• aline (9/5): - Buena ubicación y personal amable, la habitación era espaciosa y tenia lo justo para pasar unos días, muy buena relación calidad precio El colchón era blando y un poco incomodo, pero se podía dormir bien, la ducha no tragaba muy bien y se salía el agua.

• Sui ming (7/5): It is good value. Nice staff. Quiet and in good location. It is functional and spacious. - Quiet and functional and good location No table lamp. Blind is broken.

• Ivan (10/5): - The location is very good, close to Aston University and BCU, and with many amenities nearby, such as supermarkets and restaurants. The staff is helpful and welcoming. The room is an adequate size and was clean. The check-in and check-out process was very simple. The Wi-Fi needs to be better; I had to reconnect my phone a few times. But the speed is good and it's stable.

• Peter (2/5): Basic - Needed passport to get the keys, despite showing online already. The receptionist demanded to take a picture of the passport on their smartphone and very rude, didn't seem to appreciate this is security risk. Stank of weed. Very basic room, bed sheet didn't even cover the thin mattress. Very rude messages about student ID, threatening to keep the money if I didn't show with 24 hours. Building works outside through the night. Avoid.

• Alberto (1/5): Decepcionante - Nada, todo estaba sucio, no era como se veía en fotos y mal cuidado Limpieza, incomodidad y poca solución por parte del anfitrión. Cubiertos sucios, suelo sucio, camada super incomoda, pelos, manchas… La única solución fue enviarnos una limpiadora media hora antes del check out, vergonzoso

• Imade (2/5): Not a great experience at all. I wouldn’t recommend. - Nothing really For three nights, the heater was malfunctioned. I raised a complaint but nothing was done about it. There isn’t a microwave and the room was very small. I didn’t enjoy my stay.

• send166 (8/5): Un ottimo inizio - La struttura è accogliente e il personale alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile. Le stanze sono abbastanza spaziose e confortevoli e forniscono tutti i servizi necessari. La posizione a una decina di minuti dal centro rende comodo visitare la città e acquistare tutto che può servire. La piastra della cucina non funzionava correttamente e ci è voluto molto per ripararla. Una volta aggiustata, funziona per al massimo 10 minuti, rendendo difficile cucinare. Inoltre la smart TV non è adeguatamente connessa a internet, limitandone il funzionamento.

• Elmira (10/5): Concert Back to the Beginning - Location, staff, amenities in the room, kitchen for cooking and a small refrigerator, necessary utensils, wardrobe. Road noise with the window open. It was surprisingly hot and we slept with the window open.
