- Nazariy (10/5): Great place to stay in Paris for the vacation or business trip. - Spent here one week with my family, in May. Very supportive and friendly personal, that’s a huge plus. Good location, 30 minutes walk to Notre-Dame de Paris, many cafes around, 10-15 minutes walk. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for short term stay. For sure, I recommend this place to stay in Paris. Nothing.

- ESIEMANOYA FUNMILAYO (1/5): VERY TENSE ATMOSPHERE & UNPLEASANT - NOTHING they are very unfriendly & not helpful here Just aesthetics is what they invest in no hospitality at all & you literally pay for everything they give you... GUYS LISTEN...This place is Not good value for your money...very unfriendly staff a lady who wears glasses there at the reception So this one time I came back to my hotel with a taxi of a charge 12€ I had only 10€ with me & needed a top up of 2€ which I had in my room but didn't want to go all the way upstairs so I asked this lady to kindly assist me with 2€ so I pay off my taxi n I will make a refund to her or the hotel... Hmmm she blatantly refused & said she won't for that very mean staff plus the ask a pre deposit of 100€ for any damages & they promised to make a refund up until now my 100€ hasnt been refunded.... Still waiting...

- Tissiana (8/5): Très bonne accueil, confort excellent mais prix pas accessible à tous . - J’ai beaucoup aimer la propreté de l’hôtel et le confort de la chambre, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. L’hôtel est très bien placé, accès au métro facile et plusieurs restaurants aux alentours J’ai moins aimer le fait qu’avec mon chéri on a pas pu se faire plaisir à 100% car les messages étaient cher et ne durait pas longtemps et une déception en voyant le "bar" de l’hôtel .

- Carol (10/5): Relaxing oasis in the heart of a big busy city - Lovely little pool, sauna, steam room, tiny workout room. Great breakfast, with pastries, fruit, yogurt, cappucino, cheeses and meats. The room was larger than expected. Just right for a relaxing trip. Wine was available for purchase in the small library off the reception area. It had a spa, and we saw people going in, but we didn't use it. The neighborhood isn't too close to major attractions, but it felt safe and there were some decent restaurants nearby. Could use more channels/streaming on the tv.

The hotel was close to jardin des plantes, delicious restaurants and place de L'italie. 13th arrondissement and this hotel, might be one of my favorite places in Paris. Calm, elegant, not crowded at all. Green streets with lots of trees and flowers. Perfect place for writers and introverts.❤️ Would've loved more and smaller table lamps in the room, to enhance a cozy and elegant vibe.

Номер был чистый, тихий и просторный. Есть кофемашина небольшая, чайник и даже радуют маленькими сладкими комплиментами ежедневно. Выбор блюд на завтрак отличный , всё свежее и вкусное , персонал внимательный и дружелюбный. Добираться до центра и вокзала очень удобно, прямая линия метро. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины, рестораны, аптека. Нет такого

Eviter absolument la chambre 203 quand il pleut: il y a une gouttière qui fait un bruit insupportable! Impossible de dormir et la personne à l'accueil "ne peut rien faire"...
- Fabrice (10/5): Très bonne adresse - coccooning garanti - Personnel très disponible et agréable. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité (jus d'orange pressé ...) et varié. Ayant eu la chance d'être surclassé dans une chambre avec balcon, j'ai pu apprécier le charme de ces chambres. Le spa est vraiment très bien et très bien organisé : on réserve un créneau de 45 min à l'accueil ce qui évite la surpopulation du spa. Les peignoirs et les chaussons sont dans les chambres et il n'y a plus qu'a y descendre par l'ascenseur. L'hôtel ne fait pas restaurants mais il y a de très bonnes adresses alentour. Une bagagerie permet de laisser ses affaires si besoin est. Je cherche encore ...

Posizione in quartiere non eccellente ma vicina a metro. Purtroppo il nostro bagno aveva un problema presumibilmente idraulico e odorava tremendamente di fogna. Peccato, sarebbe stato tutto ok.

- Sara (10/5): Muy buena eleccion para conocer París - Muy buena ubicacion, barrio tranquilo, agradable, seguro y limpio. Con muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca. A 15 min en metro de cualquier punto de visita. Hotel con buenas instalaciones, el spa esta muy bien para relajarte despues de un dia de caminar por la ciudad. La habitacion amplia y bien cuidada. Baño grande y funcional. El personal muy amable. Tienes de cortesía cafe, te y agua. Para repetir Todo me gusto. No cambiaria nada

- Kimon (10/5): I Highly recommend it!!! - Hotel Villa Romantic & Spa was an excellent hotel! You get 45 minutes of free spa per day, which includes a dry sauna, hammam, swimming pool & a jacuzzi. The staff are really helpful, inviting & they all speak English. The room was better than the photos provided and exceeded my expectations. Also the location is great. Not too far from the Center and the metro is really close. In addition the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Will visit again! Highly recommend it.
- ilaria (6/5): The management of the reception is unprofessional - Everything was great except the staff at the reception. they were very unprofessional in their behaviour, behaving as we were all exchanging opinion in a bar, There was no coordination among them, they made us waste a lot of time, stalked us with repetitively asking the same information multiple times during the 3 days. What's more, they called into question what we had emailed and told them. One accused us of not being capable of coordinating ourselves and of not having provided any information to his colleague, thereby suggesting 2 of us were telling lies in a very passive agressive attitude.

Everything was perfect, the only slight thing g was the hot tub bit in the pool wasn’t that hot but I guess because it was part of the pool would be difficult to keep hot!

- Sara (9/5): Prima! - Onthaal heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was heel lekker, wel kleine ruimte. Het zwembad kan je betreden na het kiezen van een tijdslot van een uurtje ongeveer. Er was bijna altijd plaats. Heel mooie kamer. Metro dichtbij om snel overal te geraken. Aanrader.
