• EvaHernández (8/5): - Ubicación, muy céntrico. Buen equipamiento del apartamento, diseño, mantenimiento y limpieza. Amabilidad de la persona que nos atendió. Gran opción para hospedarse en Córdoba! Este apartamento tenía un precio mayor que la media y lo escogimos por tener dos habitaciones, pero a nivel de espacio para las 4 personas era justito. Estuvimos razonablemente bien, pero esperábamos un poco más de confort (por ejemplo 4 sillas en la cocina, comer desde el sofá no es cómodo)
• Sonja (10/5): Nice apartment vs untouchable host - Exellent location near the train station and near the center. Comfort place with two bedrooms. When we arrived, we spent 40 minutes in front of the closed door without any contact with the host. Our contact was established thanks to the kind neighbors. He insists to contact with the guests only by Whats app and he ignored my mails, phone calls and messages. Once we entered in the apartment, everything was ok. Fortunately, we are not XL persons so we could also enter in the shower cabine.

• Carolina (6/5): Bien ubicado pero espacio agobiante - La ubicación El apartamento resulta un poco claustrofóbico porque no tiene luz y todo está demasiado ajustado. Siendo para 4 personas solo había dos sillas para sentarse a comer, la ducha muy pequeña, pocos detalles en la cocina y lo peor de todo las almohadas que eran super altas y duras.
• SUSANA (9/5): Estancia muy acogedora - Apartamentos muy coquetos muy bien ubicados. Cogimos 2 apartamentos.Uno de ellos era perfecto de tamaño pero el segundo de ellos era demasiado pequeño.( Por poner una pega) Ahh!! La almohada era muy dura
• Gyurova (9/5): Приятен престой и удобно местоположение. - Чисто, удобно, жилище, с всичко необходимо вътре. Има две отделни спални, което също е голямо удобство за семейството. Местоположението е много добро - на 10-15 минути пеша до всички местни забележителности и от гарата. Изключително шумно място. Всеки звук от съседите се чува много ясно - плач на малко дете, говор, ходене по стълбището, почистване на съседния апартамент. Стаите гледат към два различни вътрешни двора на сградата, ехото на всеки звук е голямо. Последната нощ се будихме от тропане на съседите.

• Marc (8/5): Alojamiento fantástico para pasar unos dias en Córdoba, si ademas buscas un lugar bien ubicado para dar paseos y quieres - Alojamiento bien decorado, limpio, en muy buena ubicación, con un parking muy cerca. En el interior apenas hay cobertura y el wifi del alojamiento lentísimo.
• Astrid (1/5): Very bad experience - The flat is fundamentally unsafe. It is organized around two small courtyards, and outside access is possible through a large living room window that opens onto one of them. This window cannot be locked because the locking mechanism is missing—a fact confirmed by a property management representative when I reported the issue immediately after discovering it, shortly after my arrival. This courtyard is therefore accessible from other units in the building, including one on the same floor that the property owner also rents to tourists. As a result, anyone staying in that unit can simply walk across the courtyard and enter the flat I rented, as shown in the photos. Overall my conversations with the property owners have been extremely frustrating. They offered no solution—such as securing the window—or alternative accommodation, dismissed my concerns and finally denied the evidence. Instead, they told me that I was safe because they know the people in the building. This response is unacceptable, especially since they cannot possibly vouch for the tourists renting the flat on the same floor. I had originally booked four nights. It was already late on the day of my arrival when it finally became clear that no solution would be provided, so I stayed the first night. I was then forced to rent another place for the rest of my stay in Córdoba. Despite this circumstance — namely, apartment unfit for rental due to lack of safety— they refused to offer any refund, even a partial one.
• Marquez Gomez (8/5): Super equipado y limpio - La limpieza, es un apartamento recién reformado lo cual estaba muy bien equipado con todo prácticamente nuevo, la limpieza también nos gustó. Pues nuestro punto negativo fue que el plato de ducha , y que es un primero sin ascensor, este hecho es importante para personas voluminosas o con movilidad reducida. La habitación principal tenía que pasar de lado para subir a la cama pero bueno no es tan relevante como lo de la ducha que es un metro cuadrado.
• Sidnei (8/5): Córdoba é uma cidade linda e o apartamento ajudou na qualidade da nossa estadia. - Boa localização. Os quartos são pequenos, mas o apartamento é suficiente para, no máximo, 4 pessoas. Estava limpo e arrumado. Muito silencioso. Não tem vista pois dá para um prisma interno.

Que no hay ascensor para acceder, es un primero, y cuando vas con carrito y niños pequeños es un poco difícil. El suelo un pelín sucio, por lo demás bien.
