• maria a (8/5): - Esta muy bien ubicado,con lugares cercanos muy buenos para desayunar, una tienda de comestibles 24h cerca, farmacia.Esta bien. El baño huele mal, por las minas, pero no afecta a la habitacion.
• know what I like (4/5): Ok if you're just looking to lay your head down - The location was perfect. It was comfortable for the 2 nights we stayed with the very basics. The building itself is badly maintained, i severely cut my finger on the entrance door which needs to be addressed. There where far too many airfreshners in the apartment which I was going to remove as they are so toxic, but they were there to mask the smell of surage.

• Emilie (7/5): Appartement agréable pour un court séjour - L’emplacement, le logement est très bien situé Le rapport qualité / prix Le logement est spacieux L’odeur très forte de la salle de bain Les rideaux qui n’empêchent pas la lumière de passer du tout, dès que le soleil se levait nous étions réveillés
• Arthur (1/5): - Die Lage ist in Ordnung und der Vermieter meldet sich schnell und zügig über WhatsApp. Ein No-Go und somit für mich die reinste Katastrophe war die Kälte. Die Heizung ist defekt. Leider kam keiner zum reparieren und ich wurde krank !! Bei -7 Grad draußen ist es nicht gerade angenehm. Zudem ist die Toilette defekt und die Dusche ist sehr alt, stinkt und keine Kontrolle über Warm und Kaltwasser. Die Wände sind dünn und man versteht, welche Serie der Nachbar schaut. Insgesamt Preis/Leistung die reinste Katastrophe und das Geld nicht mal ansatzweise wert!

La poignee de porte de la salle d' eau non fixee. La cuvette des toilettes mal fixee.Dificultes de communication avec la proprietaire.

• Niki (3/5): Nem ajánlom - Közel van mindenhez A szállást kollegámnak foglaltam. Már a szállás átvétele is problémás volt, mert nem adták meg a bejutáshoz szükséges információkat előtte egy nappal csak aznap. Ezt maguktól nem küldték el, hanem mikor megérkezett a kollegám még 20 percig állt az ajtóban mire többszöri üzenet és hívás után reagáltak. A szoba teljesen hideg volt fűtés nem volt csak klímával tudta befűteni. Nem túl kellemes télen. De meleg víz sem volt bárhová tekergette többször megpróbálta majd másnap kiment egy karbantartó és állításuk szerint nem tudják értelmezni a panaszunk, mert szerintük rögtön volt forró víz. Ahogy nézem a panaszokat elég sok gond van vele. Pipere cuccok semmi valami tusfürdő de olyan undorítóan nézett ki, hogy kollegám inkább hozzá se nyúlt. Én is és ő is sokat utazunk, de ilyen stílussal és kellemetlen helyzettel még nem volt dolgunk. Soha többet nem foglalunk ide az biztos!

• Fabrizio (7/5): Nel complesso carino - La zona era centrale e ben collegata,15minuti a piedi e si arriva al parlamento,l appartamento era bello e pulito Non mi è piaciuto il bagno,la doccia all improvviso l acqua diventava bollente e poi fredda,si allagava mentre ti stavi lavando e poi c era un cattivo odore tipo di fogna

• Laszlo Miklos (7/5): - - good location, nice restaurants nearby, and close proximity to Margit-sziget - relatively quiet street - awesome mattress. It was 9/10 in hardness which matched our preference (it might be too hard for others) - everything was clean, even the staircase in the house - good communication with hosts - modern window and A/C - power outlets everywhere we needed - dishwasher soap, sponge and drier stand provided - it was very difficult to control the water temperature in the shower. it was either ice cold or burning hot, with very short periods in between - the shower drain did not function well, the water got stuck under us - cheap kitchenware: the knives were bending as we were cutting potatoes - there could be more than only one pot and a pan - no shower gel provided - the freezer drawer inside the fridge cannot be closed, therefore there was a huge ice buildup in it, which makes it barely usable - some downsides about the location: it's almost impossible to find a parking spot in the vicinity, and there's a lot of dog poop left on the sidewalks in this area
• Dominik (9/5): Long story short: GREAT value for the money. Little improvements could do this apartment wonders. - Location was very central and easy to reach. The hosts gave us very detailed but short textual and visual (images and a video) instructions. Apartment was super neat. Bathroom extremely clean with enough towels and shower gel, hair dryer etc. A lot of space, very spaceous apartment with really decent and nice looking furniture. Very good price for the location and spaciousness of all the rooms. The building has an elevator which is convenient. The surrounding area is quiet and clean. Busses and trams are only few minutes walk from the apartment. Long story short: GREAT value for the money. Little improvements could do this apartment wonders. I did not like 6 things: - small flies that come into the apartment reaching the light if you open the window - shower did not work properly, changing the temp. from mild hot to very cold or very hot - better sun protection, blinds that create total darkness because the sun woke us up at 6 - the bed mattress was too hard, but that's based on my personal preference - smell of the apartment, the air was a bit stale - bathroom door knob fell out How to fix / improve this this: - provide an anti-flies spray somewhere visible and put a warning that small flies come inside if you open up the window and that they reach the light. Very tiny flies but they are so annoying if you use the phone in bed while it's dark - shower temp. control repair - better blinds that make better shade - bed mattress is just a personal preference - smell or stale air can be repared quickly by just ventilating the room right before guests come - 1 minute repair with a screw driver

• Tomy (10/5): Comfy/ felt like Home. - It was near the old town, you can either Have a walk like 25-30 minutes or take a bus (15) and go by transport also. It was such a Nice expierence.
