• Helena (7/5): Buen sitio, excelente servicio, pero pequeño - El servicio fue ideal. Tuvimos un problema con la aplicación para abrir la puerta y lo resolvieron muy rápido. El lugar estaba nuevo y limpio. La habitación es bastante más pequeña de lo esperado y está en una planta baja. No se ve la calle como tal, pero tampoco entra mucha luz natural.
• Kuo Wei (9/5): - 剛開始找不到地點，還好跟飯店人員用視訊幫忙找到，這家公寓管理的算是很不錯，設備齊全.乾淨舒適，位置也算是還不錯，離地鐵站也不遠，大約五分鐘路程，到機場也很方便，值得推薦的公寓 開門比較需要一點技巧，房東應該一下提供視訊教學，不然很多人可能不太容易打開，而且如果沒有網路，大門可能開不了

Cordialità e disponibilità da parte del personale che si occupa dalla struttura. Self check in completamente digitalizzato e costante supporto in caso di necessità. • torlaschi (9/5): - Nos gustó que estubieron atentos a nuestra llegada y hubo buena comunicación. Llegamos muy tarde y fue medio dificil de entender el sistema para abir la puerta, sin embargo estuvieron al telefono ayudandonos en todo momento.

Very clean overall. Good bed. All guests MUST ARRIVE with the following. A smart phone with the VIKEY APP sent by the host. A good charge after a day of travelling. 24/7 data roaming is essential as this is your property key day and night. There were TWO DIFFERENT WAYS to enter and exit the property. 1 front door to street, URBAN HUB apartments door, room door to private accommodation. Company sends no clear guide to the USER EXPERIENCE and have only set it up for their own administration. Remote control on the TV was capped on low volume.
• Sofía (8/5): - Limpieza y todo nuevo. Bien ubicado cerca de la parada de metro de Istria. Calle con ruido de vehículos. A pesar de tener ventanas de doble cristal. El acceso al apartamento es bastante digital, quizás para una persona mayor sería complicado de entender.

• Mar (10/5): Muy bien, volvería a repetir. - Aunque estaba alejado del centro, la comunicación es buena, tanto en autobús como en metro. El apartamento es muy cuco, incluso con una pequeña cocina que te permite preparar y comer en el apartamento. Tiene de todo, utensilios de cocina e incluso secador y plancha para la ropa. Por poner alguna pega, que está retirado del centro, pero eso ya lo sabía.

• Trinh Thien Kim (10/5): A perfect stay with great comfort - The room was fully equipped with everything I needed, smelled fresh, and was clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access to both the tram and metro. The staff were incredibly helpful and responsive. I’d definitely recommend this place! The apartment is close to the main street, so there can be some noise, but the soundproof windows made it barely noticeable for me.

• Antonietta (8/5): Bueno para estancias breves. - Tenía todo lo necesario, la cocina estaba muy bien equitada y el baño estaba muy bien. Está bien para estar de paso en Milan. Creo que el check out es demasiado pronto teniendo que cuenta que te dejan entrar a partir de las 17;00.
• Dattoli (10/5): - La struttura è pulita, curata, e dotata di tutti i comfort. Mi sono fermata una sola notte per cui non ho avuto bisogno di molto, ma c’era veramente tutto. È situata in una posizione ottima, la si raggiunge facilmente. Lo staff super accogliente, seppur in modalità remota.
