Cockroaches literally in ur bed and in bathroom literally in plates clean up the shit.

The rooms themselves are okay, but the owner is simply not capable of running this kind of “business.” I didn’t receive any information about the location of the house or instructions on how to access my room. I searched for three hours and, with the help of random people, finally found the place—only to stand in front of a closed door with a keypad (of course, I never received a code). Another guest helped me get inside and showed me how to access my room. You can only enter the “hotel” with a card that is inside. When I asked the owner to keep my luggage because my flight was late at night, he wanted to charge extra. I highly advise you not to stay there.

• Ethan (1/5): Bring a bottle of holy water and a Hazmat suit. - I really liked the quietness of the place, the Antarctic wind blowing from the A/C and the provided tissues on the nightstand, of course. What didn't I like? Well, I hope I have enough stamina in my fingers to write all of it. I asked beforehand if the parking was available, and it was advertised as "available in the area" right in the booking post. Was I aware it was only available for residents? Not a chance. 150 AED fine and almost got my car towed away. As soon as my innocent self walked in the room, my nose told me there was something....wrong. I expected clean sheets, as it should be. But they smelled like they hadn't been washed in months, I almost puked when I accosted my face to them. A clueless assistant then gave me new and unwashed sheets, beautiful. The mattress? A piece of sundried cheese. The bed frame? A slab of cardboard, literally. I have a video of it. The kitchen? I dreamt of making a good meal, right after a heavy day of work, in that clean and comfy cooking station. Yeah, what a great fever dream. I think the reasons behind my booking were the bright and lovely pictures posted by the host, shout out to the photographer. But then, when you compare the photo of the bathroom with the actual bathroom, you'll rethink your whole existence. I couldn't tell if there was any white paint left, or if it was a yellow mould monster slurping those delicious walls. Silly me thought I found a great deal by paying that little for such a "great experience", because that's all I can call it, a never again experience. My expectations were crumbled, and my disappointment is immeasurable.

La struttura necessita di manutenzione e pulizia, sopratutto in cucina e nel bagno, e di essere implementata negli attrezzi per cucinare (piatti, posate ecc.. )

• thomas (1/5): worst stay every… shoe box sized single room instead of „double deluxe room“ - the only good thing: it was (more or less) new renovated. So things which were painted fresh were clean. The guy who brought us to the room, tried at least to be friendly We booked a „double deluxe room“ for two nights. We got offered two single rooms. Size like shoe box, just big enough to fit one bed in, no window, a hole in the wall where the cold aircondition air blew out ( non controllable). No sorry nothing- but agreed that we can cancel the second night. Over ten days and several writings done. To accomandation and to booking. No refund for second night no reply. So we spent 92€ for one night in a cold shoe box cabin. Easy saying, it was the worst stay ever.

• Philippe (4/5): You get what you pay for. It worked for my needs. It’s an apartment subdivided into rooms barely big enough for the bed. - Price and location. The photos did not represent the reality of the place. It was ok but a little scanky. The accessing the property communications were missing key information. They sent a video showing how to unlock the Appartment’s main digital lock and could’ve gone little further by videoing where the key to a specific room would be located. I had to try different room doors disturbing people trying to find mine. Then found the key to my room hanging on a hook.

• Sebastian (5/5): Just only a place to sleep after work and not for long stays. - Nothing good. Bathroom and kitchen was pathetic. Hot shower is not working. Internet slow. Hardly any parking lots available especially at night. Good luck finding one after 8.00pm. Contact person hardly respond and difficult to get through. Room is partitioned with only a bed and two small tables + only one power socket. No TV and no control on the AC. It’s either cold or warm.

I had booked and paid for two nights, but couldn’t make it on the first night. My plan was to stay on the second night instead. However, on the morning of the second day, I received an email saying my booking had been canceled due to a no-show. I contacted both the property and Booking.com to either reinstate my booking or get a refund, but the property refused. Frustrated, I decided I would book again just to leave a negative review. However, once I stayed there, the property exceeded my expectations — so there’s no bad review from me.
