- Uli (2/5): Neue Wohnung an falscher Location - Die Wohnung war sauber und relativ neu. Die Wohnung war nicht in der angegebenen Stelle. Sowohl Adresse sowie auch die Karte des Inserats ist, Stand 12/2025, falsch (ca. 8km von der angebotenen Location entfernt) auf Anfrage wurde mir von dem Besitzer mitgeteilt, dass er keine genaue location angeben könnte da es auf der Insel keine Adressen gäbe. Anscheinend gibt es auch keine GPS Koordinaten oder die Möglichkeit den Interessenten bzw. Mietern die inkorrekte Lage vorher mitzuteilen (?). Die genaue Lage der Wohnung wurde mir erst am Abend der Anreise mitgeteilt. Meine Anfrage an den Besitzer zur Klarstellung dazu wurde nicht beantwortet. Ich hätte mir eine bessere Kommunikation gewünscht, da auf meine Beschwerde nicht nur nicht eingegangen wurde sondern diese einfach ignoriert wurde.
