The balcony view of the pyramids is breathtaking and truly unforgettable. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The price is very reasonable for the location and the view. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

- Alyda (1/5): This is not a hotel - Avoid this place at all costs. The Eye of Egypt Pyramid View Boutique Hotel is grossly misrepresented and should not be listed as a hotel at all. The owner confirmed airport pickup and early check in, then never showed up and stopped responding completely, leaving us stranded at the airport at 5–6am after traveling overnight. The location itself is extremely difficult to find because there are no signs at all indicating a hotel exists. It is on a very dirty street filled with garbage. You will know you are “there” only when you see an empty, unmarked doorway next to a pharmacy. There is nothing to indicate this is a hotel. When we arrived, it became clear this is not a real hotel, but a residential apartment building. Airport staff and our taxi driver had never heard of it and warned us it might not exist. A man at the building admitted the photos online were fake and told us to trust that it would be nice on the sixth floor. The building was unsafe and disturbing. Exposed electrical wires, cracked ceilings, damaged walls, and a strong smell of mold mixed with chemicals throughout. The elevator had no door, broken buttons, exposed wiring, and felt dangerous. The so called “pyramid view” is a view of a parking lot. You do not see the pyramids. The room itself is clearly a decorated apartment floor being passed off as a boutique hotel. There are no real hotel services. No cleaning service. No food. No kettle. No basic amenities. Do not expect anything you would normally receive from a hotel. The smell alone should warn anyone what to expect. A heavy, choking odor of mold and chemicals that never goes away. The toilet never stopped running and was never fixed despite requests. The jacuzzi was dirty and unusable and the water never ran warm. After begging us to stay “just one night,” the owner then attempted to charge us for two nights anyway. We had to involve police and Booking.com to recover our money. This is false advertising, plain and simple.

The staff were extremely cooperative and always ready to help with anything we needed. They also did a great job organizing our tours, transportation, and car arrangements. The drivers were professional, friendly, and made every trip smooth and safe. The service overall was excellent. What mattered most to me was the room and the hospitality. Even though the hotel is located in a residential building and the surrounding area is a typical local neighborhood, I felt very relaxed and at ease during my stay. I truly enjoyed the atmosphere and would highly recommend this place.

The manager was very communicative and instantly answered questions and concerns. Good view of the pyramids. The hotel is located in a very noisy part of the city and the entrance was hard to find when we arrived late at night. Fortunately our driver didn't leave us until he was sure we were safely inside. As two women traveling alone, we would not feel safe walking around the hotel unaccompanied.

Je had zeker een hele goeie view over de pyramides. Elke ochtend werd een ontbijt naar de kamer gebracht en je kunt je lekker thuis voelen! Heel fijn voor een langer verblijf dus. Soms was er wat moeite met het krijgen van warm water, maar zodra we het personeel om hulp vroegen, werd het direct weer opgelost.

Todo está muy limpio, los alrededores son muy tranquilos y está muy cerca de las pirámides y del Gran Museo que ya está abierto al público. La relación calidad precio del alojamiento es perfecta y los tours y todo lo que puedes contratar con ellos funciona a la perfección y a precios muy competentes. No se puede pedir más. Volveremos seguro.

Tanto el staff como el propietario son muy amables y resolutivos, ofrecen tours y transportes de gran calidad y se nota en cada momento que se esfuerzan y disfrutan complaciendo a sus clientes. Vistas hermosas y desayunos increíbles en un barrio tranquilo. Cerca de las pirámides y el gran museo. Encima lo están ampliando, ya estoy deseando volver con toda mi familia a conocer las nuevas instalaciones.

Niestety zdjęcia hotelu nie pokazują prawdy o położeniu hotelu i jego okolicy. Zgadza się tylko widok na piramidy. Okolica hotelu to "slamsy" zamieszkała przez biedną społeczność. W dół z okna widok rozciągał się na głośny dworzec autobusowy i wysypisko śmieci. W pobliżu hotelu w promieniu kilkunastu kilometrów nie ma żadnych restauracji ani sklepów. Sam hotel znajduje się tylko na 6 piętrze budynku. Reszta pieter to pomieszczenia w którym mieszkają tamtejsi mieszkańcy. Nawet taksówkarze mieli problemy ze znalezieniem adresu bo wejście do rzekomego hotelu wygląda jak plac budowy. Zona nie czułą się tam bezpiecznie. W pokoju ciepła woda tylko w kranie nad zlewem. Wyprowadziliśmy się z tamtąd po dwóch dniach do Kairu.

