- Viera H. (8/5): Hotel v centru - Hotel v centru města. Samostatné WC pozoruhodné, při otevření dveří se zvedá prkýnko. Koupelna v japonském stylu, sprcha a vana zvlášť. Snídaně s velkým výběrem a hlavně výhled z 11 patra na sopku Sakurajima. V lobby celý den k dispozici káva a čaj. Poměrně malé pokoje, dva lidí mají problém se vyhnout u konce postelí.

- Tsuneaki (10/5): 桜島の見えるレストランで最高の朝食を． - 朝食に鶏飯があったのがよかったです．作り方も丁寧に書いてありました．あるもの全部が美味しかったです．前日夜にスタッフの方に近所の美味しいところを聞いたら，すぐに丁寧に教えてくれました．部屋もベッドも綺麗です．部屋にはシャワーしかなかったのですが，これがとてもいいシャワーでした．大浴場もありましたが使用はしませんでした． しかたないことではありますが，レストランの窓枠が少し邪魔で桜島が十分に堪能できませんでした．座る位置によってはもっと良かったかもしれないですが．この点も無理やり探したようなもので，アラがほとんどありませんでした．

- Richard (10/5): Awesome Tenmonkan Hotel - The hotel is centrally located in Tenmonkan about a 7-minute walk from the airport bus drop off. The hotel room was small but efficiently laid out with the best shower I have ever used which includes 10 side-spraying jet body nozzles! Use Google Translate and photograph the shower instructions which was easy to use. The shampoo and body wash are of high quality and the toilet includes a washlet. The matress was comfortable but the pillows were too hard for my preference. All TV programming was in Japanese. Their 6:30am-10am breakfast buffet was excellent offering a variety of things including fish, yummy scrambled eggs and pancakes! However, the menu did not vary during my 4 night stay. The restaurant is on the top floor 13 with a great view of Sakurajima. My room was on floor 8 and had a view of half of Sakurajima. The onsen, coin operated laundry machines, ice maker, coffee machine, toiletries, and microwaves are available on floor 2 where the reception area is located. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel! Pillows were too hard. Plese provide one soft pillow and one hard pillow.

I can keep one one card always in my wallet so i don't lock myself out. The location was near Tenmonkan Shopping Street. Their shower is pretty awesome once you figured out the complicated controls. I asked if i could check in earlier but the staff said there was a fee. They agreed to hold my bags before check in though.

- Hiroaki (9/5): - このサイトから申し込んだら他よりも安く泊まれた。 朝食バイキングが種類豊富でとても良かった。 炭酸大浴場やジムが利用できてとても良かった！ 女性の大浴場へはパスワードで入館なので安心だった。 大浴場へ入る前に貴重品入れが備わってた。 シャワーのみの部屋だったけど、シャワーが気持ち良かった！ バスタオルやタオル、加湿空気清浄機が備わってた！ お昼は13階の休憩場所でコーヒーなどドリンクサービスがあり、その他の時間は2階にコーヒーなどのドリンクサービスがあって嬉しかった！ 氷もサービスで良かった！ お金は必要だけど、洗濯もできたみたい♪ 朝5時半炭酸風呂♪とウキウキで大浴場へ行ったら…髪の毛が沢山浮いてた…シャワーなどは掃除されてるみたいだったのに残念。 たぶん湯の入れ換えは皆のチェックアウト後からだと思うので、綺麗なお湯にして欲しいとまではいわないが、せめて浮いた髪の毛をすくっててほしかった。 それか髪の毛が外に流れる工夫をしてほしかった。 せめて髪の毛や垢をすくうものが置いてあったら自分ですくえたのに。

- Gabriela (8/5): - Good location and helpful staff. Gym, onsen, and laundry machines were a plus. Great value for the money. Double room was definitely on a smaller end, barely fit two bags (not even suitcases) and it was uncomfortable to move around.

- 羽太 (8/5): 立地条件も良かった - ホテルが綺麗で朝食、会場からのロケーションも良かった。大浴場もあり、客室のトイレと浴槽が別になっているのも良かった。 リモコンがつが使えなかったが直ぐにリモコンを交換用してくれた。
