La casa era completa di tutti i comfort oltre ad essere molto bella e caratteristica. • Sara (10/5): 5 notti a Pyrgos - Questa casa non solo è esteticamente molto bella, è pure molto accessoriata ed estremamente comoda. Situata nel pieno centro di Pyrgos, ha un enorme e godibilissimo patio esterno dove fare colazione, rilassarsi e stendere i panni. È pulita, arredata con gusto e dorata di ottimi elettrodomestici. L’host è una persona meravigliosa, gentilissima e premurosa. Consigliatissima
• Dario (10/5): - Struttura situata nel cuore di Pyrgos, in una posizione strategica, distante pochi minuti dalla capitale e dalle spiagge principali. La casa era curata nei minimi dettagli e offriva tutti i servizi necessari per il soggiorno. La proprietaria, Vasiliki, è stata fantastica. Ci ha accolti e accompagnati in struttura appena arrivati, ci ha dato ottimi consigli su come trascorrere i nostri giorni di permanenza sull’isola. Assolutamente consigliato!!!
• Daniele (10/5): Viaggio eccezionale anche e soprattutto grazie alla splendida casa e alla gentilezza dell’host - Bellissima casa tradizionale,posizione strategica sia all’interno del villaggio di Pyrgos che nell’isola,situata in un meraviglioso scenario e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Dispone inoltre di una veranda all’aperto comoda e molto accogliente dotata anche di solarium e con una splendida vista sulle attrazioni principali del villaggio. Facile da raggiungere sia per la posizione che per le ottime indicazioni da parte dell’host,una persona di una gentilezza rara che si è dimostrata disponibile in un primo momento per aiutare ad affittare un mezzo per muoversi indipendentemente e successivamente per fornire consigli su luoghi dove trascorrere le giornate e posti in cui mangiare.

It is clean, tastefully furnished, and equipped with all the amenities that make a vacation comfortable. However, above all, I would like to mention and thank George, the property manager, for his availability and professionalism, which made everything easier for us during our stay.

• Adriano (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful house in the best location in Pyrgos. It is fully equipped, including washing machine. A great place to stay out of the chaos of Thira, strongly suggested for a couple.
• Kreeanne (9/5): Loved our stay at Imarkellis Santorini! Highly recommend this property. - Delightful property, done up so tastefully in the typical cave style of the area. Gorgeous retro appliances. Lovely sit out area. Restaurants like Cava Alta, (check out their fun Greek nights!) Francos, (for cocktails and sunsets) and Penelope’s are practically around the corner. The town itself is a perfect location to visit the famous Santorini wineries, but it’s also not far from the main town Fira. George, the property manager, was warm and welcoming and very responsive. The apt is a short climb uphill, (as expected in many Greek towns!) but George met us at the main square and kindly helped carry our bags up. So it really wasn’t an issue for us at all. We stayed only 3 nights and 2 days so we did not expect the apt to be cleaned. However for longer stays it would be good for it to be cleaned at least every other day.

• Chad (9/5): Perfect stay and location - Perfect place to stay in Pyrgos, away from the hordes on rest of island. Pyrgos is quiet and unassuming with several restaurants and shops. Giannis arranged transfer from port (highly encouraged as takes < 20 min instead of two bus rides for > 1 hr). He showed us the location and was always available to answer questions. Great stay and highly recommended.
• Andriana (10/5): Beautiful spot in a charming village - The flat was located in the beautiful village of Pyrgos away from the very busy spots of Oia and Fira but still at a very good distance to get to every part of the island by car. It was a beautiful spot to come back to after a busy day of exploring the island with cpffe shops, bakeries and restaurants at close proximity. Everyone in the village was extremely kind and helpful. We felt very content and safe during our stay there. Our host was very helpful and was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Thank you Giannis. We got to park our rented car for free at the square which was fairly easy to get to. It isn't something that I didn't like personally but might be a struggle for those who love their sleep - there is a functional church right behind the flat and the church bells went off a few times for the Sunday service. Just beware as it might startle you from a deep sleep!

• Stephanie (10/5): Could not reccomend this more! - Absolutely LOVED staying here. The location, the home, the views, the amenities, the host - we could not of asked for anything better. Not only is it great value but it exceeded all expectations, even better than the photos and wish we stayed longer. The home has the most beautiful terrace under the church, and is just a few steps away from the main square where there are great cafes and breakfast spots. Our host was fantastic, from giving reccomendations, helping us rent a car and booking a taxi to the port, he truly went out of his way to be avalible at all times to make our stay perfect. If you are wanting a picturesque, peaceful trip to santorini then this is the place for you!!
• May (10/5): Imarkellis Santorini is a true home away from home. - The property location, nestled in the heart of the village offered a true Greek experience. The attention to the smallest details in the property and Giannis, the property manager, is exceptional. He was always reachable, extremely helpful, and showered us with insiders tips on where to eat.

• Kaleta-pyrek (10/5): Such a lovely place! - Contact with host, Giannis, was super smooth. We arrived at amazing accommodation in the center of lovely and quiet Pyrgos. Friend of Giannis gave us some tips for our stay. If you're looking for a party type holiday or being close to all Santorini's touristic attractions or most popular spots this place it's probably not for you. It's beautiful, quiet, you can find places with great food and live music and lovely smiling people who are not tired of crowds. Accommodation itself is gorgeous and I have never been to such a stylish/traditional one. There is a space to sit outside which my sister and I used a lot. Everything you need is close by. There is a great restaurant just above run by Greek family and jewellery store with a lovely lady who can sell you a handmade souvenir. Also, there is a mini market and bakery down near the main square of Pyrgos. All necessities were provided, such as toiletries, towels, hair dryer, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea, water and even a bit of Greek liqueur. The place was clean and cosy. :) Nothing about the accommodation. It's something to note but it's not a part of this review: the only thing we didn't like is bus timetable. It's hard to get from Pyrgos to anywhere by bus.
• Alina (10/5): Charming Santorini cave house - We absolutely loved this property! The host provided everything for a perfect experience in Santorini and were available via WhatsApp to answer all questions during our stay. The apartment is impeccably clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. The kitchenette is well stocked and has all you need to prepare meals if you wish. We bought supplies and prepared breakfast every morning while enjoying the wonderful view from our terrace. Pyrgos is the ideal location for your Santorini stay but I would strongly recommend you have a small car.