Overall an amazing stay I’ll bullet point it • There is a bus stand next to the hotel so it gets quite noisy during the day and but it gets calmer at by 8-9pm • There could be a better selection of food for breakfast • The Big room that we stayed at didnt get wifi connection, though they were working on that it was too late, we were leaving the next day

- Dunja (7/5): Personal super, die Gegend leider nicht so - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Der Blick auf die Pyramiden ist zwar schön, aber ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels schlecht. Es liegt in einer heruntergekommen Gegend, in der wir uns außerhalb des Hotels sehr unwohl gefühlt haben, sodass wir nur noch Taxis/Uber direkt vor die Tür bestellt haben. Außerdem ist das Hotel nur der sechste Stock eines Gebäudes, daher würde man es alleine gar nicht finden. Wenn das Hotel in einer besseren Lage und einem besseren Gebäude wäre, wäre es toll, aber so kann ich es leider nur eingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo richiesto di organizzarci un tour guidato con le piramidi, la città, il mercato, i quad nel deserto e ci hanno dato un servizio eccezionale compreso di transfer in ogni posto (compreso aeroporto) andata e ritorno. La vista con le piramidi è favolosa, le camera sono eccezionali. La visita guidata è stata incredibile, il signore che ci guidava (Jas) ci ha reso la vacanza stupenda con le sue spiegazioni semplici e con le sue conoscenza. All'inizio potresti rimanere colpito dalla zona dell'hotel per il continuo passare di auto soprattutto di notte che suonano continuamente, la zona è povera e quindi vedi una realtà diversa, ma poi girando nel Cairo capisci che è il loro modo di vivere. Niente paura!!!

- Anna (10/5): Un’esperienza incredibile - L’hotel si trova vicinissimo alle piramidi di Giza, La stanza è spaziosa e comoda, molto bella la terrazza e la vasca con la vista sulle piramidi. Lo staff è incredibile, siamo stati coccolati e accolti da persone stupende che ci hanno reso questa settimana in Egitto spettacolare. Il proprietario e i ragazzi sono meravigliosi, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Sempre disponibili a qualsiasi ora e gentilissimi. Consiglio tantissimo di affidarsi a loro per tour con guida privata ed esperienze differenti, come la gita ad Alessandria o il giro con il quad sul deserto o la giornata in piscina e in Canale di Suez. Sarà il nostro punto di riferimento ogni volta che verremo in Egitto.

También tienen oferta de cenas, y el desayuno buenísimo. Es un poco ruidosa la zona, pero pasa en todo el Cairo, al llegar tan cansados de las excursiones se duerme perfectamente.

- Davide (5/5): Passable - nice and spacious room, beautiful view, nice bath tub and super friendly staff The neighborhood and the building where the hotel is don't look too good and doesn't feel safe at all. The hotel also doesn't have a sign on the street, so it's pretty hard to find. All the rooms are facing a really crowded street above a mini-bus station that's pretty busy at all time and hence there are continuous horns at all time of the day and night (closing the windows and using air plugs unfortunately is not enough).The mattress was also really hard and the water pressure was really low (it took ages to fill the tub). Also, we stayed 2 nights and they didn't clean the room, not sure if it's their policy or if they forgot

They are able to guide in relation to tours and recommendations and are very welcoming and accommodating if you need something. The receptionist is so attentive. He managed to book tours for me with reasonable prices, luxurious transportation, and great experience. As a solo woman traveller, their guidance and help made me feel very safe. The rooms are so beautiful and modern, it’s well equipped with everything you need, very clean with a wonderful view that looks nicer in person than in pictures. The facilities are modern too. There is free breakfast every morning which is nicely prepared and delivered to your door. All in all, this is a recommendable accommodation in Cairo. Thanks so much to the staff for their wonderful work! -

The hotel is located close to the pyramids area in the heart of Giza and 7-8 minute taxi drive to many tourist restaurants and roof tops overlooking the pyramids. Khaled, Mo, Fares, and the rest of the staff at the hotel made our experience even better by making sure we were always comfortable. We genuinely felt the Egyptian hospitality in our stay because of them. The room was nice and modern, pyramids balcony view, and it was so premium to get breakfast in the room/balcony every morning! We want to thank the hotel team again for such an amazing hospitality, providing everything we needed, helping with suggestions for food, activities, and becoming our friends - we would fully recommend this hotel for its modernity, comfort, view, and above all, people! Close to a main road and buses stop (a bit noisy at times but ear plugs help make the noise disappear fully if you're a light sleeper).

