels provided. Disappointed with general cleanliness in property which hindered use of facilities - more money spent on dining out rather than home cooking. Contacted owner to raise concerns and was assured that the broken bed is being replaced and cleanliness issues will be addressed.

• Hamrin (9/5): It’s clean and good size bedrooms - It’s good size 3 bedroom apartment. The floor and bathroom needs updating. Apart from that it’s good place.
• Maria (9/5): Superb - The place was really big and the host kept in contact with us. The location is perfect it’s a couple of minutes away from nearby supermarkets.