- Edward (7/5): Not fit to be called a hotel should not be on booking .com - Hotel is not what you think it is it’s the top floor of a building where they have refurbished 6 rooms and call it a boutique hotel the building itself is like a derelict building but with families living in it it’s not like any hotel I have stayed in to get to the top floor you go up in a lift that is falling apart with lights that are broken it’s next to a bus station which operates till 2 in the morning with shouting and horns blaring all day long into the early morning then all day long the area where the hotel? Is is like Birmingham just now with rubbish lying. In every area of the place not fit for travellers going for a holiday unless you want to live in a skip avoid at all costs

- Risto (9/5): Great staff, good value - The panorama from the rooms is spectacular. There were two chairs on the small balcony, and the guests could watch the Great Pyramids at sunset. It’s a fascinating view. The Grand Egyptian Museum is also close, half a mile away. The noise from the traffic might disturb some guests, but I was always so tired from my daily activities that it didn’t bother me. The guys at the reception and the hotel manager were very friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist you whenever you needed something, Mohammed especially was kind, motivated, always cheerful, and of great assistance to me. I recommend the hotel: the main sights of Cairo are close, it’s easy to reach Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis from the hotel, and the staff is fantastic. The hotel's neighborhood is not very lovely. After I arrived and saw the inner yard of the hotel building from the glass elevator, I wondered if I had come to the right place. Fortunately, the small hotel on the top floor met my expectations. My room was spacious enough for one person, but I missed more room to store belongings and a larger desk. Also, a proper chair with a back could have been helpful. There was only a stool next to the desk. The weather was cold, but the heater kept the room warm. The bathroom was fine. Some water leaked from the shower closet to the floor, but it often does.

Staff is beyond exceptional and will make everything as smooth as possible. Free airport pick up and easy check in. Breakfast always got ready at the time we wanted and delivered to the room. Only downside is slight car noises in the street, even tho the place is double glazed. But that’s normal for Egypt I guess.
- St (10/5): Exceptional - We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Eyes of Egypt Pyramids View Boutique Hotel, transfer from the airport is provided free of charge. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Ahmed, who went above and beyond to fulfill our requests, almost to the point where we felt a little embarrassed to make them work so much. Our rooms were modern, clean, and brand new. All rooms offer views of the pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with the exception of the three-bed room. Breakfast was served in the room and, while simple, the bread was delicious! We also appreciate Khaled for our 2-day transport arrangement and Waleed who contacted us about an item we left behind. A huge thank you to all the staff, you all made our stay truly memorable! The hotel occupies the top floor of an old building, we were initially a little apprehensive due to its appearance. However, upon entering our rooms, we felt transported to a completely different environment with the beautiful room designs. Lift is by key-access to ensure security. While the surrounding area can be noisy, closing the curtains significantly reduced the noise. As the hotel is still quite new, there were a few minor issues, but I'm confident they will be resolved. I sincerely hope they succeed, as the staff were truly exceptional!
- Martin (6/5): Great few to the pyramids but improvement needed - The management is very helpful, friendly, charmful and communicative. There is a beautiful view of the pyramids. The room is nice and tastefully decorated. Everything is very clean. But there is still a lot to improve. This is probably just a matter of teething problems because the hotel is still relatively new. I am confident that these problems will be resolved. The hotel has a lot of potential... There is no room cleaning during the stay without explicit demand. Even the breakfast dishes were still not cleared away in the afternoon. The toilet flush and the bidet work badly or not at all. The shower is leaking. The whole building is not in a good condition and located in a street that is very noisy. And there is a lot of information that is incorrect or missing: wheelchair accessible, room safe, jacuzzi, bar, restaurant, slippers, bathrobe...etc. No big deal but it should be mentioned... Breakfast should be improved! The scrambled eggs and omelettes are served cold. Fresh orange juice here is syrup with water. The "homemade" jam comes from the supermarket. Tours are offered at prices that are just utopian (€ 300 for a tour to Saqquara for two persons!!!) In general the people here in this country obviously know no bounds when it comes to money....

The Hotel is located at the 6th floor of a building, close to the Giza Pyralids area. Don’t judge the building from the outside, it’s out of date architecture in need of renovation, but when you enter Eyes of Egypt everything is new, the room is spacious and there’s a standalone great Bath Tub in the room.

Great view of the Pyramids from my window. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Great value hotel. I also did an atv tour with them where I rode an atv to the rear of the pyramids. A must do of visiting. I would definitely stay here again.
